Ashley and Mike were a pleasure to work with throughout the purchase/building/ closing processes. They were constantly updating us on the progress of our home build---they were direct, honest and accurate. They understood we were dealing with difficulties surrounding the sale of our prior home and they stuck with us until we had this resolved. In short, Ashley and Mike were professional and engaging. Brian & Paul were great to work with in Chalk Hill Celina. There were a few issues after the home was completed. They are doing their best to complete them. It's a tough time to buy a home right now. I did go through the mayhem and it was not as bad. This is a good company that does what they say.

Beazer was excellent in communicating with us and they built us a fantastic home. There were a few issues that were not taken care of before we moved in but they have been correcting them as we go along. I would recommend Beazer Homes to anyone. They really have some beautiful styles.

My home was built within the six months promised, the sale went smoothly and the sales rep Brian was very helpful and prompt to respond when I had questions. However, Beazer’s contractors are somewhat slow to get small repairs done that were not caught during walk-through. I have several that are still pending.

Overall the home buying experience was great. The team was phenomenal leading up to the closing. Since closing I’ve experienced some issues. When addressing these issues it’s been less than acceptable. Random people showing up at random times to fix things. Zero coordination done prior to folks stopping by the house at random times to fix items. Additionally, the paint and painter used in our home, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. My child could do the same job with water colors.

I didn’t feel that my sales counselor was there for me through the process however Jake made up for it in every way. He was the builder but was giving me frequent updates directly since he understand my frustration with my sales counselor. He went above and beyond to make sure I closed on time and I don’t think it would have happened without him. Thank you for everything Jake!
