Dave and Jim were amazing, overall wonderful experience!

I am a happy customer with Beazer and have bought couple of homes with them , My initial closing dates was missed by months which did make me upset . But , I ended up being happy only because of excellent periodic updates provided by Angela from sales team. She did follow up with me to understand my concerns and address them time to time. I also appreciate the support team handing few tickets after closing and acting fast to resolve them. Overall 5* for Sales and support team .Thank you Angela

Would recommend better communication between the sales person and the buyer during the process. It seems like in most cases we had to reach out instead of Beazer contacting us. The Project Manager on site was very helpful and communicated almost regularly, at least weekly.

Many buyers experienced long delays in completing their homes, but a lot of that was outside of the control of Beazer. They really seems to care, and they put together a good home buying program with friendly people handling the user experience. I would have given five stars had it not been for the part of the process that Beazer could control - it seemed they sold more properties that they can handle, with the number of builders they had. But once they fixed some issues and got moving, the process was very good. I'd recommend purchasing a Beazer home.

The builder was great! The whole process in buying our home went smoothly. Our construction manager Jeff was super helpful on answering our questions and letting us know what was happening on the construction side each week.

The defects that were found after moving in are not satisfactory number. I hope the response and fix time will be done quickly with one-shot. That will improve the rate of your company in the coming rate chance.

With the supply chain issues during our construction, Beazer did a great job communicating each week with status, plans and issues. Really felt a part of the process.

Overall good experience during construction. Helpful Weekly updates. Little slower during last month of construction and follow up for on time closing. Quality construction and materials.

The experience was great. Starting from Steve as a salesperson, to Brittany has our design center personnel to Jason as our builder, they all helped us collectively to accomplish a dream home for us. Steve gave us really good information about the community, location and the builder. Brittany (even with my million emails) helped us pick the right choices for the house and my house looks so PERFECT! Jason was almost like a great friend helping us with everything and taking care of anything that was not correct. Throughout the entire process, as well as after we moved in, the Beazer staff have been attentive and quick to respond to any questions we have. Customer service like this is unheard of in 2021 and we appreciated every bit of it. Made a stressful time uncomplicated and pleasant!

Bad experience. I bought a quick move in home. When I looked at this home. It was almost done building framed, sheet rock, roof all of that was already done. This home was put online for a ready move in for the date of mid July. After giving them the earnest money. I thought things will get rolling with them completing the home. I drove to the house everyday. Spent probably 4-6hrs at the home. Surprisingly no one was there even attempting to complete the home. It was sad because driving around the community I was see other home progressing and being complete before the quick move in. Let go back I was also purchasing with another builder I was not happy so that’s why I came to beazer because they had a quick move in. I remember telling the seller. I would jump on this house if the completion date was accurate that they was advertising online. But didn’t go as planned. So I didn’t want to back out of it because the amount of earnest money I put towards this house. So my family moved in around the beginning of September, with a lot of stuff still not complete and issues that still needs to be fixed. As of today Nov. 2, 2021 our house is still not complete with us making our first mortgage payment. To be honest I want be going with this builder anymore when we move in the future. The landscaping, far as the grass is really not acceptable. I could go on and on about what is not acceptable about this house. But I learned a lot from this first experience. ... More

Don’t be afraid of the process. Embrace the experience and enjoy knowing every detail about your home.

Once your home is built. They do not return your calls for nothing. They rush the build and make a tone of mistakes, bad measurements, do not clean your home at all after the construction is finished. I had to have them come back in to clean and still paid a company to come and deep clean. They graded my right side of the yard wrong and water pools and they will do nothing about it after I have shared my storm water and pooling concerns to the build manager Joe. I will never recommend Beazer or it’s affiliated to anyone. There isn’t any pride and concerns with building any part of the homes.

First time having a home built, fantastic experience throughout the whole process.

We had a great experience. Jim went above and beyond with customer service and Dave and Javier were so patient and informative with every step of our build. We are truly grateful that we built our home with Beazer and we can not get over how incredible our views are! Our family feels safe in our neighborhood and we are excited to grow in this home.

Great experience. We were hesitant to buy a new home and have heard horror stories about the building process/repairs. However, we've been pleasantly surprised with our new build and the staff that have helped us along the way!

My salesperson was outstanding with keeping me updated during the purchase process.

Our builder has really been the glue to our entire process. It got off to a rocky start without Troy but he came in and really saved the day! Thanks Troy!!

There were many issues, most were addressed, some were not. When the sod was installed, it was not installed on an "even" grade, back yard hold water. It was full of ruts and dead grass. Brian (construction supervisor) stated that it was, but the lawn crew had mowed it after having the sprinklers on for 2-3 days. They tried to "roll" the grade, but on a dry day, so it did nothing. So, my backyard is still full of ruts, deep enough where my wife tripped. Next was the "paint" issues. I had the carpet pulled up upstairs and on the stairway. Come to find out on the stairway, the painters "did not" paint all the way to the base of the stairwell with the trim paint. I went back to Brian and he gave me about 1 pint of trim paint. I even offered to "buy" a gallon on paint, since this paint "only" comes in 5 gallons. He stated that I had enough and that the painters do not "touch up" paint. How is this a touch up, if it was never painted in the first place?? I have about 1 pint of paint for all interiors. None for any exterior. I can't get it from them, can't even buy it from them either, I’m forced to purchase 5-gallon buckets. Once I signed the contract that was it, nothing. We love the home, but the service and follow ups are just not there. With the amount of money that this home cost and 9 months of “build time”, I should have had a better experience. I would not have gone with Beazer, if I could do this over. I’m not happy having a “field” in my backyard where it looks like someone went “4-wheeling”. I’m not happy with the paint and lack of care with me not only requesting more or even some, but even buying it on a 400k home. Where is the customer service, it’s not here… ... More
