I'm a first time buyer and the process was so easy! Aaron in the office answered all of my questions and made me feel so comfortable reaching out and bugging him. Julie did an amazing job with all my walk throughs and Chad has been wonderful following up with the warranty side. All in all I'm one satisfied, although bothersome at times ;-), home buyer!!

Tyree is one of the folks at our community. Extremely trustworthy and provides the best guidance. The homes are really well made. I had no teething trouble while moving into my new home.

We were first time home buyers with a lot of questions. Beazer's staff walked us through the process and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The general contractor for our home was more responsive than my own employees and always super helpful. We loved working with him.

Once my wife and I took a look at the models and talked to Nancy Warner in the office, we knew we wanted to buy. She was so helpful and flexible to answer all of our questions, without making us feel like we were high-maintenance (which I think we were). She remained positive and helpful the entire process. Also, the walk thoughts went great, and any/all concerns were dealt with quickly. We love the design and value of our new home. We were very surprised at the quality of the build, as well as the absolute cleanliness on the day of our walk through. A whole lot of house for the money! After living in it more than a month, we couldn't be happier.

Purchasing a home with Beazer was a simple and very easy process. Bob was our builder who kept us informed and answered all our questions. We had very few issues and the few items that did arise were taken care in a very timely manner.
