First and foremost, Gary R. was an absolute pleasure to work with. He truly went above and beyond for us as customers and first time homebuyers from our very first visit to see the models. Communication was great, they make sure to update you every step of the way. I bought a home with Beazer homes in Jan 2021. I got it in October. The process was smooth and straightforward. Sales agent was very helpful along with the builder during the construction process. Overall I am happy I went with Beazer homes. I am taking a star off because of some cosmetic imperfections (waiting on them to paint the outer wall) which were not addressed. I believe they will be taking care of them before the one year warranty expires. Also I would recommend another type of grass in the backyard instead of Bahia. Even the ground is not level and the place is unusable.

I love the design of my new home. Upon moving in, I've had to submit several repair requests due to things not being completed properly before I moved in. I'm thankful for the 1-year warranty service that Beazer offers so that I can get things repaired in a timely manner.

Lack of attention to detail

I feel the house is qualm. However, the sales experience was terrible. Mistakes in the design of my build causes an over 3 month delay. Also, had a sales person tell me I could walk away, this was after waiting over 5 months.

Great building process not good after closing

The building process was great. Wonderful communication entire time but once I closed I couldn’t get repairs done. The stain on my wood stair treads was horrible and rubbed off every time I wiped them with a damp clotht, there is paint in my grout and on my tile floors, and there was never a screw or screw hole put in the bottom portion of my front door handle, and the concrete as you enter the garage was chipped and jagged, was repaired, and is already starting to crumble again. I am upset with the poor workmanship on many aspect of our finished product. From scratches and poorly working windows to uneven walls and crooked counter areas that make drawer lopsided and warranty responsiveness lacking for real issues.

The community, design and neighbors are good. Very disappointed in lack of warranty follow up, large number of incomplete items throughout the building and the condition of our unit at turnover. We have been in our home for over 6 weeks, and very few warranty items have been addressed.
