Let me start if by saying we had a great experience buying our forever home. Everything ready to move in. I’m glad we live here now.

I haven’t been able to meet my warranty contact. Fixes around the house I’ll still pending three months after I moved in. Needs to have a better turnaround time in taking care of a new homebuyers. Thank you

Buying experience was very good with Travis but home finishing i would give only 2 stars..... home finishing is very poor.

We had a great experience working with Abe Aziz. He walked us through the whole process and worked with us every step of thr way.

make sure you have everything done before closing. They did 2 walk thrus, and none of the punch list items were done on the day of closing. it got delayed another week, and then on the 2 scheduled closing, it still was not done. we had to move forward and get them done after the fact. very stressful

The house plan is very comfortable, spacious and sun light friendly. The ubicación is perfect. I love this house

Cathy made the home buying process easy from Day 1! She made sure everything was in order, and always kept us updated throughout the process. She made herself available for all the questions that I had. Jay, also helped our get all the issues we had addressed as we moved in and settled in. Everything was dealt with in a timely manner, and the Beazer group was always there to answer questions, and make sure things were on time and on track. Thank you for making our new home buying experience excellent!

This is my first time buying a home and I’m happy that I decided to go with Beazer Homes. Being apart of the Hunt Club has been an amazing experience; any issues that I may have had when I moved in I had no issues getting it worked out with Beazer. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is a first time home buyer or anyone who wants to buy a new home in general.

Chris and Michelle were wonderful from start to finish. Homes are great quality. If i had any questions at all, Michelle and Chris got back to me within minutes. From the start of our journey, the timeline Chris provided was exact and they even finished a bit early, which was great because we had been staying in a hotel for four weeks. They both did an outstanding job and we are extremely happy with both of our purchases. Would highly recommend. :)

From the moment we entered the office we had a great experience with Jill she took the time to understand what we were looking for gave us all options and made us feel extremely comfortable with the decision we were making. We also had Todd as our Construction Manager which I would recommend 100% he was the best, the attention to detail the weekly updates we received made us know he cared every step of the way all the way to closing and after. Todd has been amazing if I would buy again in the future would definitely go were Todd is he was awesome. Both of them made our house a dream come true

Very easy smooth and quick process! Carmine is the best sales rep there.

My house looks Terrible! A window on the second floor is out of center. A column on the front porch was not placed where it is supposed to be, under the porch gable. The grading on my lot sinks and rainwater does not drain off. I have pools of water 3-4 inches deep every time it rains. I am waiting for them to come and regrade the area before I can install a fence. I have photos to prove these issues. I will be happy to forward them to you. I have no issues with the real estate agent on the property. My issues are with the Builder, Beazer Homes.

This community's construction management team makes the process better than other builders. Glitches are inevitable but having people you can trust to fix them is not. Luckily this Beazer team is 100% committed to making things right the first time and fixing anything that slips through the cracks.
