From the initial stage of information to the closing, I have encountered people that did nothing but looked out for me and my best interest, They kept me informed all through the process, the contractor was totally professional and made sure all the details were included in the building process, I got a call or email from the agent, the closing team went above and beyond to make sure all the detail were met for a easy closing, I will recommend this company and all its great employees to everyone that are looking for or intend to buy a home,

Our home buying experience was an overall exciting, beautiful, and good experience. We faced several challenges in the beginning, but were very lucky to work with Lisa who was very helpful, friendly, and patient with our questions and decisions. Our first try was heart breaking as having to do a lottery for the home, and we did not win. But in the end everything worked out perfectly as it was meant to be, and we got the lot we desired and our favorite model of the home! We are very happy with our purchase and am very thankful for all that was involved in the process.
