This is our second build and third total family build. The Beazer product held temperatures well when we experienced a 3 day power outage. Our family members were quite impressed when they thought we’d be super hot during Beryl in Texas. After closing, we had a normal “fix it” list. The list got “lost in translation”, but Hunter made sure he personally handled our concerns. We are pleased with our purchase overall.

Brad, Kelly and Lonnie were great to work with. They all addressed any of our concerns quickly. Few things that were potential problems were 1) sod laid was not watered as needed and sod soil was full of rocks we are still removing revealing poor quality. 2) some of the plants planted in landscaping in front yard died and were replaced after final walk through then died again. We were told what WE could do to fix the problem but no help from Beazer. Seems they have had this problem with most homes built in this community. However they continued to plant shrubs incorrectly anyway! I feel they should fix the issue not the homeowners at the homeowners expense. The buying process was very smooth; however, I absolutely hated the fact that in order to put in an offer, I had to get pre-approved by the builder's lenders. This not only caused a slight delay in the escrow process, but also hurt me due to the rates skyrocketing.

I searched for about two years and did not find anything that comes close to my current condo. Very spacious rooms , plenty of storage all throughout, big and beautiful kitchen with lots of cabinets. What sold me on this condo was the walk-in pantry room and the walk-in laundry room (I did not see this anywhere else I looked while searching). The only negative thing is the size of the garage and the lack of enough parking spaces .

Craig and Bethany was a huge blessing to have while me and my wife was making the transaction of purchasing our first home together. Being first time home owners these 2 did a great job of answering all questions that we had and made it a smooth process for signing paperwork to picking up keys after closing. In all great and memorable experience for both me and my wife to remember. I would recommend Beazer again as the have a lot of amenities that others do not offer.

From the first day of viewing the model homes, representatives of Beazer made this purchasing experience a smooth process. I was only in town a couple of days on vacation from a job which required me to work internationally. The sales person and project manager worked with me through this process and sent me pictures at every stage of the build. The communication was great. The only downside of the purchase process is(which isn't on Beazer) is some days you would recieve multiple Docusign emails to the point it would be difficult to keep track of in the end. The builder of this home was great!!! Thank you Jaime, he took videos every week and quality job!! Cross Country mortgage, ( Cathi) super awesome to deal with!! W. Tiffany as well!! Was not to happy w/ the realtor for beezer, never really answered things till 1/2 days later, never in… etc.!! my realtor Jaimie did it all!! She was the star of the show!!! Ty Jaimie w/ Keller/ Williams!!!

Overall quite smooth for a first time homebuyer. The one hiccup was for the marketing. Beazer made it appear as if they were running offers on all homes when in fact it is just a headline deal for certain homes.

I was very pleased with the Sales and Construction Teams. They are very helpful and quick to respond. Ancillary Services of HOA and closing attorneys office could use some process improvement. Getting assistance from the HOA company (may change with transition from Beazer) at times took continual prodding. The closing funding confirmation from the attorneys office took too long. Receiving keys was delayed an unreasonable amount of time due to the closing office process. I love the location, the amenities and how well the facilities are kept up.

During this process of buying a new home the sales and construction team were knowledgeable of the product and professional through out the entire process. Since the home I purchased was already completed, Shawn was able to walk me through a unit that was just framed and inspected for drywall so I was able to see the top quality material that went into the home. I was also impressed by the amount of time he spend with me during my final walk through and after settlement. I thank would also like to thanks the sales team . Its been a great experience so far love the house so far.

Purchasing my home was a very enjoyable process. From my sales person Craig to my builder Mike , who was there to correct each minor problems I had any concerns about. It was definitely worh it. I love my new home.

Love my home no complaints.

Building process was easy and builder walks you through every step. The one thing to watch out for is the design process. There’s nothing to model your choices so you’re choosing your whole home off samples. The samples look drastically different in some cases, then the pieces at a macro scale.

I'm finding that walls and ceilings are painted but not primed first. Ceiling lighting is not centered in some spots. Toilets are very low. Overall, the house and structure are well built.

As first-time homebuyers, my wife and I were grateful to have Josh guiding us through every step of the process. He made everything smoother and far less stressful than we anticipated. After moving in, we experienced a few minor issues with the house, but the team was quick to respond and arranged repairs promptly. Overall, we’re very happy with our home and love being part of this community—our dog does too!

I love our home and the way it was built. I feel like Beazer did a great job with the quality and they are flexible and work with the buyers. I would have liked more communication during the building process and updates. Overall, I would recommend beazer to friends and family. They are very accommodating!

Coltin effectively managed the construction of my home with professionalism and efficiency. Even when I made less than optimal decisions, he demonstrated a remarkable ability to adapt and enhance my residence. Additionally, Christian served as an exemplary representative for Beazer, promptly addressing and resolving my concerns.

How did you feel about the entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in? the process was straight forward and the sales team helped to coordinate times for the move in. How would you describe the quality and value of your new home? Quality is quite good and the value of a new build compared to other options at the price point in the area is great. How was your experience with the builder’s team? Did they do what they promised? Did they respond to you in a timely fashion? My unit was complete when I looked at it. However, the builder team was attentive and timely in addressing items highlighted at the preclose walk through/inspection. This was important because of the tight timeline of offer and closing dates. What would you most like potential home buyers to know about this builder? Tiffany from sales assisted me with all of my inquiries about the sales and ensured that we were credited with $25K. Throughout the financing process, Tierra has been incredibly helpful. Above all, Melissa, a home care professional, has been there to assist me with any queries I had after moving in and to check that I was satisfied with my new residence. When I text her, she is proactive in ensuring that the issue is fixed.

Good new built homes. Great use of space. During and after sale follow up. Everything is new

Unit is very nice, but garage has ragged sheetrock & no baseboard, not even cheap vinyl. Intercom not working to my unit, causing to miss furniture delivery.
