Overall realtor and builder kept us up-to-date on a daily basis regarding our construction and walk with us every step of the way until closing. Even after closing they are still addressing any issues or concerns we have come across, great company to work with definitely would buy again from them in the near future possibly into a bigger home

We really enjoyed our building process. It was a little slow (60 days) to get things started and pour our foundation, but once they got rolling things starting to fall together really quick. From the day our foundation was poured until we closed it was 90 days, so that part went quick. Anytime we addressed an issue during the building process that we noticed it was corrected quickly. Janel and Keith were great to work with and kept us informed.

Overall Beazer Homes has been great in terms of communication, updates on progress during the course of construction and they were right on time as they promise regarding construction schedule to the way to closing despite the pandemic. Punch items were acted and completed with no issues. Just need a little patience.

The builder and builder’s agent are very professional.

The only reason this is five stars is because Josh K was able to salvage what would have otherwise been a rough and disappointing home buying experience. Josh was able to prioritize and deliver on all promises and went above and beyond. Leah M came through in the end as well.

Sales team was excellent! Their follow through on commitments consistently exceeded our expectations. Build quality is very good and there has been prompt response to items needing attention.

My wife, Eylul and I had an excellent experience with Beazer. They were informative and caring with all our needs. From day one we felt welcomed and we never felt like we were making the wrong decision. I would highly recommend Beazer for their high quality homes for fair valued prices!

they should be made more quick responses to a bad item in the new home ... there’s a few issues that i have like the broken dishwasher , it’s been 2 month already and I’m still have the broken dishwasher ..and who is responsible for that .don’t answer calls or texts

Include drain pan for washer upstairs that actually will drain into plumbing system if problem occurs.

The build quality is quite good. Options are limited in my opinion, but overall satisfaction is very good.

The homes are well built with wonderful architectural design, which is set for a family and individual seeking family space. It's also a great area for peace and relaxation away from the inner city. The community and county are great with families who have children, by having graet school and keeping community maintain. The Beazer building developers are also there to help the elderly, who still want that quality home as well. Im very pleased to be a Beazer Homes owner. I'd recommend anyone who wants quality for a fair price.

What not in the market to buy a home since I already had a home in the area and didnt want to deal with the hassle of selling my home during a pandemic. However wife convince me to walk in the sales office and we met with Wagdee Ali. He explained they can help me with the whole process. 5 months later I am enjoying my new home that both wife and I love. Great communication and updates through the whole process. Quality of home is way better that other builders in our area and would recommend to anyone looking for a quality energy efficient home.
