We love our house and the location. We were however disappointed in the shape of the house at closing. While the work on the exception list was completed, the house was not clean and the finishing trims were sloppy and not addressed. There is paint and caulk on our tile, the trim painting is very poor and messy. Our upgraded sink was used to wash enamel paint by the painters. It still has stains. Our concrete on our driveway has damage from work vehicles. The irrigation system had 4 buried sprinkler heads we found. The house next to ours is higher and water drainage is an issue. There ...

When we signed the contract to purchase, we signed for a garage. At closing the garage had been switched and a less attractive alternative designated. There was no recompense for the less desirable alternative. Also there has been very poor follow up on repairing/replacing items designated at the final walk through. We have been in the house for going on 2 months and there are several items that have not been corrected. The buying process was good but the finishing and walk through was sub par. I believe they rushed to finish and it showed . The painting inside was horrible and even paint spots on the floor. Our builder did not follow up on our walk through concerns. For the price of these houses I expected a much better finished product.

Tina, our Sales Rep, is the best! She was, and is still, always available to answer questions, or find the answers, and point us in the right direction. The homes are beautiful. Some of the workmanship, not so much. I don’t expect perfection but those little things, when there are so many; as well as a couple Big things, are disheartening. Oscar has been FABULOUS in having the most concerning items addressed. The smaller ones will be taken care of in our 11th month. We are a new community, not completed, so I can not comment on the advertised Community Amenities.

The sales team (Lisa and Eric) were amazing thought the entire process. We received pictures of the progress as it was pretty difficult for us to get out to the site at times. They kept us up to date on our timeline and answered our many questions. Extra bonus to the entire Beazer team for having absolutely no delays during the entire process! Low quality in construction, lack of professionalism with construction manager and inspector of craftmanship. We had significant problems with drywall on ceiling & walls. Hot water heater does not get as hot as expected. The washer & dryer models in our closing docs did not match the actual washer & dryer...so the pedestals we ordered did not work.

We chose this community for a reason, perfect location and most importantly a great builder. The sales team, interior design center and general contractor were great, there was always communication throughout the building process. Overall it was a very good experience.

Nice home but Beazer fell short in execution of the process. Communication was poor, closing delayed multiple times, and home not fully complete when closed. Warranty follow-up is poor also.
