Quality construction home with top notch builder who addressed any concern or issue in a timely manner. Only negative was conflicting information/lack of clarity on the home specs and features from the sales team. Overall good experience.

Very good communication during the build process. Even weeks after closing on the house, we routinely have someone from Beazer stop by if we are outside.

Tina, our Sales Rep, is the best! She was, and is still, always available to answer questions, or find the answers, and point us in the right direction. The homes are beautiful. Some of the workmanship, not so much. I don’t expect perfection but those little things, when there are so many; as well as a couple Big things, are disheartening. Oscar has been FABULOUS in having the most concerning items addressed. The smaller ones will be taken care of in our 11th month. We are a new community, not completed, so I can not comment on the advertised Community Amenities.

My home was built within the six months promised, the sale went smoothly and the sales rep Brian was very helpful and prompt to respond when I had questions. However, Beazer’s contractors are somewhat slow to get small repairs done that were not caught during walk-through. I have several that are still pending.

Overall the home buying experience was great. The team was phenomenal leading up to the closing. Since closing I’ve experienced some issues. When addressing these issues it’s been less than acceptable. Random people showing up at random times to fix things. Zero coordination done prior to folks stopping by the house at random times to fix items. Additionally, the paint and painter used in our home, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. My child could do the same job with water colors.

We were overall very pleased with our experience. One thing of note, however, is that we have e experienced some difficulty with builder follow up post settlement. We do not seem to be receiving the same amount of attention as we did during the home build process.

Our home was purchased as a “spec” home which was well along in construction. We were unable to make modifications/upgrades prior to closing but we still felt that we were part of completing our home, which we love!

For the most part, my buying experience was good. The communication from the salesman during the whole process could have been a little better but, besides the “backordered/delayed items” overall I am pleased with the finished product of my home. I would definitely build with beazer again!

The construction team is professional, has good communication skills, follows up with you even after the closing process. however the admin side was not professional enough to handle the closing issues, they forget to attach the home's keys with the closing documents and said later "I am sorry" this is not the end, in the time to give us the home keys were not working and you can imagine how the deal now. The New Home Counselor had good knowledge of the selling points, including the insultation. We did have a rocky middle during the construction phase but overall the experience is strongly positive as our builder Brian was extremely responsive leading up to, and after closing. Will definitely recommend Beazer to friends and family.
