In my opinion there are too many doors. I think bifold would be more practical and take up les space in rooms. I think openings should be wider to accommodate wheelchairs or walkers. I think the use of door handles instead of knobs is preferable. If these options were available, I do not recall them being offered.

It was a Great experience

This is our second beazer home and I have to say they have really stepped up their game! Kim our sales rep was always responsive even at late hours and is on top of her stuff. The builder Kelly was very helpful as well. Granted she is very busy but took care of our requests as soon as available. We loved working with them and would highly recommend Beazer as an efficient and modern style home. It beats trophy’s sales team and builders by a mile in this area.

From signing paperwork to about a month left in the build process, everything was great. With about a month left, communication ceased. Construction manager stopped answering emails until I included his boss on them. Sent in concerns about the outside of the house about 3 weeks prior to closing and about half of those items were being corrected the morning of closing. Not sure what happened, but there was definitely a noticeable change in the construction manager.

Beazer was easy to work with. They provided weekly updates during the build. They have a great reputation and lived up to it on our house. Ww live our beautiful new home. If we need to contact them for warranty items, they are quick to respond. Highly recommend.

The builder was very knowledgeable, and professional. I am enjoying my new home, and I I would definitely recommend Beazer Homes to others so they can do the same!

Perfect thanks always best experience quality

Everything was explained clearly in the purchasing process, including a polite no to things that could not be accommodated. The transparency is very good. During the building and after the building was complete, a small number of discrepancies wee discovered, but Beazer members quickly corrected the issue. It's true comfort to know that if something does go wrong (most everything was great), you can count on them to make it right.

We moved from WA to AZ and had to do a contingent offer. Beazer was one of the few builders who allowed a contingency and they were very patient with us while our WA home was selling. They were very accommodating when it came to our final walk through. We were flying out for it but unfortunately the Delta computer issues caused a mass disruption and our flight was cancelled. Irving allowed us to do our walk through via our agent and FaceTime. Irving has been wonderful from day 1 and continues to check on us. Courtney who wrote up the offer was also great. She stayed in touch with us from the day we made the offer until the day we closed and got our keys. I would highly recommend Beazer. ... More
