I,m happy with the concern of the construction super, Greg. My only concern is the HOA, They take long time to approve a simple issue. In my case I,m dealing for approval for vinyl fence which has been approved by the City. All the required documents were send to the HOA by the contractor and myself.

I've had nothing but a positive experience with Beazer.

The developer has created an amazing community; peaceful and keeping part of nature in tact.

Good quality home!

My move in was a 30 day move in. It was intense and very fast as they informed before we started the process. All involved on the Beazer team and my team moved fast at submitting the required documents. The Beazer team was so very helpful.

And the warranty department after our purchase is Amazing. My only regret is not buying sooner. You just can't go wrong with Beazerhome.

5 - Jenny, Matt and Grant were great with the move in and punch list items. We've had a few minor issues and one major one - a damaged dishwasher. But issues are handled expeditiously. - 5

Everything went smooth with the builder and always willing to help when ever needed. Working with the Beazer team was a great experience.

I'll sum my review up in two names. Jimmy and Gerald. If it had not been for these two guys I wouldn't had a great first time home buying experience. After hitting a few snags here and there, they were always accessible to take care of things. Their genuine concern overall was truly amazing. I'm happy in my first home. Everyone had told me I would be happy with Beazer and I am. I have a gorgeous home and I would like to thank Jimmy and Gerald again for making my experience a good one.
