The decision to downsize was easier once we saw the beautiful floor plans available. We attended the weekly open houses at the Design Center and had all of our upgrades in mind before our appointment to choose selections. Our builder Kevin communicated with us several times a week and we felt very involved during the entire building process. He also delivered our beautiful home on time, perfectly in sync with the estimated timeline. Even our private home inspector we use when building told us Beazer builds a solid home. This is the third home we’ve ever owned and this is, by far, the best home buying experience we have had. When my wife and I were considering moving to the Myrtle Beach area, we were there on vacation and just looking to see what was available in the area. While searching, an advertisement for Beazer Homes Bella Vita Gardens appeared on my wife’s iPad. So we decided to check them out. When we walked into the model home, my wife and I fell in love and knew this is what we wanted. Over the next year, we kept in contact with the new home counselor and when we were ready, we returned and decided to purchase a unit. She was very knowledgeable and thorough and very helpful in finding a way to help us live our dream. We recently built a home with Beazer and so far we love the floorplan, features, and location. Typical of many new construction homes, we’ve had some small cosmetic and mechanical issues that we’ve come across that required attention from Beazer. The warranty request feature on their website is dead simple to initiate and the couple of times I’ve used it, resulted in a call and scheduled service within a couple of days. I’ve had friends who built with other companies that have waited for a month at a time for issues to be fixed. I really appreciate the fast service and I hope the other Beazer owners are getting the same level of service. The house itself is very well built for the type of house it is. Might be slightly overpriced, but I think that is due to the location. We’ve had zero structural or major cosmetic issues to date, just small things the need adjustment or were overlooked at walk through. I hope to get another survey after the first year to provide a more accurate rating of my experience, but so far, Beazer has exceeded my expectations... ... More

Wonderful experience from start to finish!

Love my new home in Harmony Grove in Bridgeland in Cypress, Texas. Beautiful setting and excellent construction. Plan to be happy here for many years.
