From our first contact at the model home to our last contact after the closing, we had nothing but hospitable and helpful service. we did have a lot of delays but i do know that is part of the COVID situation. Closed on Feb 14th and there were a lot of things that did require to be fixed but the team at Beazer especially Todd, Shaun, and Jackson were super quick to fix issues that did pop up.

We bought our house during the time when the housing prices were going up and some builders were clearly trying to make profits out of it. Beazer Homes was not one of them. Very professional.

I had a good Experience during the buying process with both the sales team and construction manager. Home quality is good but I think that Beazer can do a little better for a home at that price range (I know the market is crazy). Waiting to see within the next few months how it goes. That being said, we are happy which is the most important.
