Home location, price , and sqft are excellent.. its nice if you improve on the below points. 1) CheckListt/blueprint should be followed 2) review should be done for each and every task completion. 3) Give suggestions/ ideas to new home buyers 4) deliver to the customers whatever you are promised 5) Increase the quality. 6) Please provide ETA for each and every task if you are waiting for something. 7) I keep hearing the answer " I don't know". It's very bad to head. if you don know then re-route the person who can answer. 8) Explain the terminology and show the album/ photos to customers.

This is our second home with beazer, so we are very familiar with the home buying experience. Once you find the home of your dreams, beazer in this case Stephanie helped us with finding lenders and guided us through the process. We asked and was given the answers we needed. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. All went well.

I like the fact that Beazer has homes that you don't have to bid for, they give the exact price of the home and they have 3 different lenders to choose from. However, sometimes their customer service do not resolve issues right away, I have an issue with my A/C unit outside of my house that needs to be taken care of and have been waiting longer than three weeks for service.

As any new homeowner we were concerned with how Beazer would be after our home was delivered with several item incomplete, would then put us on the back burner, I can honestly say that Justin has not only come through with the promises that were made but gone out of his way to insure that our concerns were addressed and we would be taken care of. Normally, I will give a 3 star based on my experience before and when I moved in. But my experience after I moved in has been superb. Especially with the help of the warranty guy named - Jackson. He is an outstanding guy. Always ready and willing to help with all my issues. He has made sure that everything I wanted was done and done promptly. I really wane give a shout out to Jackson. He is awesome!!!

I gave a 4 stars because nothing is perfect. My builder Adam and his team kept me in the loop with ongoing progress to include pictures with updates. There were a few glitches that was quickly taken care of and I am pleased with my purchase. The entire new home buying/construction process thought me a lot. I am glad that I chose Beazer builders to construct my new home.

The purchase process was well done. We felt as if the people that we spoke with did a good job of communicating the steps to the process. Since we have moved it, however, we have discovered that our heat ducts were not hooked up properly in our guest room (after inspections by the builder, by the heating and air company and even an independent inspector). That is concerning. We have also had 4 tires ruined -and 2 of the 3 cars involved needed to get new sets of tires because of the damage. All of the damage was due to nails being left in the road during the neighborhood building process.

we did have a lot of delays but i do know that is part of the COVID situation. Closed on Feb 14th and there were a lot of things that did require to be fixed but the team at Beazer especially Todd, Shaun, and Jackson were super quick to fix issues that did pop up.

I had a good Experience during the buying process with both the sales team and construction manager. Home quality is good but I think that Beazer can do a little better for a home at that price range (I know the market is crazy). Waiting to see within the next few months how it goes. That being said, we are happy which is the most important.

The construction team was great. They were very meticulous and thorough during every phase of the house. The quality and standard of construction is very high. What is a upgrade in the plan for a lot of builders was standard for ours. We couldn't be happier with the outcome of our house.

All in all great experience. Some small, but super inconvenient issues occurred. We were never told we didn’t get an garage auto lift and no fridge. We even chose a fridge at design center. No one ever mentioned anything about the garage lift. Didn’t even know that was a thing
