From the minute we walked in numerous problems had to be repainted inside and still not correct.Too many issues to list but the subcontractors they use are the worst, rude no follow up etc..terrible experience

Stay away. Cheap everything from appliances , windows,doors. They use the worst quality in everything….the cheapest they can get by with . I would not recommend Beazer to anyone and wish I had never purchased one of their homes.

Everything ran smoothly. A few minor problems were handled quickly by Mike White Very satisfied with the home Was surprised that Beazer puts in a whole house air filter unit by Aprilaire. This eliminates dust and pollen in the house and it is noticeable that dust does not collect on our glass tables which occurred in our previous home. Also Beazer puts in a sump pump and dehumidifier in the crawl space to eliminate moisture and dampness problems. In summary, Beazer has great people to help new owners (Mike White and Ashley Morley) and the home has great features.

A great experience! Since the very beginning, when Ariane (sales) was assisting us, everything went smooth. She was able to go over all the questions we had, discuss the options with us and confirm with the design center if whatever we were asking was feasible or not. She was also sending us updates on the construction, which was great! This was our 1st home that we had built. From the very beginning we had friendly, helpful faces, Kelly G. Was the 1st to greet us. She was actually about to close for the evening however she took time to speak with my husband and I and provided us with a packet we could take with us and look over. Upon going to the design center that was a pleasant experience, fun, exciting and nerve wrecking at the same time. I would never recommend beezer. I'm sorry to be this blunt, but this is my first home purchase and I regretted it from the first walk through. The workmanship is awful they have had to do repeated repairs and they just stopped doing the repairs half way though. I get a lot of promises but no follow through or just flat out lies.

The actual purchase of the house went well, however, the follow through has been extremely frustrating. We have been extremely frustrated by how many things are wrong with our home and the pushback and follow through on things being rectified. There have been many issues with the exterior of the house including large mounds of dirt still on our property and a marshland behind our house due to poor excavation. The buying experience was world class and great! But after the house was sold to us, the GC and the Beazer representative totally dropped off the face of the earth and did not care about customer service after the sale was made. I understand everything cannot be fixed or addressed, but it takes zero effort to just respond or follow at the least.

Our builder, Brad, was extraordinary. He is a perfectionist and identified issues in homes before homeowner . He identified “punch out” items and had them repaired BEFORE closing. With our few minor issues after closing, he made sure repairs were made in acceptable manner. I would suggest buying a home wherever this builder is responsible for the final product. Thank you Brad.
