Do not hesitate to buy a Beazer home!! My buying experience was so nice. All of my questions were answered, and all of my calls were returned in a timely manner. I am now living in my new Beazer home. I absolutely love it. Chris and Damion answered all of my questions without fail. I have only had minor issues, and they have been addressed quickly by Mike. Do not hesitate to invest in a home with Beazer. This is my third new home in my lifetime, and my Beazer home is one of beauty and quality.

Great customer service and responsiveness. Arranged for walk throughs intermittently. The Beazer agent was very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable.

From the beginning when I first arrived from out of state to do a walk through of the model to my final closing. The experience was very smooth. All individuals involved in my purchase and closing were very helpful and understood my interests. They were all concerned about my new purchase and their communications were above and beyond. I have never had a home built for me, but this one was an absolute breeze (aka Beaze!!). Kudos to everyone and to Beazer Homes.

We recently purchased a beazer home (summerfield) which was delivered to us in the promised timeline. The process end to end was pleasant and we had no issues working with the different personal involved. All of them were courteous and responsive to any questions/concerns that we raised. Both Christian and Sanjeev were honest and open about the build process and pricing. Shoutout to Christian for working with us patiently to address all of our concerns and also making sure to deliver a quality house for us to live in. He was constantly in touch with regards to build timelines and made sure all the tasks were on track for competition. He was excellent to work with. The only enhancement we would suggest is for the design studio to have interactive software for us to play around with the available options. While the design staff were nice in responding on time with our questions, an automated process would have made things easier. Overall good experience as a home buyer. ... More

From the time I met with Ken and signed a contract, I felt confident that I would be taken care of. Throughout the building process both Ken and Dave answered my questions promptly. Working with Leslie at the design center was such a pleasure and I am extremely happy with my choices. I am extremely happy in my new home and the people that worked with me exceeded my expectations.

This was the first time I purchased a home on my own. It was a very challenging experience and without the patience, professionalism and guidance of my team-Mike, Wendy, Kathy,and Lynn, I wouldn’t have made it! They literally guided me through the entire process. I want to thank Mike for all of the follow up help and guidance as well. Yaya gave me consistent and detailed information on the progress of building the home, which educated me the whole way until I got keys. Will and Hunter has been amazing to work with. From the beginning to the end everything was smooth and easy. I remember on day one walking in and being so nervous. Mark made us feel so comfortable and at ease with the whole process. During the building process Sean was always happy to answer any questions we may have. He truly went above and beyond to make our house exactly how we wanted it. Thank you all so much.

Bethany has been very attentive since day one of meeting her. My wife had lots of questions, as this is our first new build. Bethany was very responsive to all questions. We had weekly updates on the house, which we really enjoyed as we saw it being it from the ground up through pictures. We hired third party inspectors throughout the process and Bethany looked into each report and did her best to do what she could to fix any issues that were said. We have a hiccup with our laundry room after the fact moved in. My wife told Bethany about it, she escalated it to her manager and now it is being taken care of. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable !

Although hindsight has never worn a pair of glasses it’s safe to say if “Building with Beazer” is your first or your fifth you can for sure trust the process. We never had a chance to wonder or worry. Like clockwork John would keep us informed with progress updates that were far beyond an update. From messages, photos, to drone footage, it was one of the most exciting times of watching our home come together. Joel, just wow! I still wonder how a human being can be so calm, so polite, so understanding and most importantly so caring. If we had a concern of any nature he would always go beyond listening and “take care of it” the best way he could. Our home is everything we envisioned it to be. I checked out the Beazer townhome model house and really loved it! I especially appreciated the details of the kitchen and living room. Unlike other townhomes I loved how the kitchen countertop did not break to get in the gas range. Also the built-in electric fireplace as well as the pet space under the stairs sold me into purchasing my current home. No regrets! There were some minor flaws; unfortunately not every contracted workers pay attention to details. But Jay followed up with me routinely to make sure all my concerns and aftercare needs were met.
