Beazer offered many more options than other builders when I started the process of home shopping that suited my needs. The sales person was excellent! He listened to my requests and was able to sell me a house that was perfect for me. The builder who was overseeing my build was a pleasure to work with. He addressed my every need and my beautiful house is now a beautiful home. Beazer also offered many mortgage vendors to choose from so you didn’t feel boxed in. Great builder, excellent build, and exceptional staff.

The experience as a whole was great. Fast closing, friendly staff and the post buying with Wayne has been wonderful. This is our first winter so noticing it’s a bit drafty in the downstairs than expected. Thinking of replacing screens with another window.

Doug provided weekly updates on our progress. We needed a few updates and David was on it ASAP. Overall great experience for us.

If I knew what I would got into on this home I would have never bought it cheap concrete unlevel ground

Look at for cheap concrete they put in in the home this concrete is real soft is not it's not a hard concrete it's real soft concrete and stuff they hide between the walls that you can't see that is wrong and watch for the lies they tell you you got to be real wise to that if I would have known that I would have never bought this house

If you're looking for great quality at a reasonable price, you'll find it with Beazer. Our sales manager was great - upfront, friendly, and trustworthy. The project manager was also a pleasure to work with. His work ethic and attention to detail is what you would hope for from his position. As with any new-build, problems can arise, but they were quick to solve any issues we had. Overall, we would recommend Beazer wholeheartedly.

I have been in my home for a little over two months and I am loving every bit of it. I am most pleased by how well insulated and energy efficient this home is. I have received two utility bills and was astonished at how low they both were. Beazer uses high materials in their homes.
