The house was rushed to be closed, many issues have occurred because of this. Warranty service was good at first but now I don’t hear anything back. Too many issues for a new house!

This is the home I’ve dreamed about for so long. I can’t say enough about the quality and craftsmanship of my new Beazer home. Michelle, my sales rep went above and beyond communicating with me every step of the way. I wasn’t always able to make it out to see my home while it was being built but Michelle sent me a video every week with all of the new progress and I cherish those memories to this day. Thank you Beazer team for all you do!

From our first contact with Jill in sales to contact with builders. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had three builders, Jason, Todd and Chris. All three kept us informed of our homes progress and answered any concerns or questions we had. Everyone works well as a team. We were living out of town and Jill sent us pictures of our homes progress. Our first builder, was transferred to another building site and Todd and his assistant, Kelly took over seamlessly. Todd, I believe went to work for a another company and Chris came in to wrap everything up. Chris made us very comfortable and addressed every concern and fixed the few things that needed attention. We are so pleased with our Beazer home. We heard so many horror stories from friends about their builder experiences that we were a little apprehensive about making the decision to build. We did not experience any of that. Post closure has been exemplary. Our builder is still making sure that every concern is addressed in a timely fashion, unlike other horror stories we heard from family and friends. Kudos to everyone at Beazer homes. Justin made the home buying process easy and was a joy to work with. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. Harry made the walkthrough fun and entertaining and took care all of my concerns. Thanks for the help guys! Would recommend beazer!

From the housing counselors to the builders themselves, they did a wonderful job of responding to our questions, repairs. We were happy to move into our home, and after our move, we were impressed by their continued effort to attend to even the smallest of details. We were disappointed that we did not have initial pick over the custom choices of paints, flooring, carpets & cabinetry, and were a surprised by the the inexplicable increased price of the lot (even though the yard was smaller than the model and other houses), but are overall still satisfied.

There were unexplained delays, and communication was very poor. I had 4-5 project managers during the building process, so continuity was lacking. The finished house is nice on the inside, and so far, I’m pleased with the quality.

So far the house is structurally sound and highly energy efficient.

As a first time home buyer, Beazer made the process very easy and informative. My representative, Ali, communicated with me through every step of the way and worked to make sure every need was met as far as designing and building my home!

We have had a drawer in the kitchen break. Vents were not put on straight. The doors did not fit right. Had a hole in the bathtub. Overall the workers building the house had no pride in their work.

The process of buying was very pleasant and exciting. The complacency and lack/slowness of action on significant warranty issues has greatly tempered that excitement. The building has been "completed for almost a year now, and still dealing with significant problems with security system, exterior lighting, and rain water leakage (leakage may have been fixed last week, waiting for next rain to confirm).

getting repair work done is terrible experience.Nobody seems to care about any followthrough with any subcontractors.

Our sales rep disappeared once we signed the contract, which delayed closing by weeks. Never heard from the original "closing agent" rep from Beazer until I escalated. Team took over to push the closing forward. Warranty is a mystery. At closing the closing team had no idea of the process to notify HOA - I had to reach out to them via escalation. I notified Beazer that the closing process was terrible, hopefully that will improve. HOA management company is strong - so that has been a good experience.

We are thrilled with our new home and pleasantly surprised on how easy and painless the buying experience was.

They put in the cheapest possible kitchen cabinets known to man, they need to think about upgrading. House needs professional cleaning services, Stanley cleaners for example.
