Jill was so knowledgeable and helped us through any and every situation we encountered through out the process. There was never time where we could not go to Jill for concerns or just questions. She was always polite and made you feel like you were a person and not just the next person in line buying a home. Chris was an exceptional project manager. Some things were missed prior to him being selected to finish the home weeks before it was due to be completed. He came in nonetheless, getting things done and in a timely fashion. My wife and I purchased our first home together and we are so grateful that we went with Beazer out of the multiple builders available in our community. Justin and Harry really have gone above and beyond even after we’ve settled into our new home to ensure that it has been a great experience all the way through. Highly recommend.

We experienced kindness & professionalism from each staff member - from the start of looking at the Beazer models, to the walk- throughs as our home was being built, to the final signing of papers to officially own our home. Each staff member seemed genuinely interested in our journey, and answered all of our questions at all times. We are delighted with the entire experience, & soooo happy to now live in our beautiful, new home!

We are very unhappy with the process right from the day we signed the contract till date. The quality of service was very disappointing. I would never recommend this builder. It’s been almost 2 months since we moved in and there are still things pending from the builder..

First off… I would like to say… Abe and Jeremy are the BEST!!! From start to finish they answered all questions made the process very easy! There’s was a few hiccups on delivery but overall great experience! We love our home! Thank you!!

Throughout the building process, our sales rep and our construction manager stayed in regular contact and addressed any questions and concerns we had promptly. We could tell that they truly cared that our home was being built to the highest standards and that we were happy with the process.

My family and I had an awesome experience from beginning to end that delivered our dream home. From initial contact with, Angelo B, he helped us pick out the perfect lot to build our home and walked us through the process of selecting everything to go along with it. Chris J, our project manager, kept us up to date and made sure we stayed on track and closed on time. His attention to detail was great and helped correct issues before we even noticed them. We couldn't have asked for a better team to help us put together our dream home! Thank you!

I was not told I couldn’t put a refrigerator in the garage because the circuit is defective and can’t handle the load, so I purchased a refrigerator and had to return it because I was not told the garage circuit could not handle the refrigerator prior to my move in date. Now Beazer managers don’t want to reimburse me for my return fees. This is unacceptable that a new home owner has to deal with such a problem, when we already have multiple things to deal with when moving into a new house.

My experience was great everything went smoothly it was so easy the whole team helped us along the way great group of people. Thank you so very much for making this Journey a great one.

Great and easily experience

Excellent builder with top notch staff and home quality.

The quality of the building materials and workmanship were grade A! The superb sales associate, LK and project manager, SC kept me in the loop on everything happening (and not happening) in our weekly meetings from inception to closing. They made me feel they both had my best interest at heart and in mind!! Thanks to all for making this such a great experience!!!

Attention to detail and the responsiveness for any small issues that we had.

Our was built on an old cypress pond. In itself isn’t an issue but Beazer’s lack of interest in researching proper ground preparation snd treatment had caused several townhouses to be infested by springtail bugs and ants. When asked about it we were simply dismissed and told it was our problem even though we were granted final inspection only an hour before closing and Beazer refused to properly treat outside the homes to prevent such large infestation. However, beyond this little issue Beazer is acutely aware that this is a sellers market snd takes full advantage of any potential buyer. Washer machines provided are the worst in the industry snd we are charged a premium. It’s it half the cost if we bought ourselves snd threes no option to remove the $1790 option from the purchase. My wife had MCS and is deathly allergic to the paint they used. We offered to purchase the paint we needed before they painted the house but Beazer refused. Additionally, Beazer controls the HOA and therefore HOA has no incentive or power to speak on our behave to Beazer on any issues we have, including the terrible lawn service are receiving in fear of Repercussions. At least that’s what I’m hoping is the reason rather than their laziness.. lastly, the HOA Still has failed to get us our pool key 45 days after closing even though they claim they’ve sent it and another has promised to follow up. The request was made on 7 August with proof that we closed on the house and it is now in the middle of September. ... More

Wayne is a great builder

We chose Beazer homes because of their design options and the quality of their construction. Matt and Joe in particular were very good to work with.

I wouldn’t buy beazer homes at all when we first came into our new home it was dirty! We had to clean it ourselves! None of our Ethernet jacks work in the house which come in Standard but they try to upsell you in sales! Customer service is poor and also management! The walk through wasn’t like it should’ve been we didn’t even put blue tape because he said we will take care of it! I’m not the only one that’s having this problem in this community! Do your research before you buy!

Wayne has been great with dealing with an issues that pop up with my new home. The process of loving into a new home has been seamless.
