Good customer service. They give you useful information throughout the process that helps you save money and secure the loan. The home is great. It was a good experience overall.

We loved our NHC, Carson; as well as the GC that oversaw the build, Nick. We got weekly phone calls with updates and were always communicated with throughout the process. The follow up and communication on everything was great. Carson was always quick to respond to calls, and even text messages with any questions that we had. We were extremely happy with how the process went! Thanks Carson and Nick! :-)

The quality of my home was excellent. I really like the energy saving in the A/C. Windows were great.

The overall home buying experience was wonderful. Nina is extremely helpful with keeping the buyer informed throughout the whole process. The construction was completed on time. Wyatt was very thorough doing the walk-thru, explaining all the features of the home. I would highly recommend a Beazer home at The Cove.

Overall looking good so far; this is a vacation home, so we have only spent 3 nights there and await new furniture. Minor issues being addressed promptly!

Monika is the first person you come in contact with for your Beazer experience. She is very friendly, very knowledgeable, and eager to help you along in the process. We purchased our home long distance, Monika and Augie (construction mgr.) would give us updates and pictures of the house in different stages being built. If we had any questions, they were answered as quickly as possible. We are very happy with our home, even though there are a few issues, their warranty people are on top of things rather quickly, and even Augie has gone out of his way to help even though these issues do not fall under his responsibilities. Starting with working with Susie in the mode homes, then extending to everyone else we worked with. The people checking our electrical, the design center, the walk they with the contractor. And even the escrow and loan company were just so easy and helpful

Beautiful home, exceptional customer service!

I've had homes built elsewhere and this experience with Beazer Homes was exceptional. I was living over 1000 miles away during the built and I was kept advised of all stages of the build and sent pictures. Any concerns or questions that I had during the build were address immediately. The Design Center was well appointed and our consultant never rushed us and made great design suggestions. Overall, we are very pleased with how everything came together in our new home.

Troy was a huge help in getting all of our maintenance needs taken care of. Additionally, he gave us lots of information that we didn’t know we needed, which made our move in and set up process extremely smooth.

The whole Beazer team was exceptional to work with from start to finish through my townhome purchasing and building process. Would 100% work with them again in the future.

From the moment when I first met Nick,the Home consultant,to a little over two weeks later when he was handing me the keys to my new house, after Gregory the customer care specialist did a thorough and educational walk-through of the house,I have only positive things to say about the Solaris community.I love it,great job guys.
