Builder was attentive

The builder was very attentive during the build process. Now that things are starting to settle, there are numerous nail pops, creaking stairs, door knobs consistently falling off (screws are too small for 3 upstairs doors) and baseboard molding falling from the wall going to the basement. Now that we are past construction and no longer working with our construction manger, I hope that these issues are resolved in a timely manner. Joe the construction manager was very attentive during the build process.

My Beazer home is a quality home. It was constructed well and I have had no problems. Wayne and Dennis are amazing! When we needed warranty issues completed , the work was done fast and the contractors employees completed the issues on time and to our satisfaction. The home overall showed sloppy work from the painters and sheet rockers. One item that I would suggest for the Superintendent to do is:. Lay the tile floors before the home is trimmed so the tile floor does not have grout along the floor molding.

Working with Beazer was smooth from the beginning to the end. The sales team kept us informed of our building process and was easy to contact. The building foreman was also easy to contact, was responsive and wonderful to deal with. Everything they told us was upfront and on the level. Nothing changed during the entire process. The contact for our warranty needs explained our new home to us in detail and open to any needs we might have. The house itself is wonderful and well built. I would not hesitate to use Beazer again or refer anyone to them to build their new home.

The Representatives from Beazer and Builder where very helpful however there are many things that were not in their control to make sure quality of home is TopNotch.. in my opinion Beazer used inexperienced contracting companies who were not of topQuality

Response to your queries and keeping me informed all the time was very appreciated.. especially Mary and Shawn did a fantastic job in coordinating and updating however the quality of the home is about whom Beazer choose as a builder to build and do they hire right contractors to get a Top Notch quality output… for me the experience of buying was fine but the quality of the home and the attention to details to catch and correct things early was missing …

The New Home Counselor had good knowledge of the selling points, including the insultation. We did have a rocky middle during the construction phase but overall the experience is strongly positive as our builder Brian was extremely responsive leading up to, and after closing. Will definitely recommend Beazer to friends and family.
