The house are beautiful and much better quality than other builders. The staff throughout the process is awesome and make you feel genuinely cared about as a customer. They provide updates throughout the process and quickly answer any questions you might have.

Quality construction and the sales staff and builder were awesome to deal with.

Beazer built us a very wonderful home, even with the supply and labor shortages. We love everything about the house and the quality seems fantastic, compared to most other home builders in the same price-range. My only disappointment was with the lawn that was provided; there are a lot of areas that I need to repair/rebuild. Despite that, they have provided a very pleasant home and experience. We recommend them to everyone.

We can't say enough good things about Jeremy Kammerer and Brett. We have never had such and easy home buying experience. Jeremy was always there to help us with anything we needed and answered all of our questions right away. He is the best!! Brett was awesome!! He walked us through everything and was always available. These guys are amazing!!

Over we had a great experience with purchasing our home and love our home. Curtis and Brain was really helpful answering all our questions and keeping us updated. What I’m not pleased about is the finishing of our home. The paint job, caulking, and overall cleaning of the home for turnover was disappointing. We had of lots paint drips throughout house and even with taping for final run serval times, items were not addressed, however Brian said he will send painters back in to retouch items that may have been seen at the final walkthrough as well as touch up any scuff marks through the moving process. ... Our builder, Troy R., was absolutely amazing! His attention to detail and his willingness to listen to us with concerns was so appreciated. Our sales associates were awesome as well. One of them, Nicole L., even remained in contact with us throughout our building process, even though she was transferred to a different neighborhood.

I was not happy with build of home. A lot pf mistakes were made,but covered with sloppy detail. I wanted things foxed correct first time ans wasn't. Still ha ing AC issue after they been out 3 times and refused to listwn to my wishes after I hired my own AC man for second opionion. Advised how to correcg problem,and still only made there minor adjustments which still havwnt fixed problem. I was not happy with built of my home nor would recommend to anyone.

Enjoyed working with a great and friendly team. From the home buying process, to the design center, to the building phase, made everything in the end just worth it when we finally walked into our new completed home.

I have had a great experience with the purchase process in the purchase of this breazer home. Would recommend them to my friends

Expect resistance when trying to communicate concerns

Besides it being a very modern and aesthetically pleasing home for a Condo, the service after moving in doesn’t stop being impeccable! I have been able to get answers and problems solved, thanks to Wayne ( the builder). It’s like getting extra that you didn’t expect to get!

I had a seamless experience, from start to finish Dawn is wonderful. Gabe walked me through the entire building process on each phase. Communication was wonderful with my real estate agent Becky She was always updated on the also on the process of the home built Bob was is a very excellent lender and I will use him again and also recommend him. The entire Beezer team is friendly professional and accurate. My house was given to me clean.

Jeremy and Ariane were supportive throughout our experience in getting our home. Jeremy is always responsive to anything that needs fixing after closing.

Very interesting and easy process

From start to finish the beazer sales, design and construction team were amazing. Never missed a beat with updating us regarding progress and updates. Couldn't be happier with our new home.

They need better toilet seats The ones that are in there are not good. It’s a 55 plus where are the grab rails. Shelves are to high in laundry. Other than that it’s okay

Since the first day we were interested building with Beazer the sales rep (new home consultant) was super informative and promptly answered our questions and concerns. Following going under contract, our builder became our primary contact and was very receptive of our concerns that arose and promptly addressed them. Furthermore, the builder maintained a good communication channel between us and our sales rep and as a team our house was completed with little delay. One critical point of feedback would be a recommendation to Beazer to contract higher quality sub contractors. Perhaps it is the region we are in (central Florida) that hosts a variety of lesser quality subcontractors but regardless of the region I encourage Beazer to scout out better subs which in turn would lead to higher customer satisfaction thus leading to more positive reviews and word-of-mouth to new potential customers. ... This is my second Beazer home, we were drawn to this community because of my first experience in Atlanta with Beazer. When we first entered the offices, we met Marie and she set the tone for our wonderful experience from start to move in! We love the community and our new home. Mike our superintendent was great as well, he made sure our house was ready for us to move into with very few concerns.

I can't stress enough how well Beazer kept in communication with me throughout the entire build process. My salesman, Dave, (who was transferred to a different community) would call to see how things were going. The permitting and closing people, Barbara and Renee, were good at keeping me updated on approximately when the house was going to start construction and when closing was going to take place. My project manager, Jeff, was excellent at giving me timelines of how long each phase of the home build was going to take. If there was a delay, he would let me know. If there was a problem during the build, he let me know what was going on and when it was resolved. Even after closing, Jeff still stops by to ask how things are going when he sees me outside. The lines of communication are always open and the entire staff is more than willing to help you. ... More
