The professionalism of the experience.

The experience building with Beazer has been great. The sales team was so helpful and informative and even the building team has been extremely accommodating and helpful. All of our questions/calls are answered in a timely manner. We’re very happy with the home so far

The whole process was smooth

All of the issues we had to fix in the house were taken care of by Brendan in a very timely manner he has been great been on top of everthing !!!

Many builders got changed

Beazer not only builds high quality homes, they are also excellent to work with and address any issues that come up along the way. I have direct contact with anyone I might need to talk to, plus the weekly updates were surprising as other builders I've heard about never provide regular updates. You can tell Beazer actually cares about their service and product. I would 100% recommend Beazer to anyone.

Beazer had the most amazing floor plan options and amazing Beazer workers. But the subcontractors, need to be reviewed and monitored more. It just seems like the workers rushed through the minor details, that stood out once you move in. The 1 hour walk through is not enough time to catch all issues in the home.

The one negative thing we did not like about dealing with Beazer was their total lack of willingness to make changes that were not on their options list. I asked for a hot water stub out behind a toilet, "we don't do that". Well what about an electrical outlet behind the toilet, "we don't do that". We don't like the three interior paint colors, how about if we buy the same exact paint you use just a different color and your painters apply it, "we don't do that". On the other hand, our sales person, John and our job foreman Matt were a delight to deal with. They made sure we understood every step of the build and when things would be done. The quality of workmanship, fit and finish was very good. There were several items that needed correction or adjustment and all except two have been corrected. My Beazer home was well built. Staff returned calls. Staff worked well with me. Staff listen and promptly took care of things. It was a pleasure working with the Beazer Home group.

Very informational and knowledgeable about the homes

I think they build mid level homes that are good but they are not the best

Mr. Ali and Mr. Kevin have made this home buying experience one of the best, I have purchased 3 homes over the years and this one by far has been the best. Both are very professional and have gone above what is required of them, to make this the best experience and home for our family.

All the work was done very professionally the wire inside to the outside looks.

I love my new home but was disappointed in some of the low quality things - baseboard, door knobs, bathroom lights. The shower door was way too short for my husband. We replaced it a 76" doors of better quality. The pantry only had 3 shelves. We added shelves and made it way more functional. The master closet was not well designed. We added more hanging bars to make it more functional. There are no linen closets. All in all, we love the layout but we did have to change a bunch of stuff to suit our taste.

The salesman was great and upfront he was very helpful and stayed on top of things and informed me of any changes. He did a great job need more people like him in this business.

I bought a home from Beazer and it wasn’t a good experience. I consider myself a good customer and go with the flow. The few questions I had during constructions were ignored. My one request to replace a bad board where my tv was going to be mounted was ignored by the lead builder. Straight up ignored me when I asked about the board. And now that I have closed on the house Beazer won’t return my txt or calls. I think they blocked my number. I have been here couple months and still not receiving my mail. Post office says it’s an issue with the builder but I can’t confirm that since Beazer won’t return my inquiries. Would not recommend Beazer. ... More

I had a personal emergency during my buying process. Just a couple of weeks prior to closing, I had a personal emergency and had to rush to India to take care of my ailing mother. I requested Beazer builders to extend my closing date. I was buying the home in a sellers’ market so Beazer could have easily sold my home to another buyer would could pay them more. They did not do that!! They worked with me around my schedule and let me return to the US and extended my closing date by about 6 weeks. I am and will be thankful for this kind gesture shown by them and help me buy my dream home. Thanks again, Beazer!! ... More

They make you feel like family!

I was in on this development from when it was nothing but a plot of land. I was shown my boundaries, I saw the foundation boarded and wired. For safety reasons I wasn't able to get to close but it was wonderful from down the block to see the process. The framing walk through allowed me to see that all the extras I ordered were where I requested and if it didn't suit my needs, I had time to change before the walls were put up. I loved my report with everyone connected to building my home. I could get an answer to any question or concern I had. It has been an enlightening experience.

Builder updates me of progress of building the house . The customer service , Lorin was quick in responding of the issues about the house before and after the escrow. Understands how a homeowner feels . He is a very good customer service person , an asset to the company .

we visited several times and were impressed with the models, especially the security features. We were living in a house and wanted a condo.

The pictures used to represent the color of my home do not match the color that I was given. The excuse I keep getting is that the color I was given is correct because the numbers given for the order were correct. My problem is that the color of my house looks pink NOT GREY like the pictures represented. I did not choose the color of my home based on numbers, I chose the color of my home based on the model I was given. Times of the day change the way the color of my home looks but no matter what position the sun is in the sky, my home does not stop being pink and the color of the model given was grey not pink. Not only does Beazer refuse to fix this but It takes long to get things fixed that need fixing by home warranty. ... More

I'm a little torn on this one. When I first bought the house I loved it but there are some things that need to be addressed inside the home

Sales team ok. Builder gets a 5 star rating. House gets a 3. This house has the worst quality of finish work of any home i have ever owned. Your sub contractors do a terrible job. The texturing of my walls is terrible. Most walls have 2 or more obvious differences in the textures. It looks like kids came in and did it, not professionals who do it for a living. It needs to be totally redone but no way would i have your subcontractors come back in my house to do it.Same thing on back porch. Same thing on stone work and brick. The other builder in the neighborhood has brick craftsmen working for them. Not Beazer. I was told my house would look like a model home before I closed. Not the case as they had to come in and fix some obvious lines in walls after I closed. Paint work equally horrible. Door facings were obviously not sanded before painting. Have gouges in them and paint slopped on. Runs in paint, etc. Ridiculous that this home has such poor quality of finishes especially with the prices of the homes. You need better quality control on your worker's as there is none now. ... More

Timing was on time the work and house came out great ,the team was great josh and lorin ,well worth the wait the family and I are very happy thanks again.
