My Beazer home buying experience has been a blessing. My sales team of Marina W and Jody E in the Cove community were exceptional in meeting my needs, answering questions, updating me on progress and really just going above and beyond to be ensure that I was 100% satisfied. Buying a home can be stressful at times. Both Marina and Jody were very patient and supportive in walking me through the home buying process. I felt like they were on my side every step of the way and genuinely wanted me to have a great buying experience that I would feel good about. When the building process turned to the construction/warranty side, I was again blessed with Von R and Brendan M. They have been exceptional with answering questions, being prompt and flexible in meeting with me and going above and beyond on many occasions to be sure that I am satisfied and happy with my new home. Brendan, my customer care rep, is honest, straight forward, very knowledgeable and a very enjoyable person to be around. Any concern I have raised he has addressed promptly. He always kept me in the loop and followed-up on outstanding issues. The best thing I can say about my experience is that I never felt like a Beazer customer. I really felt that I was part of the Team and every member of the team wanted me to have the best experience possible. The home is beautiful and the quality of the materials is good. But you need to stay on top of the small details towards the end of the build as they are moving very quickly through all these builds and no one pays attention to the little things like yourself. Also check the furnishings against the what you have selected. Items can be easily missed. Associates are friendly and helpful.

Eric, Lisa, and Colin were all wonderful to work with. Eric and Lisa did an amazing job assisting us with all of our questions. Eric also provided picture updates of the home during construction that were greatly appreciated. Colin did a wonderful job with the home. He went above and beyond to ensure that all punch list items were completed before our move in date. Eric, Lisa, and Colin are all amazing. We love our home and the community. Thank you Beazer!!!

We are very happy with our new Beazer home as well as the experience from contract to closing. We were helped throughout the contract and selection process, given weekly updates on the progress of our home and had all of our questions answered thoroughly. Our New Home Counselors, Bob and Penny, and our builder, Matt, were all exceptional.

Everyone has been very helpful and supportive! From the beginning until close and beyond! Greg and his team have been great!

We were very surprised to find the house we did and that it was still available. Once we made the decision to purchase it was a fast process. The home came together fast and the biggest help of all was the construction manager/site manager Chris. He has worked diligently to help correct any problems that arise. Can’t thank him enough!

Chris (builder) and Steve (sales) excelled at customer service and satisfaction throughout the home buying process. Chris has continued to be an excellent resource, going above and beyond to address any concerns that have come up. I am very appreciative of the personalized attention to ensuring all of my warranty issues are handled in a very timely manner.

Our homebuying experience was easy. Carmine and Detra were always available to answer our questions. Brett was very good about keeping us updated on construction.Tobi Is very helpful in answering our questions now that we’ve moved in.

They are following through after close, but it was a long painful build process. The lack of ability to remove the original general contractor has put the entire community behind schedule and at poor quality. Six weeks post close, we still do not have a functioning faucet in a bathroom.

Excellent knowledgeable staff always friendly

After spending half million dollar in your new home we expect atleast great materials and good work, but our experience with Beazer homes got really bitter. They lack on communication, they will tell you house is ready for closing but upon checking lots of things are incompleted and Ofcourse broken too. We have to call them and ask them multiple times for status rather than them calling us. They donot do quality assurance check before the final walk through with customers. Please donot close your house if things are not completed, it takes ages for them to get it fix it. And never ever buy their inventory house with, their inventory house have cheap materials! Their inventory house are not cheap but house will have very old design sink, switches, door handles, lighting fixtures etc which you have to spend your money to change it later on future. Really low quality of work in brand new constructions, once we moved in we found lots of bad work on dry wall, internet cable was not done properly so they had to cut the ceiling in our garage to fix it, light fixtures were not installed properly, inside the cabinets lots of big unnessary holes were made, holes on tiles, cabinets are done so poorly that they literally didnot have completed work and didnot mention us till we found out by ourself. The list goes on! So over all we are not happy with Beazer homes. Their community donot have any play area for kids or any extra ammeties in Denton, TX. Beazer homes please hire better people, not some Mexican under age kids for doing constructions work! And please when you send someone to fix things, either communicate with properly first or send someone who can communicate! Another problem with Beazer homes looks like they love to hire who speaks Spanish only!! This one box is not enough for us to vent our issue with Beazer homes! Not recommending to anyone! Have better communication and better trades!!! Suggesation: If you want to sell cheap things like China then make price cheaper like them! If you want to sell better product then act like Brand and get better trades to work on it! ... More

Home location, price , and sqft are excellent.. its nice if you improve on the below points. 1) CheckListt/blueprint should be followed 2) review should be done for each and every task completion. 3) Give suggestions/ ideas to new home buyers 4) deliver to the customers whatever you are promised 5) Increase the quality. 6) Please provide ETA for each and every task if you are waiting for something. 7) I keep hearing the answer " I don't know". It's very bad to head. if you don know then re-route the person who can answer. 8) Explain the terminology and show the album/ photos to customers.

The Beazer Team works very hard to ease the stress and strain of the entire process. Wayne does a great job at explaining the building process. He makes you feel at ease, like family, as he explains the details. He never gets tired of providing information multiple times.

The entire team at Beazer was outstanding. Nancy and Ruben were always available to answer any questions I had. Throughout the process, I received frequent updates and pictures of my new home. I was very impressed with the quality of construction for both the cosmetic items that you see and more importantly, the structural things you don't see once the house is built. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

After moving in there has been issue after issue. Details. I recommend bringing your own “blue tape” at the walk through and “take your time” to catch ALL issues. Leave no corner. I’m still finding things that if not repaired will lead to huge expenses. I was told they would come back they didn’t. My cabinets don’t close all the way, stairs are not even, paint caked up in areas… my neighbors have shared similar issues. Where is the quality control? Stop throwing these homes together and start checking these things.

I looked at a few other builders and the care Joel took to walk me through model homes and listen to my needs to supply ideas on how different floor plans could work was great right from the start. Once my home was being built he and John really knocked it out of the park in terms of providing updates and options. Even during a tough time in building with delays and selections not being available they were upfront and tried to give advice and listen to any questions or concerns I had. When my oven/stove was going to delay closing they were able to work with the main company to find another way to get it in before closing. Highly recommend working with this team at Beazer! ... Terrible experience with Beazer leadership team

During the follow up meeting Chad was able to fix a lot of issues we had and provided an exceptional service. I got all of my questions answered and builders did an amazing job building my house with care. Thank you team!

Overall quality of the home is good. Engineer on duty is very responsive in answering any questions we had during the construction process.

This is our second home with beazer, so we are very familiar with the home buying experience. Once you find the home of your dreams, beazer in this case Stephanie helped us with finding lenders and guided us through the process. We asked and was given the answers we needed. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. All went well.
