Larry, the construction manager modified the schedule to meet the availability of materials. Brittany, the design person was awesome, helping us in making intelligent decisions. The hone looks great. Rachael, who oversees warranty issues and questions after move-in, has been our advocate. These three make a great team. We are enjoying our home!

So far it has not been a good experience buying a new home . I had to call customer care 3 times in less than a month (and I just moved in almost 2 months ago) for the AC and plumbing.

Bought first home. For most part things went smoothly. However, Promises were made by numerous people involved that certain issues would be fixed prior to closing and they were not. Was referred directly to customer service to fix the issues which are still Not fixed completely. Very rushed build and closed a week earlier than expected and was not finished. The lender and builder worked closely together, I think the builder and contractors are way backed up with not enough skilled laborers. It’s all about finishing as fast as possible. My home buying experience was great through the entire process, starting from contract signing, design sessions, builder walk through and until closing. My home counselor Dalton kept me up to date with the progress and responded quickly to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend him.

We love our new home! Val was amazing! She has helped us a lot all through out the process and has shown concern and reliability since Day 1. The thing that disappointed us though were the overall finish of the house. There were areas that need paint touch ups, caulk was not done properly, stains on the bath tub and on the floor, electrical wiring issues etc. We cannot blame our construction manager as he just took over the whole process near closing and he did try his best to deliver and make us happy before we close.
