Home construction was very quick and easy to make selections on the house. Different options to choose from from layouts to outside finishes. Would like to have been able to get more feedback as steps progressed but it was so speedy I see why some things we missed. Great incentives from the preferred lenders. Very helpful post close as well

My experience was easy and hassle free. I had a strong and experienced lender who got me a great deal and Beazer gave me lots of incentives! My home is beautiful and I am very happy, but I didn’t give you five stars because I can hear the lady above me walking across the floor a lot and I hear her slamming closet doors. However, I’m really grateful to have an opportunity to own a brand new home- thank you!

Buying was Great - But After Moving In Not So Good

We moved in on May 29, 2024. Shari and sales team were great. However, after moving in, noticed floor is sloped, cracks along corners and along ceiling, irrigation system not functioning properly. It is now mid July and only the breaker and a couple of outlets have been fixed. We notified Beazer of all these things back in May, but not much movement on resolving. Not happy.

Stressful

Building a home from a different state was difficult because you could not be here daily to see the craftsmanship. If I were here I would have checked the building processes daily and haven been able to have input of my dislikes or concerns. Possibly because of my daily visits, contractors would not have been so sloppy. Going backwards and fixing rushed and sloppy work should have been avoided. Many simply things now take several weeks to be resolved if at all.

Timberlake sucks!

I have been waiting over two months for them to touch up almost every cabinet because their product is awful and they gave me one option day before a holiday!? I’m so livid that’s it’s been this long while I look at messed up cabinets I have blue taped up so they don’t miss anything when rhet finally arrive. It’s really a shame

Reasonable Construction product but time schedule a mess

Overall, a reasonable experience. Our negative experience is the focus on the extended delays in the construction schedule which resulted in needless complications for us in terms of selling our existing home (Beazer requires listing your home within 30 days which is fine provided they stay on schedule). Beazer didn't make adequate financial adjustments to account for these costs experienced on our behalf. On the plus side, Jeff and Shawn kept us informed of progress during these extended delays.

I recently purchased a home from Beazer in March 2024. The house was a spec home, so I didn't have any choices to make on options. The home is very well built and has some nice upgrades. I didn't give Beazer 5 stars because I feel the work by some of their subcontractors is not the quality one would expect in building a new home. I did have some issues, again because the subcontractors. But the Beazer Customer Service people are addressing thi=ose issues and fixing my issues. The Building Foreman is very polite and helpful as are the Customer Service people.

Overall good. Quality appears better than average so far. There were some things not included with the house that should have been for the price range of the neighborhood (towel bars, toilet paper holders, sealed grout and tile). Mortgage process initiated too early in build process.

Beazer homes gives me a very good customer service and updated me step by step through home building and helped me with $5k extra support. However some problems have appeared after I moved to the house like leaking, electrical and hardwood and the warranty still working to fix them.

This is out first home and Matt and Tina were very patient with answering our questions upfront . The only thing i was a little upset on is the price negotiation piece where i didn't get to take advantage of Realtor credit. But apart from that everything else went smooth with weekly updates on where they are with construction and the closing was smooth too. Mike and Patty were very helpful till date with any questions regarding issues in house once we moved in. Overall good experience for a first time buyer.

Wonderful floorplan and overall, a good experience. However, there was a lack of attention to detail throughout the building process. We selected the option for a solid wall enclosure for the master shower. It was prepped for a glass one. We noted this on photos that were sent to us. We told construction folks and they corrected it. We also selected the hand-held shower wand. That was overlooked as well and had to be corrected. The living room floor electric outlet was not placed where we had specified and had to be corrected. Exterior gas bib was not where we specified and had to be ...

Customer service is really great! From the realtor Harriett who greeted me when I first walked in and established a relationship with me through the approval process all the way to Greg in maintenance. I’ve had some issues within my home after closing which seems to be typical for brand new construction. As we’ve been working through minor fixes, the team seems to be really on top of everything and they’re committed to ensuring I have a positive experience as a first time buyer! Thank you!

If you’re moving to AZ and have never lived there, please know you will need features like a water softener system, reverse osmosis, lights in all bedrooms, and a design center agent who emphasizes these things. The bugs and birds are a nuisance! The builder could have included some upgrades as standard, like lights in all bedrooms and painted exterior concrete walls. Overall though, the home buying experience was good but could have been better.

Alex was wonderful through the process things were missed in the sales process then the salesmen was no longer with the company so things never got corrected and I had no point of contact until it was too late to fix things overall though very happy
