Where do we start... We purchased the home in April 2021, we were constantly bombarded with phone calls "We need your Deposit, payment, etc" and by the way, you can only work with their lenders. Once we closed, communication ended there, when we needed warranty work, no communication. Mind you we have only been here 2 months and these are the issues that have Not been taken care of, or taken care of with a lack of professionalism: before we even moved in, we noted that the landscaping was horrible, we were told "oh it's okay, it will be fine", landscaping completely dead, okay we can wait for replacement, 2 months later we still have to look at the same horrible landscaping. Next we had issues with damaged appliances and bad electrical receptacles. These were easy fixes, but still took more than 2 weeks to take care of, even after we had the replacement parts in house. The sprinkler system failed within weeks, we still have not heard anything on this issue, and now the Air Conditioning unit is out completely, again, we have only been here 2 months. We have gone 3 days now without Air Conditioning, and no updates from the builder or their contractor. The Contractor did come out to "fix" the issue but could not figure out what was wrong so he started to blame us for the issue, saying we failed to maintain the unit by not changing the filter, again we have been here 2 months. So, he continues to blame us and insists that a 2 month old half dirty filter caused complete failure of the unit. Ummm yeah, I think not. So, that is what prompted me to finally write a review so if you are considering Baezer Homes, think twice or at least knock on some doors in the neighborhood to get their opinion as well. We loved working with Kercheva. She was so bubbly and helpful! Amazing customer service and always helped as soon as possible when we had a question. We absolutely love our house! It’s a dream come true :)

After only 2 months, we have cracks in the walls. Our insinkerator is broken. After 19 days, still no response to warranty claim. A/C vents have been falling off the ceiling, and ceiling looks water stained. The ceiling was uneven in the master bedroom, but that was finally resolved after waiting a long time. Very Disappointed!!

Not a great experience to me as a first time home buyer. What we heard was a top notch level about this builder and what we experienced is totally a disastrous feel with so many quality issues and incomplete work and not happy with the way home was delivered to us.

My experience during my home buying process was great. I was kept in formed at every step of the process & changes. They staff was always available to provide me assistance.

Hayley and Brad have made the home buying process extremely easy and we have loved living here!

I have enjoyed building my Beazer home! Everyone that I have met along the way has been super supportive and helpful through the entire process. Even when there was delays with Covid I was always kept in the loop about what was going on. I am enjoying living in my new Beazer home!

I appreciated how willing each person I interacted with were to walk w/ me through buying my first home. Josh & Rusty both helped me immensely in having confidence and trust in the process.

It is nice community close by schools shopping areas nice and quite Naighbourhood I will suggest to builder please make gated area so people more comfortable and secure

Since I assumed somebody else’s reservation I was unable to select options or colors. Over all the experience has been good but there are some design and item placements and build issues that make no since at all. Staff and project mgrs have been great to deal with.

Judd took such good care of me during the entire building of my new home. James has continued to help me even after my closing. They are the best. Julie has been a big help to me with my warranty concerns. She is one of kind! Amber and Beth are awesome!

The whole process was great

We worked with Karcheva and she was great. Was on top of everything along with our builder. He sent out a bulletin list of things they were doing that following week and kept us up to date with the builders process.

The home was already built and ready for move-in when we first saw it. We saw it in February, closed in May, but didn’t move down until June; we relocated from New Hampshire! Although long-distance, the (virtual) process was pretty much seamless from start to finish. Thank you!

My condominium is well built and insulated. The Beazer staff is super friendly and helpful

Buying process was quick. Limited design options for basic i.e. included price. Construction quality leaves much to be desired.

This was my first home I had built.I had a awesome experience with Beazer. There team members walked me through the process with easy.They kept me informed about what to expect every step of the way.I am very excited and happy with my new home.I would recommend them to my family and friends.

This process was easy. The kept us very informed throughout the entire process. Stacy was great!!!

We are updated regularly and any questions we had were answered quickly. Everyone we had contact with are very helpful.

My husband and I shopped around at several new construction home sites in the Valley and Beazer was by far the best! From their flexibility on floor plans — to ease of closing — to the thorough final walk-thru — they were incredible to work with. Kim in the sales office was welcoming and very informative. Gabe and Gerald were very thorough throughout the home building process. Even after we moved in, the representatives with the new home contact center have been extremely responsive to any issues we’ve had. I would highly recommend working with Beazer to design & build a new home.

The staff have been very responsive to all my communications. They are so willing to help and resolve any issues that I had. It was an amazing experience to have such great services from the beginning of the contract to the closing of the house.
