House is well built and we love the layout

Hands down best builder I have worked with. Very attention to detail and quick warranty claims if needed. Construction Manager Brent has been the best in the business. Really cares about you and your ideas/questions. Very prompt to respond when messaged! Thank you Brent and the Beazer team!

I had a seamless buying experience with Beezer. After I purchased the home, I was able to talk about any issue to the general contractor weekly. Brice (General Contractor) and Robert (Sales Agent) always addressed any question or concern. I was able to move into my home seven weeks ago and couldn't;t be more pleased.

From start to finish, buying and closing was extremely easy. The builder was very helpful in allowing us time to close on our previous home’s sale before closing on our new Beazer home. The quality of the home is better than any new home we have purchased in the past. The amenities throughout the home are very functional and esthetically pleasing. We have found our forever home.

Our home buying experience with Beazer was genuinely exceptional. From the very beginning, Slater and Chris made the entire process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Their communication was consistent and clear, keeping us updated at every stage and always making time to answer our questions. We felt supported throughout the build, and their professionalism and attention to detail gave us complete confidence in the final product. Overall, Beazer — along with Slater and Chris — made what could have been an overwhelming process easy.

The experience from the start of construction to completion was excellent. Everything was transparent and smooth, and we felt they were trustworthy with no hassles throughout the process. The construction manager was responsive whenever we had questions and always provided effective solutions. I highly recommend the construction manager for any future projects.

My initial consultation with Cindy in sales and continued my relationship at which time I received weekly updates from Jamie all the way through closing and then David stepped in with Warranty work . The team worked like a well greased wheel.

This has been awful. The range was never set up. The dishwasher will not run because there is a problem with the hose. The closing process was not satisfactory. We are suppose to have new owner orientation that has not taken place.

Our sales team was knowledgeable and communicated well. Our builder explained the technology systems in our home and followed up in a timely fashion when we had questions. Overall, we feel that the price was competitive in a desirable home and location.

It was very great experience and lot of support and help from Sanjeev. I really appreciate his help and I say 10/10 for him.

I had a terrible experience with Lennar Mortgage where they scammed me out of $2,500 when trying to buy a home, they preapproved and unapproved me several times for a home. With Beazer everything was transparent, honest, and genuine. They are full of great and wonderful people, I will forever recommend them from here to everyone I know!

The whole process was great. All the employees are very knowledgeable and work swiftly throughout the process. My Home has been lovely, the builder John and his crews did a wonderful job, nothing to complain about from day one to finish, quality materials used throughout the building and finishing process. The staff is fantastic and very responsive to questions. They're even better at anticipating them and making the process smooth. I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend the builder to anyone. I especially liked that they had house professionally deep cleaned day of closing. It was wonderful yo step into a spotless brand new house.

We were never told we had to order a patio deck behind the sliding galss door, therefore we got none. We had looked at other quick move-ins and they all had a covered patio. Very dissappointed with this aspect of the purchase. We even offered to pay for the patio after closing and were told they just can't do it.
