If buying a home from Beazer homes, please make sure you do a walk through every week to make sure your home is build properly and you are getting what you pay for. If not, you will be buying a home that will needs thousands of dollars worth of work after you close on the home. True this is a sellers market, but buying a brand new home from a well known builder should not come with any headaches after closing and moving in. New home sellers/builders such as Beazer Homes should spend more time inspecting the homes before the allow their buyers to do a walk through and wasting their times. The home buyer should never be the one pointing out unfinished work, bad or construction mistakes. Beazer homes wants closings done on time when the home is not even move in ready. Take my case for example. I moved into my home, I'm at my third appraisal from my lender. They cannot fully appraise the home because too much needs to be redone or fixed around the home. The home is already cracking in many sections in the home. Excessive grouts in the bathrooms, uneven walls, squeaky floor second level, excessive cement left stuck in driveway/garage/front porch/patio. Grass in the backyard never grow after w months. I would suggest for new home buyers, especially the first time home buyers to set aside the excitements of buyer their first home and keep an eye open to look at the quality of work they get from their new home. Walk through every chance you get. When lights are installed do some walk troughs at night when you can actually turn on the light and see the lack of work your eyes can't catch in the day time. Take plenty of pictures of the home as your evidence. Beazer homes please respect your clients and give Us/them what we/they pay for. I am 100 to a 1000 percent sure if any of your clients were to be short just $10 you would not allow them to close on their home. So why do your clients have to close on a home needing over 10,000 to 30,000 worth of work after closing. Please, please, please, please respect our time and hard earned money and give us your clients what you advertise "quality and a place family can call home". ... More

Despite a delayed close, they communicated wonderfully and made sure things got done correctly. Answering all questions and helping us every step of the way.

Location is amazing. Construction quality is good and the manager Mike is amazing and supportive. He made sure all my concerns are addressed and always provided timely updates. I would recommend this town home to everyone.

Absolutely love our home! My only complaint (which is super nit-picky) would have been to look at the walls closer in the final walk. Jeremy was a fantastic resource and great to work with!

As a first time buyer, the overall experience was good. Builders were prompt in responding to questions. As per my opinion below are the pros and cons: Pros - 1. Good and thoughtful design. 2. Good Location. Cons: 1. Design could have been better. Specially with 2nd floor guest bathroom. 2. Cleaning process needs improvement. 3. High price.

From our first visit to the model home to closing we were continuously kept well informed regarding the steps in the process. When questions arose they were addressed immediately throughout the entire process. We are extremely pleased with the quality and value of the finished product. We could not have been more pleased with our contacts from Beazer Homes.

I still have dead plants against my garage which i asked for replacement every month in three month i been in the house

I was living in Chicago while my house was being built in Noblesville . Since I couldn’t easily watch the building process, the regular communication and scheduled calls were great! They kept everything on schedule which was only slowed down by the inevitable supply chain issues a little bit. For me it was seamless process from start to finish. They gave me plenty of time to plan for trips to the site, closing, moving, etc. Laura, Scott and Jace make a great team and I love my new house and community!!

The experience was wonderful from the beginning from the sells person to the builder of my house, including the lender. With beazer home you enjoy the whole process of your home, it is quality, it is good service, it is calm to receive the best. finally happy to have my first home with them !!! Thank you

We had a rocky start with Beazer as the communication was not always there, but they went the extra mile to make us happy as a customer. They communicate weekly, and do follow up well, however, sometimes you have to push to the point where you are doing it yourself in a way. I feel the quality of the home is great and they do have beautiful amenities and layouts available. The neighborhood has come a long way, and has great views. Just wish the move in was on time as it got delayed multiple times causing us personal struggles to move and get acclimated.

The Sales team did a tremendous job in updating us on the progress of home construction and also ensuring a smooth closing.

Angela, Stephen, and along with my family and realtor were all in from day one. We became partners and the journey was so great for me. My first home and I couldn't asked for a better than these two.

These people are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about their work. Their caring and commitment to helping clients find solutions that are beneficial to their individual situations is a rarity.

This was a poor experience

Everyone at Beazer was very friendly and a pleasure to work with during the building process. John was always providing weekly updates on the progress of my townhome and also sent pictures since I was living out of state at the time.

I enjoyed the personal calls on Monday's by Michael. He listened to my concerns and fears. Every conversation he reassured me. Then FINALLY, I became a member of the Beazer home buying experience.

We have invested more than half a million dollars into our new home, expecting quality finishings. We chose Beazer because they seemed to be an experienced quality builder, even in COVID impacted times. Sadly, after waiting almost 4 months longer than originally expected, the results are not impressive. Missing insulation, bad plumming, very low-quality paint job, poor water drainage, crooked walls, A/C issues, loose wall fixings, among others. They are covering most issues with the warranty, and I get that COVID has impacted our lives, but for such an expensive investment, things should not be like this. ... More
