My experience with Beazer Homes has been a good one. From the moment I signed the contract to the time I settled, I was treated with the utmost respect and consideration. The entire team at Beazer has been great to work with and I sincerely thank them for being so patient with my never-ending list of questions. Overall purchasing a house with Beazer Homes was a very positive experience. From day one talking to Brad who is a no pressure and very knowledgeable laid everything out to the tee. He had answers for every question even on one of his days off which was all me forgetting which days he was off. Also Phil has been a gem calling to see if things got fixed and even stopping by just in passing while I was outside just to double check things. I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends or family without hesitation. A 10+ experience.

Warranty repairs within 30 day after close.

The home completion seemed rushed. There were several areas of paint touch-up after I closed and moved into my home. There were several spots on my flooring downstairs which are still stained with paint. Although I marked several spots during my official walkthrough they were either untouched or the blue tape was just left, so I took it upon myself to remove it. The irrigation only comes on in the common area like the pool. My backyard has started to die. I have contacted the HOA no seem to have an answer about when the yards will be maintained. This was our second Beazer home and while the house came out as beautiful as we imagined, we can definitely tell the quality isn’t the same as our last home. We purchased our first Home in the Amira subdivision in January of 2020 and immediately noticed the quality of work. We purchased this home knowing we would most likely live in it for a few years and then sell. We ended up loving the community and Beazer product so much that we decided to find a property in a cul de sac in the same subdivision that we could build our dream home on. Beazer Home builder for Erwin Farms really do care about their home buyers. For many who are new to the area, there's many codes and process(s) that are involved in building a home more than ever for the City of McKinney which I think is great. If you don't have patients for things to change or take longer than anticipated it might not be for you. I would share that we enjoyed the experience, we learned a lot both good and bad. For the new buyer, do your research, and it's not just the home but the community as well.

It was all good experience till the closing date. After closing there were many issues and big one was HVAC which is still not working after 1 and a half month of closing. I think Beazer should do a thorough check to test and review the home/appliances/others before closing with customer. Overall not a good experience.- Vik

Poor craftsmanship and lack of effort

The quality of craftsmanship and effort putting these homes is poor. Our house was $900,000 to build and the cement on our back patio AND in our garage started crumbling before we even moved in. Tile work was poorly done and had to be torn out and replaced. The grout is unevenly spaced and for a bathroom that is all gray they put in brown grout which doesn’t make sense. We have been through two construction managers already in the past nine months. I would not recommend Beazer to anybody.

We were very excited to purchase the home, unfortunately I feel Beazer quality is subpar compared to other builders. I wish I would of purchased from LANDSEA instead.

Could have been better

We are not fully happy with the finishing details. For instance, wooden material was not cut with precision to make the joints match accurately leaving gaps that were then not filled or painted all across the doors, cabinets and baseboards. Locks and doors hardware was loosen in a couple of instances.

i gave you star just for john and leigh because they are nice otherwise they will not deserve stars. i am not satisfied with the builder. there are so many tiny details missing, dent in the garage door, electrical problem, wall paint not proper and many more. i suggest you everyone do your research before you buy

From the people to the house itself Beazer has been excellent. Dawn was amazing to work with from beginning to end. She helped to make what is normally a stressful process very effortless and smooth. Beazer's preferred lender Marquis was excellent! Cameron & Brandon were the construction team that did our our walk-through and were outstanding. The house is very high quality materials & construction and beautiful! I love my new Beazer home!

It was great from the vet beginning. The front office guidance, information, the excitement of the weekly reports and photos of the building of my home throughout the settlement date was more than I expected. The only problem I have is the response from the Warranty Service Office to address and correct the problems, Hopefully on Wednesday after almost two months here, the will look into fixing the problems I have reported. My home is beautiful and the area is gorgeous. Look forward to many years of enjoyment.

We chose to call Amira home because of Beazer. For starters, the sales team was on top of our needs and bent over backwards to put together a home & options package that not only was in our budget but was still customizable as we found Amira to be one of the few neighborhoods where you could still go to a design center under $500k. They also we're able to answer all our questions concerning pricing, availability and design. I can’t say enough about Michelle and Matthew during my home building process. They both were in constant communication with me with all updates, scheduling, and yes , sometimes delays.
