I had a good experience buying the home after having to fight for some changes. However, after the purchase, there were people coming around to pressure me into using them for home, car Insurance and security system that were affiliated with Beazer. As a recently widowed woman, this was all very stressful for me. I felt pressured to go with these companies, and since then have had issues with them and cancelled services. I do not recommend people coming around to pressure homeowners to buy their services.

Our salesman Brad was great to work with. Matt, our builder, did a great job!! There are some minor issues that are scheduled for repairs. Warranty issues are being addressed.

We love our new home, we love the people in our new community, and are very happy here. Our sales people were great. the new customer care folks were also great! That said, it took a while to get some major issues fixed (still waiting on a few.) Likely because we contracted during the COVID supply chain issues, the workmanship on our unit is subpar. To Beazer's credit, they did their best to rectify - but some of the initial problems were really ridiculous. The process of buying a home in beazor was very smooth. Right from Caroline who was our sales person till Tood who is our construction manager every one was very helpful and shared frequent updates in the process. The only reason i removed a star was due to the design appointment , it was 3 hour appointment which felt very rushed as we had to make more than 100 decisions in that 1appointment. My only feedback would be to have 2 appointments with a gap of a week so that people have time to think through the options and make the correct decision.

We love the results of our Beazer’s new condominium. Almost every element of our home was customized down to different shades of grout for tiled areas. Two areas where we were unfortunately not permitted upgrades were interior paint and kitchen sink. Our floor plan basically let us replicate the two rooms in which we spent 95% of our time in our 5000’ prior home…..the kitchen/family room and the master suite. This was my first time buying a house, it is a process when things happen unexpected. The group that helped me get through it was amazing, very helpful and understanding. From beginning to end everyone stayed engaged and involved. That paperwork that has to be signed is the longest process of it all, but you get help page to page.

Buying at the Beach

We are really excited about our recent purchase of our Beezer home in Sycamore Chase. Although there seems to be a lack of knowledge about common areas, they seem to respond quickly to concerns. Our salesperson Patti has been very responsive and responsible. We are looking forward to see how the community develops and meeting our neighbors. The location is excellent since it’s about the same distance ( 15 min. ) to the beach, Fenwick and the major route 113.

I made the decision to purchase a townhouse at Hunt Club because I was downsizing from a larger home. I was able to close and move in 30 days because this townhouse was built and ready for move-in. From the sales agent, Missy, to everyone else involved in the process, things have happened as planned within reason. I had also done a Google search to learn about the quality of construction through Beazer Homes. They were ranked in the top 15 across the country.

We closed after waiting 17mo due to supply chain delays. In the end there were a few things not completed and we were concerned closing without them finished. However Beazer followed thru and quickly had them done and followed up on our satisfaction. I heard nightmare stories from other builders with home buyers waiting a year later. In our case it was all completed within a few weeks of closing. Very pleased with the customer service.

The closing took place in the Sycamore Chase model so it was very convenient. The attorney was 3 hours late due to a flat tire but he was ready when he arrived and the closing took no more than 30 minutes. We had no mortgage to close.

Great plans location and price but poor construction quality.

I liked their plans, they are budget homes. But the quality is poor. I am not expecting great quality but was thinking it should be decent. No craftmanship. Small.small things are not correct. For eg. Light switch fixture is not in straight line, I have bathroom countertop made with two stones so have joint line in there. Overall if we ignore craftsmanship its all okey.

Overall, I love my townhouse! Brandon and Laura at Beazer are great! Throughout the process I did go through several new home reps and construction managers which was frustrating, but I’m happy I ended up with these two.
