Due to this being a smart home, I would have thought onboarding on how to set up and use the smart systems in the house would have been very helpful. Although, if there was a problem, staff was prompt and helpful to resolve my issues. My overall experience buying a Beazer home has been good. The sales department Sarah and Rafael have been a great help. On the construction side, Alex and Bobby have been great working with me on any issues that have arised. The quality of the house is great, very energy efficient . However, the landscaping needs work. No weed barrier was placed under the mulch. My plants are or were half deed. Hopefully this will get taken care of. I recommend Beazer Homes in Vacaville. Thanks for working with Veterans on obtaining a great interest rates!! ... More

From beginning to moving in, we felt that our local agents and contractors were helpful and approachable through the entire process. We were out of state for most of the build and we were updated frequently and kept in the loop with photos and phone calls. We had a variety of moving parts to get into the home and we felt that our Beazer agents were really on our side and advocated for us to keep things moving along. It was a long process to get into the home, but definitely worth it. We chose Beazer over other builders in the area for their energy efficiency options, quality of the build and builder reputation. We just closed on our Primrose Plan 4 in Elk Grove, and the Beazer Homes experience was excellent throughout. The team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with at every stage, from selecting our plan through construction updates and closing. Communication was clear, questions were answered promptly, and the process felt organized rather than stressful. Buying a new-construction home is a big undertaking, and Beazer made it genuinely pleasant. We'd happily recommend them to anyone looking for a new home.

As a first time home buyer, and buying a newly built house at that, I wasn't sure what to expect. What I have found out is that the house seems to be built well. The ***** employees have been just so helpful with a couple of problems that came up. They were fixed promptly and without complaint. So far my experience has been stellar, and I would recommend Beazer Homes to anyone looking for a well-planned community with quality houses.

I previously gave a 5 star rating on my homebuying experience, and now I'd like to add a 5 star rating on my post-move in experience so far as well. I've had some minor warranty issues but all have (or are currently) being addressed. I feel like they truly care about making the homeowner happy.

The experience has been great, communication with Beazer homes has been excellent. That is my main concern I look for and they have been on top of things from the beginning.

Every step of the way, from the builders agent and building managers, to one of the preferred lenders, and even the warranty agents after closing, everyone has been really customer conscious and has listened to us and helped make this process as smooth as possible.

Warranty Customer Care rep, Hailey *****, is very responsive and thorough! With respect to the insulation, my electric bill has been 50% of what my previous house was (same square footage)!

Customer service with the Rep, Hayley, deserves 5 stars. She was helpful, communicative, friendly and kind throughout the entire process. We felt like we were in great hands with her. We give 4 stars for the Construction end due to many moments of lack of communication we feel could be improved. Some concerns we mentioned throughout the process felt like they were being dismissed at times, and many times we would have to bring up the same concern multiple instances for it to get fixed. Josh was truly incredible throughout our entire homebuying experience. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to make sure we felt informed, comfortable, and taken care of every step of the way. He was always extremely responsive, patient with all of our questions, and genuinely made us feel like a priority. Lack of builder care or correction. They just want to build the homes, sell them and move on. Don't seem to care about actual owners satisfaction. Most everyone in the neighborhood feels the same.

We had such a great experience with Beazer at Poppy Meadows. Shannon & Jyoti were our main contact point and they were truly amazing at keeping us informed throghout the process, and photos of progress every week. They were also our advocate when there were any issues or confusion, seeing them resolved each and every time. Mike our main builder/foreman was also super knowledgable, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. What a great team. I also want to say how pleased we are with the quality of the home and how much we appreciate Beazers attention to high efficiency , that really drew us to them as a new home builder. Home process went very smooth from the beginning to closing. Sale reps and team builders are very helpful and responsive. Beazer homes has the best quality by far and very efficient. I would definitely recommend friends and families to purchase a ***** home.
