The sells agent was great and helpful with all of our questions, to the best of her ability (5 stars). The home building process was longer then what was told in person and the foreman didn't have any answers. Due to the long building process mortgage rates went from 2.8 to 5, (3 stars)

The new home was ready when promised, the workmanship is solid, the sales and customer service are top notch.

The entire team at Beazer made our home buying experience the most memorable! It was exciting to be advised and informed throughout the entire build. Samantha and Brian were always supportive and clearly answered any of our questions. Terry and Jason were dedicated to ensuring our home was high quality and built correctly. Our home was completed in July, and I am still able to communicate with the team for any questions. Our experience with Beazer was wonderful! They kept us informed every step of the way. We are very happy with the home. Cory was always good about getting back to us anytime we contacted him, and did a great job of seeing to it that everything was completed prior to closing. Laura was very helpful through the entire process. I would definitely recommend Beazer homes to others.

Great experience. Beazer kept us up to date on all phases during the build including weekly phone calls and photos. Very pleased with the process.

This is our 4th new construction home & although all of them had problems typical to new construction this Beazer home was truly a nightmare from beginning(lying sales girl who "forgot" to tell us the $10,000 rebate she promised was a no go) to the very end, when the Corporate Director of Construction was scrambling to get enough things fixed so we would close. I will say that the incredibly long problem list is, at least so far, mostly cosmetic in nature and fixable. However, there are some that are not fixable like the powder room toilet being so close to the wall a really heavy person won't be able to use it! Many of the problems are related to the upgrades we added, $150,000 worth more or less, which Beazer shouldn't offer if they can't handle proper installation of the product. In the end we did get a very beautiful home. Hopefully, after all the cosmetic issues are repaired, nothing structural will show up & we will sit in front of the gorgeous stone fireplace for years to come telling Beazer stories! My advice is that all the big builders are the same. If you can afford custom go for it. If not, pick a floorplan you love, like we did, visit the home during construction & inform your project manager of any problems you see ... More

Chris and Pam were excellent in being available for questions and taking care of any issue that I had during and after the construction of the duet. Always courteous and helpful.

On time in this market was a great assest. Hit all the milestones and looks great.

The quality throughout the home is impressive. I shopped all the builders and Beazer really stood out as the best. The process was smooth as well. Very happy!!

Pleasant and smooth home buying experience. The staff was very helpful and kept us informed weekly.

Pavement at the entrance already has several cracks in it. My lawn front and especially the backyard is nothing but weed, little bit of grass infront Badly fitted back door. Might as well leave door open for big spiders and other pests. It’s at least 1/8 inch gaps between door and door frame. When we call, it’s always someone else’s area to address the issue The shower always leaves poddle of water on the bathroom floor, every time. I was happy and would have given at least a 4 star, until I actually moved into the home

From the sales rep to the builder, everyone was great.Very helpful through the whole process

I gave it a 4 star because I live my house. However the privacy fencing around the community was poorly built. We have foxes crawling under the “privacy fence” that was built. I have personally seen people crawling under those fences during night time trespassing. I do not feel safe in my house even with all my security system.

I recently bought a home with Beazer. Most things went fine except for the solar set up. My point of contact was Mikayla H. I was told early July a tech would come out to set up my system. It is late August with the solar still not working, my bill is over 1k with SDG&E. I reached out to Mikayla to tell her no one has called. She said she does not have oversight and they should call me. She then put an "away" message on her email. Communication was not only horrible but I feel deeply disrespected. I contacted SunRun and now am handling it my self. I believe Mikayla represents Beazer not SunRun but am not 100% sure. ... More

Jason was helpful getting the initial process started and Kenny was extremely helpful throughout the entire process.

Had a great experience! The whole team helped my wife and I from start to finish (plus post closing). They were all responsive and insanely nice!

Cindi was great , very attentive since day 1. Joe has also Been great following up anytime I have concerns. Overall everyone is friendly and eager to assist! My favorite was the guy that helped with the interior design, selecting floors, cabinets , etc. My house looks great! He did good
