Jake and Sherri did an amazing job with timely follow up and updates. Not super satisfied though with the overall workmanship, the quality of the construction process and the material used. After sale service is fairly good, given the COVID and supply chain related constraints.

My experience of buying a new condo was breezy and delightful overall. Ali was so helpful from the beginning of our journey and is till now as well. I would ask him any questions with doubt and he would be right there answer back to me right away. The communication we have has been just outstanding and comforting. The construction team was great. They were very meticulous and thorough during every phase of the house. The quality and standard of construction is very high. What is a upgrade in the plan for a lot of builders was standard for ours. We couldn't be happier with the outcome of our house.

We had amazing experience with the Beazer builder, they are very professional, they delivered what they promised from beginning, Lisa and heather communicate very well with all house build updates with photos and they are very caring, Mitchell M goes above and beyond to build a quality house, he thoroughly inspects for all issues and fixes them on time. With the current market having supply chain issues, I have never felt that delay in my house construction and giving us the final quality house!

Struggle to get things done

This Builder does not care about its customer, but just make money by selling the house and moving on to the next project, something that could have taken a few months, ended up being a year-long project with 3 contractors(in real-world you only need one) and poor quality, not good finish and least concern about our safety, our house was right on the edge of the highway. They are not even concerned about our safety and would not even build us a fence for safety reasons. Overall worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!

All in all great experience. Some small, but super inconvenient issues occurred. We were never told we didn’t get an garage auto lift and no fridge. We even chose a fridge at design center. No one ever mentioned anything about the garage lift. Didn’t even know that was a thing

- Builder and management coordinated quite good during our home buying process from beginning to end - There were few issues however, builder addressed it well - 1 month and 1 year warranty checks are really helpfull, that'll allow us to get the issues fixed which are not identified in the beginning
