It Has been a special experience with the building of our new home. The Beazer team experience was amazing. We lived in upstate NY and throughout the whole process Cindy, Dave and the Beazer team would communicate with us on the progress. We were always looking forward to either the Zoom meeting or the telephone conversation. Cindy, Dave and Adam took the time to explain and give details about the build or any questions we had. Just amazing. We had no worries on the built. If there was an issue or concern we had, they would address them with professionalism and courtesy. Beazer has some of the most energy efficient homes on the market. I couldn’t believe all the energy efficient features! Also, the people there are very knowledgeable and friendly and responded right away to any questions or concerns I had. Brandon, Brian, Jansen and Mike in the field were extremely helpful, going over and above! Staci and Rob in the sales office were so helpful as well and very timely with responses. Very friendly and professional…all of them! There were a few issues like any home but all were solved promptly and effectively. Highly recommend!

Overall my experience with purchasing my new home with Beazer Homes has been great! From the initial experience with the sales team all the way through final walk through and closing. The team has been very communicative with updates and timelines. I felt Brian was extremely knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the construction which reassured me in quality of my purchase and decision. Over all 10/10 and would recommend to any future home buyer.

From the moment we came to see the properties, to laying the first brick, and then being handed the keys it has been a pleasure working with Beazer to build our home. We watched our Beazer home built from sold to occupancy. Almost every week we would visit the team over a five month period last year. We were in constant communication with the Beazer folks and they always followed up on any questions or concerns. Will was our construction Manager and truly made this experience a blessing. He was quick to answer our questions, calls in a calm, receptive spirit. All of our needs were met and he even follows up with us until this day! Will is a Top quality employee.
