Moving from Ohio to Texas was definitely worth the wait. We worked with Beazer homes and I have to say they are good to work with. From the beginning to the end, they did everything we wanted for our home. Working with Bethany made it easier and more we could have asked for. Not once did we had to come from Ohio to see the update on the house. We were getting daily updates which made life easier on my wife and I. I would strongly encourage anybody to have Beazer home build their house.

I loved this community from the first visit. Once deciding to sign, the whole process went very smooth. The builder Bethany gave me consistent and detailed information on the progress of building the home, which educated me the whole way until I got keys. It was a relief to be in the know and have any questions answered I had.

Mike was a great asset during our build process. Even after completion he did an outstanding job making sure everything was taken care of!

Tony has been amazing to work with. He addresses any issues quickly and efficiently. I love my new Beazer home and look forward to many years of enjoyment.

We love our new Beazer home. We had a few issues upon moving in, but our builder Mike, took care of everything immediately. He responded quickly with replies and scheduled contractors for that same day or the next. We also almost had to delay closing, but Mike took care of issues to make sure we closed on time. Mike did a great job and we would recommend him as the best builder. We were extremely happy with Cindy at US bank taking care of our mortgage through Beazer portal. Cindy went above and beyond to take care of all paperwork quickly and gave us financial savings and guidance. She was a huge help!! ... More

I purchased a townhome in southwest Las Vegas. I arrived at the sales office with my real estate agent and spoke to Vincent. Vincent was very friendly and answered all of my questions. Beazer had models on site to tour. The tour was easy and self-guided. The purchase process was very streamlined, and Beazer has (at the time of my purchase) 4 preferred mortgage providers to work with which do compete for business. I chose to work with US Bank and my loan manager, Max, was very responsive and helpful. Following my purchase, Tony provided a guided tour of the new home. He explained home maintenance, warranty information and answered questions. All of the warranty items thus far have been promptly handled. The Beazer lender I worked with was great. The process went very smoothly. Customer service rep Irving has been excellent to work with.

Great experience during walkthrough. Advance technologies and features installed. Solar system in place. Promising backups.

John L the builder was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable when it came to our home. He kept us up to date every week and every step of the way when it came to the progress of our home. John also was very helpful even after we moved in. He came and looked at things when we had questions or issues. Can say enough great things about john L.

Buying was easy. Waiting for the delivery of the unit was difficult. When we bought, the estimated delivery was between Feb.-April 2024. We finally occupied the unit on Sept. 2024. In the meantime we lived in a rental unit for 11 mo. waiting for the completion of the bldg. During the wait tme we had no information from Corp. Beazer letting us know what was the true delivery time.

I dropped in just to take a quick look, and by the time I left, I was HOOKED! The house was perfect -- but the people surrounding this experience really impressed me most. I knew I was in good hands, and they have never once disappointed me -- no matter how small the request, Grant, Adam, and Cyndy have delivered EVERY time. I couldn't be more happy with my decision to buy a Beazer home. Thanks to everyone...

Fast Process to finish , Nice Staffs at any part

As a first time home buyer we had a lot of questions and concerns. Our Beazer agent Jim D was incredibly patient and understanding. He took time to explain every detail and was available always. He help us found the perfect home within our budget. Highly recommended!

I'm happy, always honest, good materials, employees, timely service, it is very complete house.

We weren’t able to come watch the house being built, but we were given weekly updates with pictures. Any issues we have found have been addressed in a timely manner.

Overall we were very pleased with Beazer homes and our builder Garrick who was very easy to work with!
