While I have had some things that had to be completed and corrected after closing, I enjoyed the building process. The sales person and the builder where in communication frequently and answered any questions I had. It was fun to watch it go through all the stages. I would say there is a disconnect between the design center and the builders, but all issues are either fixed or in process of being so.

The end product is good. However, there were many mistakes made during the build. Follow the construction closely. Be sure the dwelling is constructed as promised, the specs are met as designed, and the options you selected are installed and installed properly. Do not close on the house until everything is exactly as you expected.

I was impressed with all company employee and the townhouse. I did not a five star rating because 1) The kitchen appliances are not top quality, 2) The bathroom appliances are not top quality, 3) The entrance/exit is a disappointment.

Our original home counselor was let go shortly after our buy which led to a few issues with our deal. For the most part they were worked out to the best of our local Beezer contacts' ability. When doing a corporate build, my best advice is to go slow as there is not much flexibility to make changes. Shoutout to Phil!! Thanks Much!!

Sale person was very good to help me to understand what is going on with house and he tired. However, there were several issues with the house to fix and had hard time to fix couple issues that I had with house.

Abe and Joe have been great to work with. Very pleasant and dependable. Unfortunately the customer service team has created the opposite feeling. We have had issues, some even minor, as part of the original punch list that have yet been addressed nor can we get status or update. And we have to keep reminding and explaining issues to customer service team. There have been many occasions where email or texts asking for a status or updates go unanswered and get not response. Great home, make sure they fix your final walkthrough items BEFORE you close

I love my home and am so glad that I chose Beazer. However, make sure they have fixed and/or replaced all of the items on your final walkthrough list before you proceed to closing. Otherwise, you might be like me waiting 3+ months for them to make those fixes.

Smooth as Butter

The homebuying experience was very smooth, very few hiccups and we were able to tour the property at any time. We were supposed to get weekly updates with pictures which started out consistent, but as the process got further along updates became more infrequent, we never received pictures along the way and communication was a bit lacking at times. Overall, everything went incredibly smoothly and we have had zero issues with our beautiful new home, and we couldn't be happier!

Great house built, not so great HOA Property Mgmt.

They have great choices of houses to choose from. The garage built could be made a little bigger. The one I got is a bit small. 1 or 2 feet extra would be better. The worst part of the house we bought is the HOA property management chosen by Beazer to manage the property, If we knew how bad the property mgmt is, we probably would not have bought the house. No one told us which company manages the property and the HOA until after we closed on the house.

The overall experience pre move in was wonderful. I have ran into several snags post move in with Kierstyn being less than helpful in regards to stains on my floors, paint jobs that needed to take place, and a transformer in the garage that needed to be replaced. I’ve asked several times for floors to be cleaned and spots on the wall to be repainted but I notice additional new spots on the wall and floor as well. Our homebuying experience was very good overall. We were living out of state and Jeff the building supervisor took videos everyweek and kept us up to date on progress of our build. Any questions that we had, Jeff got right back to us with an answer. The only negative is that downspouts and gutters do not come with the house (in South Carolina). We were never told that they were an option and had no idea that they did not come with the house. It was a cost that we were not expecting after moving into a new house.

For the most part it’s been a good experience other than a few things that have really bothered me. For instance, my home had a bunch of things that needed to be fixed, but it has now been 3 months and these items still have not been taken care. I have continued to check on these and there is no communication on these items. Also upon receiving the keys to my house, nobody has walked us through setting up our gate code, or how the HOA works, or where anything is. Beautiful floor plan bad Project Manager.

We love the floor plan and fixtures. Our only concern was with the Project Manager. 6 weeks in and we already have some issues with the bathroom, kitchen, and other areas that were not installed properly. Honestly these problems could have been avoided if the PM was more competent.

Highlands - Duet

Love this Duet living. Beazer takes pride in their attics and infrastructure. Some of that could have been transferred to some everyday upgrades i.e. larger shower in master. Builders might get some very competitive floor plans for future developments, if they asked existing homeowners -"what we would change".

Good communication from new home sales consultant. Well built homes. Very little warranty repair work after move in. Good fit and finish throughout the entire floor plan. Only suggestions for improvement would be to provide two trees in backyard, larger than 60 ft wide lots at this price range, add under cabinet lighting and upgraded quieter dishwasher as standard features. Tankless water heater is an awesome system.

I'm a first time home buyer & bought my home at Cedar Township. Overall it was a good experience but there were some parts that were great. Overall the experience is OK. There are couple of things I need to highlight. 1. We were asked to fill the survey immediately after closing which is not ideal. I feel the survey should be filled after the initial 45 days 2. The builder mentioned that our home is a spec home and the inspections were done multiple times. But, there are multiple things, I'm wondering, why are they not found during the inspection (or, found and did nothing about it!) 2.1.
