Could not be more in love with the way my first home turned out. From the start Rob was able to answer any questions I needed, and Joel was always there for additional questions. Best decision ever!

Delayed multiple months from initially quoted build time, house was not complete, very little care or response from the sales agent, builder, or company. We had paint on every window and all over the flooring. The house was obviously not cleaned, big muddy boot prints left in the carpet, drywall dust all over everything, nails and screws had to be picked up up all over the property. Our ac unit was not connected to electricity and took 3 different visits from the electrician to fix, they still have not properly installed the breaker for it. Several paid upgrade options were not installed properly, media outlet boxes had no cables pulled to them, media cables were not terminated anywhere. Poor poor service, poor quality control, most people seemed unknowledgeable and unwilling to help. They were more concerned about closing the house than finishing it. Seriously worried about what other issues we will uncover in the years to come, let’s hope the warranty holds. Buyer beware. ... More

Customer Service was great! Everyone respond in a timely matter. They made the experience stress-free. I was kept informed from start to finish. The New Home Counselor to the Construction Managers were very helpful with explaining the building process.

From the moment I walked in the office to the moment I closed, buying my home from Beazer has been so easy Rob and our builder Marc went above and beyond answering any questions I had or any concerns that popped up with my home. Even now a couple months after my closing they are still quick to respond to my questions or concerns I may have. If there was a way to give Beazer, Rob and Marc more then 5 stars I would!

Our townhouse was built during Covid times and was still built at a reasonable rate, the quality of the materials are great.

Just know that you are going to be getting a great home and your experience will be easy and transparent.

Initially, the visit to the model homes were a great experience. The agent for Beazer and models was open and professional. We made an offer on a completed model home and it was accepted by Beazer. Once we moved into the initial process to complete purchase, earnest money, lender approval, and escrow, there was little contact with Beazer. Once under contract and walk through was started, Beazer CCR called for intial contact. Since it was a model, there was a "Pricing Addendum Worksheet" given to us detailing the upgrades installed in the model. No one went over the worksheet with us so we accomplished the inventory on our own. As we accomplished this, we noticed items that had been installed/upgraded did have issues. The initial walk through with Beazer CCR was accomplished on 12/20/2021. A New Home orientation worksheet with 9 minor items annotated for repair, but did not include the items listed as follows. (1) Installed dryer/washer combo, dryer did not work. (2) Undercounter dishwasher did not work, as well as being unattached to counter and missing underwasher base plate. (3) Driveway was incomplete as far as not being finish in color and texture to match rest of driveway. (4) Patio Sliding door was installed upside down. (5) Side walk gate lock hinge was installed incorrectly, unable to lock gate. (6) Wiring in garage for door opener panel was drywalled over during "make ready stage". (7) Numerous locations throughout interior of house had been retouched with paint, but paint did not match. Contact was made with Beazer Customer Care Center to apprise them of the items needing attention. A CCR person met us at the home to go over our concerns. Some items were addressed such as replacing the dryer. All the kitchen counters had to be removed because the dishwasher was installed incorrectly, then replaced. The driveway finishing was completed but doesn't match the rest of the driveway. The dishwasher base plate was reinstalled. The other items were left as is because Beazer had no explanation how to correct. I was told by a Beazer Representative, because I had completed a "Customer Care Survey" and only rated Beazer a "3" we probably would not get the value support if the rating would have been higher. That is why I am now completing this survey to inform how we were actually treated after a survey. ... More

I have owned new home before this time with this company the house is full of holes and now it’s been one week and all I see is mice and I’m already fedup with the house the garage has a hole and I’m expecting a snake soon. it’s not ok

Even though the closing was delay but we had great experience working with the team. Nina from the sales office works so hard to get our home closed in time for the holiday :) Chad at Customer Care is also great and very professional .

Great experience with the builder and great communication always had weekly updates.

Beazer homes made it so easy for my family to move from Fl. We were engaged personally in every step and the staff is incredibly giving and approachable. I definitely will recommend Beazer Homes to anyone who wants to build and enjoy watching the process from front row..

Great customer service. Wayne, the GC is a total dream. I had a really smooth transition into my home once I closed and Wayne is still there for me if I need him.

We have built 2 homes and were pleased to have both building experiences with Beazer Homes. Our last home that we closed in 2021 was not easy for the builder due to the strain of the pandemic on the work force, supplies, etc. That being said, we received weekly updates, excellent customer service and ended up with an absolutely beautiful home. Thanks Beazer!

Our builder was always available for questions and made sure all issues were taken care of ASAP. You could tell he wanted to deliver the best product possible and wanted to make sure we were happy with our home. The finished product was more than we could ask for!

Our sales rep and other Beazer team member kept in touch with updates throughout the process.

The culture at Beazer impressed me the most; everyone from the front line sales (Sarah), to the supervisory construction manager (Mischelle), to the customer service (Bill); has been a seamless and pleasurable experience. There are many forward looking features offered in Beazer homes that you may not find with other builders. The smart money says give this builder a try, I doubt you will be disappointed.

These guys maintained pretty good quality of home building process. After closing also they always help out with any issues quickly. All are pretty good supporting cast.

Start up for us a as pretty good. We were relocating from another state and selling our home. They waited for us to close on our home to pay the down payment. We thought that was awesome and asked if it would delay our projected finish date … they assured us it wouldn’t but turn out it was delayed. Communication wasn’t the greatest. We constantly had to be fishing for updates and were only informed we would get the home a whole month after the initial estimate date when WE asked about it. As the checkpoints went through we got the very rare picture update but nothing detailed. Some of our questions were never answered , even after we were told there would be no more delays and that also wasn’t accurate. In today’s world delays are surely expected or normal now but that should not be an excuse for the lack of communication. Once we got our home our customer service rep Gregory changed the game. When things began to break down within the first month he responded. Though there has been some delays in responses here and there that are out of his control he makes sure to respond as soon as he is back in the office and apologize for it and improve his communication each time. It’s a little frustrating to have things go wrong so soon but the good thing about it being a new home is that Greg holds his word on the guarantees. There are some trades that take longer to respond but we are greatful he follows up. That being said this is the first time we have a new built, we know what to look out for next time around . ... For the most part, my buying experience was good. The communication from the salesman during the whole process could have been a little better but, besides the “backordered/delayed items” overall I am pleased with the finished product of my home. I would definitely build with beazer again!
