Im pleased to own a Beazer home,I feel the home is energy efficient which sold me on it.I haven t been able to give you a rating on this home since I haven t been in it long enough.I do feel they need to complete the work that wasn't completed at closing faster and I m still waiting.

agent which we bought the home from was amazing Liz but the maintenance and follow up the things that needed to be fixed or repaired prior to moving wasn't done how to call numerous times to make sure they would finish up then told me it was no longer their obligation and now it was mine I had to call the warranty company when the issues were prior my 7 day grace.

The process had a few up and downs as expected. But at the end of the day, they made the closing date.

This is the second house we have purchased and by far the best experience. From the first moment till we closed on the house, Beazer and everyone working with the company was wonderful. Buying this home was so smooth and easy. I’m still shocked at how quick the process was: Brian our sales consultant was extremely helpful from the beginning and still continues to assist gladly whenever possible. He is enjoyable to work with and truly enjoys helping people. We’ve had a few minor issues with the house since we moved in, but they were taken care of immediately. We’ve had the most contact with Brian and Phillip and each time they help in the best way that they can. The house is wonderful! I love the layout.
