The only reason this is five stars is because Josh K was able to salvage what would have otherwise been a rough and disappointing home buying experience. Josh was able to prioritize and deliver on all promises and went above and beyond. Leah M came through in the end as well.

they should be made more quick responses to a bad item in the new home ... there’s a few issues that i have like the broken dishwasher , it’s been 2 month already and I’m still have the broken dishwasher ..and who is responsible for that .don’t answer calls or texts

The homes are well built with wonderful architectural design, which is set for a family and individual seeking family space. It's also a great area for peace and relaxation away from the inner city. The community and county are great with families who have children, by having graet school and keeping community maintain. The Beazer building developers are also there to help the elderly, who still want that quality home as well. Im very pleased to be a Beazer Homes owner. I'd recommend anyone who wants quality for a fair price.

What not in the market to buy a home since I already had a home in the area and didnt want to deal with the hassle of selling my home during a pandemic. However wife convince me to walk in the sales office and we met with Wagdee Ali. He explained they can help me with the whole process. 5 months later I am enjoying my new home that both wife and I love. Great communication and updates through the whole process. Quality of home is way better that other builders in our area and would recommend to anyone looking for a quality energy efficient home.
