I was a first-time home buyer, and Beazer Homes ruined my experience. I love the location and the residents but I hate to say that I wouldn't have bought this condo if I was aware of such poor and sloppy quality of this building. There is no parking for visitors. Bad planning. With regards to the access to the entrance door to the building, I couldn't find my name for more than one month after I moved in. Bad management. Beazer's engineers seem to be trying to respond to the residents' claims but the progress is very very slow because there are so many problems being reported by the ...

The entire beazer staff was amazing to work with. We were always in the loop, we always knew what he expected completion date was and they addressed our very few concerns in a timely manner. I would recommend Beazer any day!

Disappointing process.

Closing date was pushed back multiple times. On final walk thru a list was generated by Beezer of items needing fixed. 2 months later still not corrected. Stopped into office to inquire about list and was told that I now have to go thru the warranty dept. So we were lied to on closing day that issues would be remedied without having to file a warranty claim. Also told on closing day we could only call warranty dept one time. Not very happy with Beezer at all.

We found that the house has many issues, AC stopped working 4 weeks after closing date, AC tech found a towel inside of AC, water pressure low due to rocks and glue on pipes, no attic lid, laundry room is very hot and there is condensed water in AC vent. Inspectors need to pay more attention to details, customer service reps need to follow up until completion at this point attic lid and the wall opened to fix the water pipes still without paint.

Beazer has great floor plans that will meet the everyday life for your family needs. They build homes in great locations and utilize the space in the house really well. Honestly the quality of this home is not great. The whole first floor flooded after we ran the dishwasher and have had a TIME with the warranty people trying to get everything fixed. This is our first home buying experience and it's been one catastrophe after another.
