We built in a challenging time, despite all of the obstacles we still closed in time. Overall we are happy with our home the 5 months we’ve been here. We do feel like the craftsmanship could’ve been better for the prices of these homes. Some things I wish we would’ve saw/noticed during our blue tape walkthrough but lesson learned on our part. Building was an experience I don’t think I would do again….

I got lots of help from Shannon and Joanne, from the initial home buying process to closing and afterwards. I really appreciate their consistently high quality service!

I bought my Beazer home in December 2021 and I LOVE IT! It's cozy, comfortable and the price is right! What you see in the model homes is the style you get. There were no "pushy salesperson"; quite the opposite. Carmine and DeeDee are phenomenal. I looked at other new construction sites but nothing compared to Beazer. Other sites list one price but once you're there, there are add-on charges and not to mention the extensive waitlist to move in. Corey & Cesar were also very welcoming during my walk-through. The whole process from Bertha to Donny and Ruben was transparent

Sales Agents: A+. Pre-and post sales support is truly excellent. Project Management: C-. Created unrealistic and unsupportable dates. Quality : B (overall). Would have rated higher, but too many dumb mistakes and errors. Your rush to close was obvious in the mistakes I found. -Bad. Warranty: B (So far). HOA: F-

Due to pandemic experience delays but every step away the way was aware of what issue was and expected timeframe.

Service was great from buying the lot to completion of the home. Everyone we encountered really cared and listened to the input my wife and I had and took care of it. Even now when issues arise, they are very good at making sure the things we need done get done. The Beazer culture is genuine and you can tell they have a standard in who they hire.

We were overall very pleased with our experience. One thing of note, however, is that we have e experienced some difficulty with builder follow up post settlement. We do not seem to be receiving the same amount of attention as we did during the home build process.

It’s very pleasing to have a team of professionals who are always there when you need them. As an out of town buyer, I rely on information from time to time. I could always reach someone who would have the help I need. My builder would send me photos, the processing team would have the next step ready in advance keeping me updated. I’m very satisfied with my experience. Thanks Beazer.

Very helpful they made the home buying experience very easy

Our home was purchased as a “spec” home which was well along in construction. We were unable to make modifications/upgrades prior to closing but we still felt that we were part of completing our home, which we love!

Great homes and communication with the builder

Great quality constuction and resonable prices for upgrades.

Started our home build in February 2021 and we closed Dec 2022. Construction delays aside, Beazer didn’t fully commit to keeping us in the loop of what was going on a weekly basis until the last few months of construction. We recognize that the pandemic made all things anything but normal, but we expected to be well informed at every step of the way and that wasn’t always the case. In the end, our home was completed the exact we wanted it and Beazer has had frequent contact with us to make sure that it stays that way.

All the process was really good, the issue was the last moment of changing the closing date and they couldn’t finish my home on time but they figure out and they help me with everything and now I’m really happy with my new Home!!! Thank you Beazer Homes!!

Overall this has been a disappointing experience. Our home has had so many issues. We have had construction crews in almost daily and things torn up everywhere. In almost every case we have needed a repair, Beazer has sent their “expert” (actually a rookie handyman at best, who even admits they are) who then makes the issue worse. Then they have to send another crew to repeat or repair even more the next time. We have had our sink get destroyed then need replacing. To replace it they had to take counter off, when they slammed it back down it caused separation all around they have to fix now. We had our crooked dormer adjusted we begged for months. They opened it 2 days before a heavy rain in forecast. Its been 2 weeks with it open and who knows how it did after rain and still nothing fixed. The master shower didnt work for a month and a half. ADA bars were attempted to be installed without backing or studs. Door frames are crooked and spent 4 hours with someone coming to “fix” casing only to have them leave with it more broken, the door not closing, and another repair coming soon. Our ceilings were painted in 2 shades of white. The list is so much longer… i gave them a 2 because people are nice, and when you look past the long list of fix its, or the house being torn apart often its not terrible. But for the amount of money paid it is absolutely unacceptable. The excuse of Covid help being hard is not fully true. Many of the guys that come in are just cheap help, not trade specialists. Were just hoping sooner then later we can be done. I have purchased a few new homes and realize normal things that get addressed after year one.
