Beezer homes is my forever home!

Delivered almost 100% to scheduled delivery (2 days off from original date). Were in constant contact with me throughout the process and their "agents" were all so pleasant to work with

I must say I’m very pleased with my Beazer home. My experience in buying my home was great. The workers was very pleasant & builders explain everything to you about the home. You get to walk through the house as it builds & ask questions if needed. I’m very pleased. Thank you Beazer. This is the first experience I had in buying a new home & I must say kudos you’re the best!

I was extremely happy with the Beazer staff I encountered and the process of watching my home be built, being included every step of the way. My only issue was not realizing until too late my front door not only didn’t have a window but not even a peep hole. It was something I meant to ask about but never did so I am at fault yet assumed I’d have a window as do most of the houses in the neighborhood do.

Josh was great. Bill knows his stuff. Lorin did an excellent job smoothing out the bumps. We love the house.

Could not express how happy we are with Beazer. From the beginning they opened up their hearts to what we wanted. Tyree our salesman went above and beyond in helping guide us through the process. And you couldn't ask for a better man in charge of building your home than Don, our builder. I have been in the construction industry for over 40 years and this was the first house I have built and I must say, Beazer employees went above and beyond to make the building process stress free.

From day one our experience was stellar. No high pressure sales, step by step through the entire process. Collin was our sales agent, he was a pleasure to deal with. Our initial contact was a cold call visit to him with our realtor and 5 hrs later we had fully designed our house. House was completed 3 weeks early and we had pictures and reports every step of the way. Post closing, Bill kept in touch and addressed any minor issues in a timely manner. Construction , insulation and a/c are all top notch. Very happy.

We have loved working with Rob & Brett to get into our Beazer House! They have all made it a great experience & have been so helpful!!! I would suggest to anyone that is looking for a new house to talk to them.

We are happy with our home, repairs we fixed when requested. Very happy to be apart of this neighborhood.

The people I have dealt with have bent over backwards to keep me informed throughout the entire process. Especially Dave the building superintendent.

Our GC/Supervisor Jimmy is and was 100% on point with any minor issues we had.

Sales and Project manager worked hard at getting all things taken care of and are excellent at responsiveness. I love my new home!

I enjoyed dealing with Steve and DeeAnn. Steve kept me informed by sending pictures as the house was being built, that was a great surprise since I didn't come by often. Meeting with the construction foreman Dave was also a good experience, seeing the insude of your walls and him explaining the hows is very interesting. Greg is also a big help when it comes to those few things that need to be fixed but are overlooked on the walk through. Make sure to ask what color the standard faucet is And ask about what trees are being planted.

Darby is awesome when we walked in we told him we were just looking and not interested in buying because we had already signed with a competitor. We expected Darby to give us the cold shoulder but instead was super nice and still gave us a personal tour of the quick move in homes they had. Beazer value that they bring to the table can’t be beat the finishes are so much nicer then the competition we actually decided to cancel with Lennar and go with beazer and the lenders they use compete for your business not like with Lennar. From our first meeting about the concept Beazer has developed in the Gatherings and built for Active over 55 was exactly what we had been looking for! Our salesperson LaDona did an outstanding job providing answers, information and assisting us through the whole process. We have been in our new home 2 months now and we are extremely pleased with our decision. For anyone over 55 who are still active we would strongly recommend they visit the Gatherings at Mercer Crossing.

We are very happy in our new Beazer home. The process was simple and the people were great. The home quality is wonderful. All the trades did a great job in all areas of the building process and if an issue was discovered, the superintendents were quick to remedy the problem. Best experience in a home purchase that we have had. This is my 6th home purchase, so I have some experience in this regard.

First of all, the location is perfect. Just off I-526 and minutes from Charleston, Mount Pleasant, and North Charleston. The homes are quality with solid construction. A visitor to my new Beazer home commented "the stairs don't even creak". I love the styles - reflective of the Lowcountry. Most importantly, the staff, from the representative up front to the builder, they are highly professional and go above and beyond to please and make living here a pleasant experience. I just moved into my home and love it. The neighbors I have met are great and love it here and praise the staff. God has truly blessed me - I never thought I would have a new home this nice and in such a great location and a staff member and builder who truly care. I highly recommend considering. While there were a few minor issues in the build process, it really couldn't have much better. There were only a few fit and finish issues and the builder was on top of those promptly. After being in the home, I've noticed a couple of items that need to addressed through the warranty process, but they are very minor. There were enough options to satisfy my needs and other options were taken care so as not to turn the process into a year long second job. Highly recommended

Had the pleasure of working Jeff as our builder and he was awesome. Very responsive. Made me aware of issue or delays and new timelines. Every date he gave me was spot on. He even made sure we knew when features we were excited about were completed so we could come seem and make sure they were exactly as we had planned.

We were moving from California. Bryan made the process as easy as possible, he was very helpful and responded to any questions or concerns 7 days a week. Trevor was very professional and has high standards of workmanship on the home. The couple little things that have come up via warranty in our first 6 weeks Trevor was right on top of it and took care of the issue no problem. I would definitely do business with both of these gentlemen again.
