My husband and I have been looking for our perfect retirement home for over a year and found it with Bella Vita Gardens in Myrtle Beach! The garden home checked off all of our "have to have" boxes! Jenny was so nice to work with and Matt fixed any minor details before closing! Can't wait to retire so we can enjoy our home and explore the South!

I love my Beazer home. The process was easy and so far every single person from Beazer homes has been helpful, knowledgeable and friendly

We knew that building a new home from a distance of 1,000 miles away would be challenging but the challenges came later. We loaded up our new home with lots of extras but the construction crew banged out our house like the other cookie cutter homes and forgot to add the extras we purchased like upgraded molding on windows and baseboards, upgraded tile shower, stainless vent hood. The installed fiberglass shower had to be ripped out and they left behind damaged walls when new tile shower was finally installed correctly, microwave that we did not want was installed so that had to be ripped out and backsplash redone. I could go on and on. If you just want the cookie cutter house they build you will be happy but we opted for a lot of the extras they offer and it has been very challenging getting the house completed the way we want it. Beazer in a big hurry to close on homes to get their money but not in a big hurry to fix issues after closing that need addressing. After closing, their contact people at the property never answer voicemails or texts. They have moved on to the next group of homes that need to get finished and closed. I am sure all of our issues will be addressed eventually after submitting them multiple times to the Beazer warranty department. ... More

Love our home! The Beazer sales teams in natomas field was amazing! Katrina and Cindi were well informed and guided us through the whole buying process.

I’m quite pleased with the new Beazer home. It’s been a couple months with no major troubles. The staff are incredibly friendly and our requests have been processed quickly and efficiently. Moving in warranty after the first week was very smooth and friendly.

I bought my Beazer home in September of this year and along the way I had incredible customer support. Stella the sales agent was friendly, informative, and proactive. Josef and John who were in charge of construction allowed me and took in my questions and concerns while addressing them promptly. They are knowledgeable and friendly and felt like they were on my team during the construction of the house. I am 2 months moved in and love my house. I have had no issues with my house and love my first home. I also know if I have any questions Beazer's customer service along with John and Josef would help resolve a reasonable problem. The decision to downsize was easier once we saw the beautiful floor plans available. We attended the weekly open houses at the Design Center and had all of our upgrades in mind before our appointment to choose selections. Our builder Kevin communicated with us several times a week and we felt very involved during the entire building process. He also delivered our beautiful home on time, perfectly in sync with the estimated timeline. Even our private home inspector we use when building told us Beazer builds a solid home. I would recommend Beazer to anyone looking to build a new home. The pool is already built and the community is very clean, I am excited to be living here for the years to come.

Beautiful Homes. Very convenient distribution of rooms. Very nice standard features. Beautiful fences. Plenty of open space/yard all around the house. Beautiful exteriors. I love my Beazer home.
