Great experience with Beazer Homes!

Sandy & KC were there for me every step of the way. This was a no pressure, hassel free experience. So glad I chose Beazer Homes!

We are very disappointed with the quality of painting at our house. The paint is already fading off or as u see a little stain and try to wipe it you can literally see the bare cardboard or the wall. It is clear they did only a single layer of paint throughout the house. This is terrible compared to our previous house we built from Ryan homes. We thought Beazer was way better than Ryan homes. We are very disappointed. Also as soon as we moved in we started steeping on needs on the staircase and had two incident where kids were injured and I️ personally and was bleeding.

Everyone involved in the process to build our home, from our sales person, to design center, to builder was amazing.

We had a wonderful experience with Beazer homes. Right from the start Mary and Shawn knew how to take care of their customers addressing their needs and issues. Along with our Dream home we got some wonderful friends that we take along with. Thank you for everything that you do for us.

I saw a Beazer advertisement in the review journal about available homes in Las Vegas and after speaking with beazer home buying specialist it was an awesome buying experience and all the people who helped us purchase and enjoy a wonderful home of our own.

Dave was great through the building process, any question or issue that he saw was fixed right away! Greg is great, very helpful and has been fast to get with us for anything we need!

Team at Beazer is fantastic.. being first time home buyer I had tons of questions and they were always there with prompt and clear answers.

Home is great! Neighborhood is great! Beazer staff is great from the home buying experience through to the warranty work. They are doing a great job!

The purchase process was well done. We felt as if the people that we spoke with did a good job of communicating the steps to the process. Since we have moved it, however, we have discovered that our heat ducts were not hooked up properly in our guest room (after inspections by the builder, by the heating and air company and even an independent inspector). That is concerning. We have also had 4 tires ruined -and 2 of the 3 cars involved needed to get new sets of tires because of the damage. All of the damage was due to nails being left in the road during the neighborhood building process.

Initially when I started the process everything was great. Kelly and Meaghan were really great and I received weekly updates from Dio. When DIO left so did customer disappeared. For five months I visited this house everyday Andy nothing was moving. I ended up with a punch list of 33 items of which Steve worked diligently to fix. Now that I have closed it seems like I will never get my refrigerator that’s has been back ordered since February 2021. I don’t have confidence that Beazer will deliver on the remaining items that are paid for to include the broken cabinet that was damage after it was installed. I love my home but I’m not confident that Beazer will finalize the deal since they have already been paid in full for an incomplete work! ... More

Until now, not everything will be complete

My experience in purchasing a new Beazer home was outstanding. Communication with Brian G. and Paul S. was awesome. They explained the process and always kept me updated with the progress of our new home. Also, our home was finished in the time frame originally given to us, no delays! Overall, we couldn't be happier. Thanks Beazer!

I had a terrible experience, things are still not repaired that were pointed out during the build in October and November of last year. I was never sent update or progress reports on what was happening or what to expected. When they've come to repair things they've created more damage, things actually look worse then they did before the repairs. I would never again choose to build thru Beazer home, I'm not even sure if I will ever have a new home build with the experience I had and am having with Beazer.
