Very responsibal people.

We had a great experience working with Beazer Homes throughout the construction. We were especially impressed with our builder, Todd H. He took care of use each step of the way.

I had a great experience from start to finish. The initial visit to the sales center provided the information I needed to make an informed decision. At the design center, I had plenty of options to choose from to design MY home. Throughout the build process, I was kept completely informed of progress, and was welcome to bbn visit and ask any question.

Ruben has been very responsive and always has provided excellent customer service.

Make sure you look at ALL of the available upgrades BEFORE you purchase. I would buy from Beazer, again, they build a very solid, nice home.

Garrett took excellent care of extended needs after closing, concerning additional repairs.

Will the builder and Val the sales expert and truly both experts at their jobs! They were so helpful before the move and continue to answer our questions and help in the process of moving. We were in our home for over forty years and these two young people have really helped!

Beazer made the entire home buying experience very easy and were beyond willing to work with extenuating circumstances .

So far in the purchase and closing process everything has gone smooth. We purchased a spec home that was completed a while ago so some of the issues with purchasing a new home have already been taken care of. What issues we did have were addressed quickly and efficiently.

We have been moved into our new home for over a month now and the customer service department has proven to be viable to the Beazer name. There are always problems in life with anything but to me its how you handle the problems as they come and Beazer,s customer service department has been on top of it from the start. As soon as I report an issue to the Beazer warranty department on the website, I receive a call within a couple days as promised by Beaszer and the contractor to schedule an appointment for someone to come out and fix the issue. This is my second new home and the builder that I bought my first home from had horrible customer service compared to Beazer. Before we recently moved back to Arizona, we had a Beazer home built in Dallas, Tx. My wife and I were so impressed the first time with our experience, we decided to have another Beazer Home built in Goodyear, Az. From top to bottom, from the build to finish, Beazer’s commitment to customer satisfaction Is truly second to none. If something pops up that needs to be taken care of, their on it. My wife and I couldn’t be happier!

Very accommodating! Awesome design options and incentives. The entire staff was great.

First time home buyer here, I would recommend you go see Bryan in the Amira community, he made the whole experience simple and painless as I know someone buying in another non Beazer community that is having a horrible experience.

Cory was great with the walk through he went over all details about the house.

The sales representative, design studio specialist & builder were all excellent to work with. Great communication throughout the process of building our new home. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome!

Beazer made it extremely easy to go through the process of buying a house. They made sure I fully understood everything that was going on and updated me as often as they could on the entire process
