This is our second home in the Cove community. Our process was straight forward and everyone was so accommodating when to came to scheduling appointments and answering questions.

The home was about 2 weeks late.

My wife and I had a great experience working the Beazer team. They worked very hard to meet all our needs and requests.

I had a good experience buying the home after having to fight for some changes. However, after the purchase, there were people coming around to pressure me into using them for home, car Insurance and security system that were affiliated with Beazer. As a recently widowed woman, this was all very stressful for me. I felt pressured to go with these companies, and since then have had issues with them and cancelled services. I do not recommend people coming around to pressure homeowners to buy their services.

Our salesman Brad was great to work with. Matt, our builder, did a great job!! There are some minor issues that are scheduled for repairs. Warranty issues are being addressed.

We love our new home and the neighborhood. We had several small issues that Mr. Brian and John had repaired/fixed. We are overall satisfied with our purchase!

The sales people were outstanding!

The workmanship and the cleaning were not up to standard. Bob was great, keeping me up with the progress of the build.

We had a great overall buying experience with Beazer homes in Erwin farms. Our construction manager John was amazing throughout process and the closing process was very smooth.

We love our new home, we love the people in our new community, and are very happy here. Our sales people were great. the new customer care folks were also great! That said, it took a while to get some major issues fixed (still waiting on a few.) Likely because we contracted during the COVID supply chain issues, the workmanship on our unit is subpar. To Beazer's credit, they did their best to rectify - but some of the initial problems were really ridiculous. Also, and I heard this is true for all residents here, it takes a while for the management company that Beazer uses to provide us building and amenity building access by FOB (We had to enter relatively unsecure codes.) The process of buying a home in beazor was very smooth. Right from Caroline who was our sales person till Tood who is our construction manager every one was very helpful and shared frequent updates in the process. The only reason i removed a star was due to the design appointment , it was 3 hour appointment which felt very rushed as we had to make more than 100 decisions in that 1appointment. My only feedback would be to have 2 appointments with a gap of a week so that people have time to think through the options and make the correct decision.

Everything is great besides my air conditioner isn’t working correctly

We love the results of our Beazer’s new condominium. Almost every element of our home was customized down to different shades of grout for tiled areas. Two areas where we were unfortunately not permitted upgrades were interior paint and kitchen sink. Our floor plan basically let us replicate the two rooms in which we spent 95% of our time in our 5000’ prior home…..the kitchen/family room and the master suite. In effect we lost almost no living space. The option to buy an extra long garage plus a storage room helped us completely unpack in about 2-3 weeks. We have loads of room. The key location of Beazer’s The Gatherings at Twin Creeks has put us in walking distance to your everyday stores and retail services and even many of our healthcare providers. Within 50 days of move-in we are fully integrated into the social whirl of this condo community…..but not at all pressured to join. Realty documentation usually has me frazzled but Beazer managed to incredibly simplified it and permit all business to be handled from home online. The only disappointment we faced was a lengthy delay in construction /occupancy of 6 months mostly due to Covid and “supply chain” issues. Regular progress reports did ameliorate the delays. During our first 2 months of occupancy Ashley and Jackson were reliably on hand to handle the inevitable warranty items. Lastly whenever a problem arose Beazer’s Wendy adopted the issue and solved it usually in a few hours if not immediately….unquestionably amazing. good service during construction and later

The experience was good until their preference lender can to play. Very bad experience with their preference lender. The construction process was awesome. The sales rep was very helpful in all aspects.

This was my first time buying a house, it is a process when things happen unexpected. The group that helped me get through it was amazing, very helpful and understanding. From beginning to end everyone stayed engaged and involved. That paperwork that has to be signed is the longest process of it all, but you get help page to page.

We are really excited about our recent purchase of our Beezer home in Sycamore Chase. Although there seems to be a lack of knowledge about common areas, they seem to respond quickly to concerns. Our salesperson Patti has been very responsive and responsible. We are looking forward to see how the community develops and meeting our neighbors. The location is excellent since it’s about the same distance ( 15 min. ) to the beach, Fenwick and the major route 113.

I made the decision to purchase a townhouse at Hunt Club because I was downsizing from a larger home. I was able to close and move in 30 days because this townhouse was built and ready for move-in. From the sales agent, Missy, to everyone else involved in the process, things have happened as planned within reason. I had also done a Google search to learn about the quality of construction through Beazer Homes. They were ranked in the top 15 across the country.

We closed after waiting 17mo due to supply chain delays. In the end there were a few things not completed and we were concerned closing without them finished. However Beazer followed thru and quickly had them done and followed up on our satisfaction. I heard nightmare stories from other builders with home buyers waiting a year later. In our case it was all completed within a few weeks of closing. Very pleased with the customer service.

All new construction has detail flaws that need corrected. Our contact, Brady, was outstanding in his follow up with the sub-contractors and thoroughly kept us updated.

The closing took place in the Sycamore Chase model so it was very convenient. The attorney was 3 hours late due to a flat tire but he was ready when he arrived and the closing took no more than 30 minutes. We had no mortgage to close.

I liked their plans, they are budget homes. But the quality is poor. I am not expecting great quality but was thinking it should be decent. No craftmanship. Small.small things are not correct. For eg. Light switch fixture is not in straight line, I have bathroom countertop made with two stones so have joint line in there. Overall if we ignore craftsmanship its all okey.

Overall, I love my townhouse! Brandon and Laura at Beazer are great! Throughout the process I did go through several new home reps and construction managers which was frustrating, but I’m happy I ended up with these two. They are very communicative and honest which is appreciated. Brandon has even checked in after I moved in which really means a lot! The townhouse itself is well built with a modern design which I love! I do think there could have been more attention to detail by their contractors. This is a huge frustration for me. However, John and the warranty department have been great helping to straighten out some issues. ... More

Didn’t like how they used white caulk everywhere, especially outside on brown brick.
