I enjoyed my experience with Jill and Christian. They are pleasant to work with and kept me up to date with the progress. I lived 1hr away from my new home and could not drive often to check on it, so they made sure to send me pictures frequently, which I really appreciated.

While the staffing in the office was first rate, I am a bit taken back by some of the workmanship inside the home. Painting is off, staining is off, etc... Wasn't expecting that.

We came in to the Sales office to tour the models and quickly fell in love with the home. The floor plan we chose is very spacious and open and for a smaller home has a lot of storage. The ability to customize the floor plan to our specific needs made it even more appealing. Kent in the sales office was super helpful and friendly and we picked out our lot and home that day and opened escrow right away. Beware of time from start to finish and changes in construction for similar homes from the subs and quality of construction for the price of the home! Also the amount of time to rectify problems after closing.

Staci and Jerry have been so helpful and informative throughout the entire process! The only thing that my wife and I are disappointed about, is our backyard grading. We've submitted warranty request, but communication with the grader has been less than ideal. We have had standing water in our backyard since we moved in, and it tends to attract insects.

Multiple delays in closing for 6 months and still the house isn't completely finished, 2 months after closing. Time will tell if this house was worth the hassle of a new build because I think I got the "rustic" style home with exposed nails, trim that doesn't line up, and splintered ends. Not a good experience.

I have been pleasantly surprised with the Beazer homes at Magnolia Creek. I have received great customer service from the purchase all the way through to closing and after closing from Matt and Jeff. I received second opinion that the builders did a great job with the build. I have not had any major issues since I moved in. If I do have concerns, Eric, the Beazer home consultant has been great in addressing any concerns I have. Beazer has definitely moved up my list of top builders in Maryland. Great job!
