The entire process was smooth. I like my house, but there are some things that I am still waiting for them to fix. I have a bathroom cabinet broken, my closet is still missing one side and I can’t put anything there yet, the garage door is super noisy, etc. They promise to fix it, but I closed two months ago, and I am still waiting.

Had a very good homebuying experience. The sales representative did a great job of keeping us updated in the home build progress. As a sight unseen buyer on the initial home layout we would’ve appreciated more directional orientation so as to see where the river views, sunrise and porch and bathroom layout would all fall.

Smooth home buying experience overall from beginning to end in this very nice, brand-new development. Very good information throughout the construction phase and painless closing process. Marina and Jody were very helpful. We love the new house and the amenities of “The Cove”. There was only one slight glitch (otherwise I would have given 5 stars) with the street name that may have contributed to our address not being recognized for quite a while by DMV, banks and other institutions or service providers. Jessica was a very positively involved part of the process. She sent photos with her status weekly status update. The builder, Mike, did an excellent job of being involved in the weekly meetings. Our only concern comes to the contractors. We have a mostly small list of issues that are in the subcontractors hands. They don’t seem to be responding in a timely manner.

We had a fantastic experience with Mike and Jeff and then also Christina from first service but the follow up person has really not done a very good job. We love our place and the quality of what they’ve built but we wish they’d go ahead and wrap up the couple things we have left. Great experience otherwise and I won’t let the lack of follow up from one person flaw my overall judgment.

Team was good but the construction quality was modest at best! We feel taking out the refrigerator from the house after we were shown one in the model unit was kind of lame …specially after we signed the contract!

Sales staff was friendly and helpful. The construction delayed a few months during the pandemic and supply chain shortage, but the closing is smooth & quick. Todd fixed the minor issues we found within 1 day. We appreciate Beazer's team who helped us get our first home in TX!

We're pleased with the process as well as our home. Would definitely go with a Beazer Home again. There are some things that we would change with the process, but overall we are more than satisfied with our choice. For the most part it was a good experience. My true rating would be a 4.5. I only wish the master shower was bigger. I asked for the option to change to the standalone shower in the master bath but this was a "spec" home. Also the communication regarding the closing date could have been better.

The overall experience wasn't bad for a first-time home buyer however, I wish they could have been straight up with us (buyer) about the construction time frame. I know it's not their (builder) fault due to shortages but it would have been fair to both parties to have an open conversation from the beginning. Also, the sales associates should not showcase a model home that would not be in a different site. This is very misleading because not all buyers might be able to interpret the paper layout of the newly build.

One word to describe the Location, Amenities, Floor Plans, Flood Safety, Affordability, Local Community retail and services = Great However...Disappointing but not disqualifiers were: lack of personal customization and a highly restrictive condo association.

The overall experience was ok for house buying. I am in my home but it does not appear that all things promised by Beazer were delivered. Speaking with all of my neighbors we can hear sound from unit to unit. Every one express that they were advised that things would be sound proof to some degree. Overall Chris and Adam are a delight to work with. In all honesty, if they were not a part of your team I am not sure if I would have made this far. They keep their word and is extremely responsive.

Rural living!

Overall good experience. We love the design of our home and living outside the city. Wish the lots were bigger. Our salesman Nick was lacking in knowledge and communication. Our only regret in buying our home is due to the builder now selling homes for less than we paid and the HOA.

Seems like I have nice neighbors and I like the area. Poor attention to detail. Sloppy edge painting that I have had to correct. Poir cleaning prior to taking possession. I had to remove taped signs in the guest room window, clean the windows and blinds. Very dirty. I experienced 4 differebt leaks resulting in closing delay, wet flooring less than 48 hrs after moving in. It took 1 month to resolve, Multiple trips by plumbers, painters, floor removal/installation. This started 7/23, with me notifying people on 7/25 and trim is still not finished. The sells agent was great and helpful with all of our questions, to the best of her ability (5 stars). The home building process was longer then what was told in person and the foreman didn't have any answers. Due to the long building process mortgage rates went from 2.8 to 5, (3 stars)
