I would say the process in buying a home from start until finish was done well. Cindy was extremely helpful and responsive. Aneta did a great job showing our house and answering questions. Only complaint is that our community center, pool, courts, etc. was to be finished in summer 2025, however we’re being told it’ll be 2026 now. Otherwise this would’ve been a 5 star review.

Open floor plan, light and airy! Large bedrooms with adequate bathrooms. Well built with little noise from other units. No stairs except for emergencies. I love the elevators!

Overall, my first home building experience was wonderful. Jennifer was very helpful with the initial process of assisting in picking out the best home plan for me and Damien went above and beyond in the whole building process. Any questions or concerns I had, he was always willing to help with a positive attitude and a smile on his face. However, I can say the only issue that I have had was damage underneath the kitchen cabinet that has not been addressed yet after calling the cabinet company multiple times. I was told my home would be ready toward the end of July and finally took possession Sept 30. It doesn’t seem that the trades have supervisory positions to follow up on work performed. Whole walls unpainted, tile floors that are tripping hazards due to uneven installation, outlet sheet rocked over. The drivewaya are dug up due to water leaks and repaired one section at a time so half the driveways in our area are patchwork. Poor quality workmanship. Our initial experience wasn’t the best but Ms. Tobi has been an absolute pleasure to work with as she’s been so very helpful and involved as we tackle the issues inside our home. Highly recommended for anyone looking to correct findings that fall under the 12 month home warranty improvement policy.

The experience of purchasing the home was fine; the number of issues that I’ve run into since moving in…. not so much. In short, just no attention to detail and poor craftsmanship in general. I recognize that this is more of a reflection of the subcontractors that they use but having been in my home for about 6 weeks I actually regret my purchase.

Purchase and construction went quick and smooth. I am a home improvement contractor so I know a bit about building and construction. The drywall finish is not the greatest, but overall the build quality was better than I expected from a mass production builder. I was particularly happy with the energy efficiency features included at no charge. The only negative was the title company used for closing. It was a horrible mess and we nearly postponed closing because the title company didn't give us our settlement sheet until the day of. Hopefully Beezer will part ways with this company. This is ...

Closing was easy. I do wish I had an outside inspector to check over the place. I do appreciate everything is under warranty, but trying to find out if it is a builder issue or a warranty issue isn't always straight forward. So far, all issues have been addressed. Craftsmanship is a little sloppy, I had to clean up putty, silicone, uneven walls, light fixtures, etc. I do consider these minor issues.

Everyone we have dealt with has been fantastic. You have great people representing you here at Sorella in Tomball. They are 5 star. My only gripes are lack of ADA compliances in your home designs and your inflexibility in accommodating them. We are getting older and have a daughter in a wheelchair and we now have to incur added cost to make this happen for basic entry into our bathrooms.

Dawn, our sales agent was very helpful through the whole process. The contractor, John, explained most of the systems and helped with the few things that needed fixing. Joe has finished fixing what was needed. Over all, everything has gone smoothly.

Had a good experience with sales personnel. However, closing was another story. Our closing was postponed twice, once a week or so before closing. The second time was a day before closing at which time we were informed that due to some issues, we wouldn't be able to close. We were faced with a manager with little support and empathy. It made our experience with Beazer unpleasant. We had already contracted movers, furniture, etc., and were staying at a hotel waiting to close.

Really feel that we made the best decision for our family. Move in process was really good and Josh and Colten made things happen in a priority and fast time frame. Did not enjoy the preferred lender process with US Bank but overall did not change our experience.
