House not fully completed

House not fully completed and cleaned at closing, it's been over 45 days since we closed and we are still trying to get thing done. Squeaky floors, tile work looks barely professional, visible drywall seams, Buying experience is great but not much support after close so don't close unless your home is fully completed.

The Beazer team from sales to build were great to work with - communication was great, they were very knowledgeable and responsive. The quality of the home so far (2 months) is very good and any warranty requests are handled promptly. .

It was nice experience right from the builder to sales person ,the only drawback is the choice of lenders and their lack of responses for enquiry we had .Therefore had to go with lender who responded promptly .

When we first were looking at homes, Beazer immediately stood out. Abe, our new home counselor was incredibly welcoming and took his time to walk us through every detail even after we told him we were just browsing.
