It was one of the best experience

Robert was great at providing updates as home was being built. Brian was informative about the home. Chris was not the best lender.

This was my third time purchasing a home and by far the least stressful experience. The staff was wonderful, shout out to (Dawn, Luis and Brian). The communication and follow through was spot on. I was impressed with their attention to detail and willingness to help make sure everything is meeting my wants, needs and desires. Thank you!

My entire experience was perfect. From the beautiful move-in ready home to the Beazer team, Guild team and First American team. I couldn’t have asked for an easier or more enjoyable process. More importantly, the home is built so well and I’ve already gotten my first energy bill for the first 35 days and it was less than $60!!! Thank you to everyone and to Beazer for this gem of a community.

Beazer team has really made up for the work that has been done. Jay and Wayne were able to keep me in the loop of all the details and processes of what was going on with my house. Other things have occurred but Wayne has always been my first call and has stuck by me throughout each thing. I appreciate him for getting the job done and staying on top of making sure my house was back together in one piece. Thank you WAYNE!

I love the finishes of my new home and the community it is in. Jacob and Belinda are a great team to have on your side, they will guide you during and after the process of purchasing and also they tell you all that you need to know about maintenance. The walk trough was very detailed and they answer all my questions. They are definitely a 5 star team.

The whole buying experience was daunting at first, but as soon as my home counselor explained the process and the over all build process was well explained by Will(contractor), I was rest assured

My experience with Beazer was a positive one. From beginning to end I had people that kept me in the loop and were straightforward with me, which I appreciated. Belinda helped me immensely and sent me updates periodically. My contractor Jake was also professional and very knowledgeable. The quality of my home is impressive and i’m in love with the end result.

Working with Beazer was a pleasure as they held our hand every step of the way. We are thrilled with our new home and the community. The team was extremely accessible throughout the entire process. Thank you!

Abraham, customer service, has been very responsive. We have appreciated James, he walked over to our house to show me how something works. Judd and Brandon have also been a very responsive help. Christie, our sales agent, was a delight to work with from start to finish. We often stop in to say, "hi." Bottom line, we would buy Beazer again,..we hope we don't need to.

I’ve had a wonderful experience during the whole process from working with Amber in the sales office to D during construction. He told me he was going to build me a beautiful house & he did! Everyone listened to what I wanted and genuinely worked together to make the whole process a very pleasant one.

From my first step in the show home sales office being greeted by Janine to date with Abraham stopping in to make sure things are going well. I would highly recommend Beazer homes. The few months between I have been in contact also with Christy & Brandon they are all on top of things. Always helpful & nice to chat with.

Greg the builder is the best

From the date of booking to the closing date, it was smooth experience with the builder and had no issue when communicating with him. He has been patiently addreesing all my concerns ever after the the closing date strongly recommend

We lived out of town while buying and building this house. Every time we came in for meetings we were greeted and updated with the latest and greatest progress and challenges. Cynthia and her team took pictures and updated us while we were not able to be there. We visited with her frequently on some of the issues that we were concerned with and were able to communicate with ease and understanding. Cynthia took ownership of the project and kept it on track. We felt she was invested in her job and her clients to make sure things were right. If something did not look right she took the initiative to point it out and have it corrected before we had the chance to inspect and bring it up. Very Proactive.
