My recent purchase in Elyson went so smoothly! I stopped by on whim and Michelle toured me around the model - I instantly fell in love! Micehlle made the sales process very easy and stress free! My experience working with Chris on the build side was on time and he was very willing to listen to and address my concerns. This is my second Beazer home and they were very willing to work with me and at the end I am very Happy!!!

I had an excellent experience with my new home build. From the beginning of the build, Chris gave his attention to every detail, and he kept me up to date with all of the major milestones concerning my new home. Because of Chris' high level of service, and professionalism my home was build with the highest quality and style. Thank you for a beautiful home.

To me a brick is a brick and a board is a board. Every builder uses the same basic materials but with Beazer it’s the people that make a difference. From the sale to construction to close we were always informed and were treated as a customer should be. Even after close, Jake would check in on a daily basis to assure everything was perfect.

It was a great experience, from start to finish!

The whole experience sucked! It started off very slow. The construction manager started off good but the disappeared and eventually was replaced. The construction crew were so sloppy and dirty leaving trash everywhere and even used the restroom in the house. Very unsanitary! The salesman was great

The process from start to finish was very professional and organized. We received weekly updates with photographs during the building process and everything was on time as presented during the sales process. Any minor issue that came up along the way was handled immediately. Our sales team kept us updated as the process went on and gave us excellent preparation for the closing of the sale and everything along the way. The home is beautiful! I would strongly recommend Beazer to family and friends!

Everyone from the selling team to the building team were fabulous to work with. They really care about customer service. I would highly recommend Beazer.

1. Overall OK initial buying experience, but would appreciate more details to be available upfront like location of electrical boxes/internet boxes. Poor information available on the equipment to be used in the house depending on the option chosen - we got a faulty dishwasher and the warranty does not include replacement with a new one. 2. OK home building supervision at the early stage of the construction, very poor supervision and management during the rest (most) of the construction time. Poor transparency, poor follow-up and poor anticipation. Numerous mistakes/issues noticed by us which - if not detected by us in advance - would have caused a major delay in the readiness of the home: - construction team smoking inside the house (2 escalations done) - rest room used during the construction - carpet was supposed to be done at the very end, instead it was done and people were walking on it for 2-3 weeks (house was not closed) - wrong tiles put in the bathroom (compensated after escalation) - fireplace stone work quality not according to the grout specification - dismissed by Beazer and not compensated properly (Beazer only agreed to disassemble the fireplace, but did not compensate us for ending up with no stone which we paid for!) - wrong cabinets put in the kitchen (wrong height and missing glass cabinet); some cabinet pieces ordered too late and only provided weeks after closing, one still missing 2 months after closing (!) - extremely poor planning - outside door paint quality - very poor, not painted for the 2nd time after 2 months even though agreed at NHO and documented - gas valve missed and uncovered a day before NHO - a piece of stone from another set was put outside - very obvious, Beazer does not see the issue - design center samples were non-representative - excuses that they faded and that's why we were getting darker ones; grout size on the sample was much smaller than the one we were being convinced into accepting - customer care representative never visited our home since closing on 10/19/2021 - good support from Sherri in the tough time toward the end to get more out of the construction team - good support from Randy when he joined and after closing - would have given 2.5 if it was possible, but it is not, therefore it is a 2 out of 5 rating overall ... The whole process from start to finish was exceptional.

I can’t believe that they installed the wrong door knobs and at the close of escrow forgot to reorder the correct ones ( lever in oil bronze ) and now say it won’t be until end of January

Great service from selecting to building walk through

Communication was easy and quick, made the process easier.

In this over fifty five community, the builder considered the most important needs for this age group. The showers with the bench, the higher commodes, nice large rooms , love all the cabinets, and adequate storage. Jarret was always available to show us the condo no matter how many times we came by. The entire experience from start to finish was wonderful. The Gatherings is a beautiful place, I love that it is in Lake Nona. The Veterans Hospital and the community is a plus.

Financing Process - they said 3 banks would send me offers. Only 2 banks did. Because Beazer do not send the approved contract to the banks it delayed the time I had to review and choose a bank. When I requested more time to decide their reply was you signed the contract. Which they failed to finalized for over 10 days. But that was just the start of the issues. After choosing bank they waited until the closing was set to tell me the bank I had chosen was not going to be my bank and had to start the approval process over - of course this was approved by Beazer. The new bank increased my closing cost - the only fact that allow me to receive the original closing cost was my ability to bring in an outside bank. The actual Townhouse work was horrible. These are some of the items: Tile Floor dirty, had spacers left in grout and was uneven (still working on fixing) Paint - missed painting places - fixed but now I have white trim paint on the walls. Wood work in general it was horrible - they don't use great materials. Great communication throughout the process and they are always willing to help with any concerns that you may have. Extremely happy with the entire process and effort that everyone from Beazer puts forth.

I wanted my next home and community to be a place of warmth and beauty . I love the fact that the team at Millers Walk make you feel like they are looking out for you and giving you the best time and quality possible .

Great experience with the team and cannot complain about their service. Time Expectation though was the hard part. It made it word because of COVID as the closing got delayed multiple times which affected my plans heavily. Aside from that, Will for sure purchase from Beazer again in the future.

From the first discussion with our first meeting with Shannon to the delivery and follow-up by Brett, the Beezer team was great to work with in Bishops Landing! Couldn’t ask for a better experience with a builder!

Bad and bad, disappointed. many flaws and details.

I would say overall our experience was pleasant however we did have a period of time where we lost our original construction manager and was replaced by another. I believe this process delayed our build substantially but we were never briefed on it. I’m not sure if it was the market or supply chain issues but it took 11 months from foundation pour to close. Our close date was pushed back multiple times and sometimes we didn’t know until 12 hours before closing. It was pretty frustrating.

Work was done well and on time.
