agent which we bought the home from was amazing Liz but the maintenance and follow up the things that needed to be fixed or repaired prior to moving wasn't done how to call numerous times to make sure they would finish up then told me it was no longer their obligation and now it was mine I had to call the warranty company when the issues were prior my 7 day grace.

The process had a few up and downs as expected. But at the end of the day, they made the closing date.

We had a very pleasant experience in purchasing our home. Pamela was very helpful and Chris at Loan Depot did a great job as well.

Buying this home was so smooth and easy. I’m still shocked at how quick the process was: Brian our sales consultant was extremely helpful from the beginning and still continues to assist gladly whenever possible. He is enjoyable to work with and truly enjoys helping people. We’ve had a few minor issues with the house since we moved in, but they were taken care of immediately. We’ve had the most contact with Brian and Phillip and each time they help in the best way that they can. The house is wonderful! I love the layout. Buy Beazer Homes their GREAT !!!!!

We were the first ones to purchase the new Hadleigh model from plans and we are very happy with the outcome. We added a lot of lights, extra electrical plugs, extra hose bibs and gas lines on main floor and lower level for our BBQ's. It was nice to be able to customize the house with the items that were important to us. Beazer construction oversight was very good they didn't miss a thing.
