Purchasing the home was very easy, there was no sales pressure from the sales office and they were very knowledgeable of new homes details.

From the moment my family and I met Tiffany we knew we were in the right place. Her knowledge, kindness and understand was beyond many experience we'd had with any other builder. She answered any and all questions and was there when any obstacle aroused. I can only say from my family that she made the decision to buy Beazer an easy one. We were not looking for a home originally. We happened upon Peralta Canyon with Beazer Homes and just fell in love with the area and the floor plan. We found our dream home and could not have asked for a better group of people to work with us. They were with us every step of the way from the initial sale, design, build all the way through move in. We would recommend them to anyone.

From the fist scheduled appoint with my realtor to th e closing and thereafter, truly was a great experience. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, and most especially easy to work with. They made the overall process less stressful than I imagined. The process of looking at homes started before my Mom passed away in late November. Once that settled down some, we went full steam ahead. Those at Beazer Homes that we worked with eased some of the stress of the situation and also with purchasing a new home for a new start. It truly is a new beginning/ chapter and I could not be happier with my decision to purchase a town home at Hunt Club. This is an excellent company to work with. They make a decent product and followup with any problems.

From the very beginning of the buying process, through the construction process, the closing process and the after closing support everyone I have dealt with has been knowledgeable, friendly and quick with their follow through on any issues. I would definitely buy a Beazer home again!

Sharon, our main contact with Beazer Homes and Keith, who over saw the building process were always there when you need anything. Every question or concern that we had was addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. Keith, is very knowledgeable which made the build process very smooth any problem that arose were fixed. And I appreciated the fact that he would call every week to give us updates on the process. Overall it was the best building expense wee have had.

Buying with Beazer has made my first home buying experience so easy! From doing my homework regarding lenders to having all my questions answered in minutes, I have enjoyed working with everyone in order to make this purchase happen. My experience with Beazer homes was one of professionalism, patience, education, and consideration. Josh was the sales representative for Union Park. I met with him and discussed what I was looking for in a home, along with the type of neighborhood I would like to raise my daughter. Foruntauately, for me, Josh had a house that was in my price range and sat on a great lot. Josh was very accommodating, answered all my questions in regards to the area that I would move to in the near future. I never felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman when talking to Josh; he made sure I was pleased with everything. He even suggested for me to use their in-house mortgage consultant Ana. I was hesitant at first, thinking I had already secured a better rate with another lender, but I gave Ana a call and thank god I made that call. Ana is superb at her job, although she works at a large bank, she does not treat you as just another number. She was understanding and patience with me, walked me through the process, along with what to expect at every stage of the lending process. She made sure to explain everything to me in detail. She was fantastic. This my first time purchasing a home from this builder so I did not know, how well they stood by their product until I met Chris. I conducted my walkthrough with Chris to identify any discrepancies before I close on the house. The walkthrough with Chris highlighted a few things about him and the builder. First, he showed pride in the home as if it was his own, anything that I pointed out he made sure to take care of it for me. The items were mostly cosmetics. Second, he was very professional, astute to my needs and concerns. Third, the pride that Chris showed me throughout the walkthrough sessions display the same pride and diligence that the company puts forth into their product. Lastly, after closing, Chris called me several times to check and made sure I was satisfied with the home. We loved the idea of a duplex where the lawn was taken care of, all we did was live. I had some concerns about the noise level from a neighbor separated by a wall, but I saw the sound proofing methods used and knew that it would be a quiet house. Everyone was helpful from the sales to the closing. I love the value and comfort of the house and know that we will spend many happy years living in our wonderful new home.
