My experience with Beazer Builder's Team was exciting. I do want to recognize Mr. Richard and team for staying on top of things. I felt like a Queen! I love my New Home & the Excellent Community.

Dave the building supervisor was great to work with. Russ are Saleman was super at finding what we was wanting to buy. This is why we purchase are second Beazer home thanks Beazer for a great experience!

I love my Beazer Home! It comes with a year warranty, so the little things that needed fixed, are being fixed as we speak. However, I was not offered window blinds in the beginning of the build! I'm the only house in my neighborhood and block that don't have blinds, it bothers me! I spoke with several people whom still have not resolved the issue for me, I still have not received a call back. Tomatoes! The home is absolutely gorgeous other than that!

Wayne has been the best builder that anyone could meet. He represents your brand very well.

Brian in the buyers center was amazing to work with and helped us through the process. The design center day was a highlight as we were able to make those fun decisions. Chris was so good at keeping us updated and letting us know what to expect. Overall smooth process even with the unexpected delays due to supply and workforce problems in construction.

Great experience building with Beazer. Greg was a great guy to work with. Very knowledgeable and friendly, he helped us every step of the way and was always available no matter what. It made the process very easy and made closing and move in much more enjoyable.

Took a look at Beazer homes Park View in Minneola. Met with Abe A. and he told me of what was coming up as a spec home. A model for my plan wasn't available, but I was able to look at the size of one inside a being built home in its pre-mud drywall stage. My spec home was slated (at that time per the website as Avail February), but in these supply chain times, I knew it would be later and planned for March or April in my mind. As supply chain things go, I had to choose flooring two times at the design center after the spec house choice because of supply chain issues, but I am happy with what I ended up with despite pushing the close from mid-March to the end of March. There was a tile waterproofing issue in the primary bath witch I was told was rectified, and the tilers apparently installed a L3 tile in the kitchen, when the spec called for a L1 basic white subway. Thats a win in my book, as I liked what they inadvertently put in! The closing was all the way in Orlando. It would have been nice to have a closing closer than 25 miles away from the home. Post-closing of course has its issues, but the warranty team is working on a few imperfections discovered at closing inspection. Overall, this is my third home purchase from a builder, and a reminder to all the first timers going thru a new build house. There is no such thing as perfect, expect little things to not be right, and worry about the bigger stuff. Hopefully you will have a great team such as Abe, Greg, and Carlis working with you! ... Our home buying experience would not have been possible without the help of Kercheva. She was amazing through the entire process, and answered our many questions as first time home buyers. We are so thankful to have had her through the process!

As we sit in our new beautiful home it’s easy to reflect on what a great experience this has been with Beazer . From the initial meeting with Marlo who was very knowledgeable and super throughout the process. Keeping us informed with weekly updates and photos. Workmanship by John and his crew was fantastic. The Beazer showroom with so many great options allowed us to design our home just the way we wanted. And the final inspection with Bill who was very helpful and still is on speed dial for any minor issues.

All in all our experience was good with the construction manager -Josh and Pam our Beezer representative. If we had questions they were very responsive and followed up with an answer.

The office staff are approachable when you walk in to look at the models, you do not feel rushed or pressured but you can tell that they would love for you to buy a home there. The lenders they work with are wonderful! My lender was so warm and down to earth I wish she lived in my neighborhood because she was so friendly. The floor plans that they offer are all great. I genuinely like each and every one of them. I have shown family and friends the models and they all agree and have multiple “favorites”. The floor plans are very practical for a single Person as well as a big family. The home is very well insulated and even on the hottest days my house never gets too warm if I have the AC completely turned off sometimes I even forget to turn it back on because it doesn’t get too hot in my home. The sound canceling is great as well. I had my son turn up his music and I walked outside to see if I could here it and it was barely heard outside. The crew who work on building the homes really want to have a satisfied customer and if there is anything I ever need I feel completely comfortable approaching any of them and confident that they will help me(such as how do I operate a certain function within my home or garage) I would recommend buying here to anyone who wants a low maintenance home that is energy efficient and comfortable. ... Fantastic experience! From the very first day we've met with builder's sales agent Mike. We've received weekly updates and were able to get in touch with Mike w/o any problems by phone, e-mail and/or text. At NHO we've met with the builder Joe who also ensured that everything is fully prepared and ready for the final walkthrough right before closing. Last but not least we had total support of warranty department represented by Randy. His attentiveness and swift response to claims we've made were simply put excellent. Overall, it was practically the best experience ever. Bottom line, this team went above and beyond making sure that our purchasing experience was very efficient and smooth. My new home experience was bad because a lack of communication and the finishing home was incomplete! I did not really get what I designed for! So bad experience!

The builder was very responsive to our questions. Our new home was completed in a timely manner.

Lots of promises, not a lot of delivery. Get it in writing every time (though that still may not be enough)

I have built a couple other homes, but Beazer has been the best builder out of all of them. From the first day we signed our purchase agreement all the way to the Closure of our home, everything was great! We never had an issue with anything & all of the staff was always friendly & willing to help or answer any questions we had!

Really happy with our home. Due to covid supply shortage, we did move in later than anticipated. However we are happy with the house considering the circumstances! The lender was great, very friendly and helpful in explaining all the basics for us first time home buyers. The spray foam insulation has been amazing with our electrical bills! Easily half that of my family and friends who are living in a 1970s home. Will recommend spray foam to all my coworkers looking for an energy efficient home.

Buying this home was made so easy from start to finish thanks to Lisa! We were kept informed with the progress of the build and all milestones were met on schedule. Colin did a great job of explaining the progress at key walk through points. This has been a wonderful experience and I have recommended Baezer to relatives and friends.

I recently purchased my new home here at Hampton Place, Beazer Homes and it’s an awesome experience. Construction is excellent. Several options that influenced my decision to buy were changed without advising me. Ie: the master bathroom and the master bedroom door(s) It may have been in plans but that can easily be missed. After closing on the home I had issues with an Hd outlet. I could not find the lower end of the tube, making impossible to snake the cable through. Eventually the cable was snaked down the wall. “ If I had known , I wouldn’t have paid $165 for something I did not get and could have done myself. It’s been 7 weeks since I closed and I am still waiting to have a door shaved that is rubbing against the air duct. I asked for touch up paint for imperfections and cracks which I have yet to receive. My opinion is that as soon as you close you become old news and not a priority ... More
