The Beazer sales team, Joanne and Shannon were fantastic! They are so caring and communicative throughout the entire process. They kept me up to date with every step, reaching out with any changes or milestones. They facilitated any follow up or questions I had timely, and with a smile.

Jacob was very attentive and personalized my experience. He was very customer focused in ensuring that I understood the process and the steps necessary to progress me to closing. His responses were prompt and his personality was an added perk. He is an awesome representation of the Beazer brand and made this process seamless for me.

The experience has been nothing but amazing. Ryan is the greatest. If it werent for him helping me through this entire home building process, I'd honestly be lost. He been nothing but a wealth of knowledge, genuine care, and a complete pleasure to work with. His communication is a tiers above the rest. Take absolute pride in his work. Post closing items are not completed after two (2) months of closing date. After several reminders still not action from builder. So disappointing.

My experience with buying a beach villa in a Beazer community at Bishop’s landing was pleasant. John the manager in charge of building our house was great. John kept us informed during all phases on construction. John was very helpful and pleasant during our walkthrough. After walkthrough, he has been very responsive in answering our questions and fixing all things that needed attention. Overall experience has been great.

We had a great buying experience with Jessica in the office. They were very attentive and on top of everything while buying the house. Since buying our house we have found some issues we are still trying to have addressed. Hoping the builders will fix everything we need in a timely manor.

We were totally blown away by the responsiveness and assistance to any questions or concerns from the initial sales agreement to the completion of our new home. Sam, John and Larry were first class throughout!

Chris was very helpful during the home building process. He was also great with helping my elderly parents after close.

Seems like I have nice neighbors and I like the area. Poor attention to detail. Sloppy edge painting that I have had to correct. Poir cleaning prior to taking possession. I had to remove taped signs in the guest room window, clean the windows and blinds. Very dirty. I experienced 4 differebt leaks resulting in closing delay, wet flooring less than 48 hrs after moving in. It took 1 month to resolve, Multiple trips by plumbers, painters, floor removal/installation. This started 7/23, with me notifying people on 7/25 and trim is still not finished. Leaks in HVAC, lacking or incorrectly dobe amenities I had paid for. Terrible plants in the landscaping. Going to have to have a tree removed and pay for it myself. My duet mate had no such issues as ger son-in-law was here everyday. I couldn't oversee so clisely. Wish I had had someone to help me do that. ... More

Beazer as a company does not have any interest in the home buyer. Everything Beazer does is for Beazer. It took 1 year to complete my home while other builders in the area were completing projects in 7 to8 months. And after settlement our home was still not 100% complete. How ever Patti and John were the only people that kept it all going not Beazer.

The sells agent was great and helpful with all of our questions, to the best of her ability (5 stars). The home building process was longer then what was told in person and the foreman didn't have any answers. Due to the long building process mortgage rates went from 2.8 to 5, (3 stars)

The new home was ready when promised, the workmanship is solid, the sales and customer service are top notch.

The entire team at Beazer made our home buying experience the most memorable! It was exciting to be advised and informed throughout the entire build. Samantha and Brian were always supportive and clearly answered any of our questions. Terry and Jason were dedicated to ensuring our home was high quality and built correctly. Our home was completed in July, and I am still able to communicate with the team for any questions. I truly believe that Beazer's team at Sutton wants to ensure we are happy with the home they built for us. Thank you so much from our family.

Our experience with Beazer was wonderful! They kept us informed every step of the way. We are very happy with the home. Cory was always good about getting back to us anytime we contacted him, and did a great job of seeing to it that everything was completed prior to closing. Laura was very helpful through the entire process. I would definitely recommend Beazer homes to others.

This is our 4th new construction home & although all of them had problems typical to new construction this Beazer home was truly a nightmare from beginning(lying sales girl who "forgot" to tell us the $10,000 rebate she promised was a no go) to the very end, when the Corporate Director of Construction was scrambling to get enough things fixed so we would close. I will say that the incredibly long problem list is, at least so far, mostly cosmetic in nature and fixable. However, there are some that are not fixable like the powder room toilet being so close to the wall a really heavy person won't be able to use it! Many of the problems are related to the upgrades we added, $150,000 worth more or less, which Beazer shouldn't offer if they can't handle proper installation of the product. In the end we did get a very beautiful home. Hopefully, after all the cosmetic issues are repaired, nothing structural will show up & we will sit in front of the gorgeous stone fireplace for years to come telling Beazer stories! My advice is that all the big builders are the same. If you can afford custom go for it. If not, pick a floorplan you love, like we did, visit the home during construction & inform your project manager of any problems you see ... More
