Our experience building our new home with Beazer Builders in Gatherings at Aurora, McCordsville, IN truly exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, well-organized, and professionally managed. One of the standout aspects was the seamless collaboration between all team members and specialists. Communication was clear, timelines were respected, and every phase felt coordinated and intentional. We especially want to recognize the individuals who made this experience exceptional: • Carly, New Home Information Manager, for her guidance and responsiveness. From the time I sent that first request for information, she made it clear that customers (not just sales) were the top priority. • Erin, Design Studio Manager, for making the selection process enjoyable and stress-free. The options could have been overwhelming, and she was skilled at guiding us through the extensive decision making process of creating our dream home. • Marika, New Home Counselor, for her support and knowledge from the very beginning. Each week I could count on her pictures and updates; even though we lived in a different state, we were able to experience the entire process with a front seat view. Additionally, Marika was just a phone call away; she always made time to guide us through the process. • Chris, Construction Supervisor, for his attention to detail and commitment to our satisfaction. Chris was quality control each step of the way. He worked closely with my husband: communicating routinely via text and calling a minimum of once a week. • Jace, Customer Care Department, for ensuring everything was completed to our satisfaction and staying available to us for all warranty concerns through the first year. We had a good experience with Vincent. We had an issue with our entydoor lock system. We contacted Vincent and he immediately came to help us. It's really great to have around!

The realtor, Megan and the construction manager, Brandon have been amazing. Mega really did a great job making sure everything went smoothly and worked extremely well with our realtor. Brandon is always there for us. He makes sure everything is done and is always willing to help. Kieran also has been very supportive

The Beazer staff far exceed expectations in many ways. Kathy was always available to answer questions and provide support. Mike made sure my home was built with quality, state of the art products and workmanship. Mike provided weekly updates and paved the way for my complete satisfaction with my home. The construction manager, Brady, caused me to be at ease during the construction process from beginning to end. He explained the floor plan and allowed me to ask questions during the construction. He communicated with me any updates, responded promptly to my text and calls, very respectful and respected time.

The Crossroads at Southport team is an exceptional team that goes above and beyond to make sure we as their customers are happy. I truly feel valued and appreciated when working with them. Between Sherri, Ed, and Terry I really feel the commitment that they put in their work. I would definitely go with Beazer again if I built another home, and I always feel very proud when someone asks who’s my builder. 10/10 great team, company, and builder. You can tell customer satisfaction and service is at the top of their list and apart of everything they do.

We have moved recently to our new home in Last November-2025. So far it has been a great experience from all groups from sales, builder and after sales warranty. Special shout out to Nathan and Ross for taking care of the building process and after warranty service.

Our overall experience with the builder has been great. Like any home-building process, there were some ups and downs along the way, but the team was always responsive and took care of any issues that came up. Everyone we interacted with was professional, helpful, and committed to making sure things were handled properly. From the very beginning, Tony in sales was great to work with and helped guide us through the process. The Design Center team was also very helpful in making selections and answering our questions. During construction and closing, the builder management team and our construction manager, Josh, were always attentive and supportive. Even after the home was completed and we moved in, the warranty team has continued to be excellent. Ashley has been especially great—she is always on top of requests and quick to help resolve anything that comes up. The teams sent out to address any items have also been professional and helpful. So far, we are very happy with the quality of the build and our decision to go with this builder. They truly go above and beyond, and in our opinion, they are one of the great builders out there. Our whole process was seamless. Alexis and Kyle kept us informed every step of the way. They also coordinated with us given we were moving in from out of state. They even followed up after our move-in to ensure we settled in OK. They went above and beyond, and it gave us peace of mind.

Will was a great senior builder to work with throughout our home building process. He was professional, responsive, and always took the time to explain things clearly. We really appreciated his support and attention to detail, which made the whole experience much smoother.

Beazer home , what can I say the environment is peaceful and beautiful the house s are solid and so cool to live in, everywhere around is well organized the surrounding are neat and clean, I don't regrets choosing Beazer in Arabella on the prairie I will recommend friends and family to do the same and u will not regrets it too.

What stood out most was the level of care and dedication shown by everyone involved. They took the time to address our concerns, provided helpful guidance when we needed it, and always made us feel like a priority. Corbin, our construction manager would even stop by after the build to help us with any questions we had and even helped us winterize our sprinklers before the freeze.
