My house was the last one completed in the neighborhood and it shows. These were several workmanship issues and other items that are not finished properly

I closed on my home on the 31st of March 2021. Some things definitely could have been better. Workmanship is below what I expected. Some things were done in a rush so there were defects. Builder did offer some great incentives though. I guess you gotta take the good with the bad. Some things to work on in my opinion would be, better management, and communication. There should be more walk throughs done of the home by management so defects or broken items/issues can be addressed before the customer does their final walk through. More attention to detail would be a benefit.

Terrible communication and terrible workmanship in to many areas. Bill was the most responsive out of the entire situation but the worker subcontracted to build this house suck! As a large loss adjusters I seen house rebuilt from a fire with less errors and better presentation. Vontell did better towards the end but lacks follow up. No one knows anything and the entire process just suck. Door handles falling off door trim not completed. Double check all workmanship and push if something needs corrected. Really check. Everything seemed OK from normal inspecting but once we moved into the house we noticed a lot a little things that could have been done a lot better. For the most part they did a good enough decent job but for the overall price they could’ve done better

We loved our NHC, Carson; as well as the GC that oversaw the build, Nick. We got weekly phone calls with updates and were always communicated with throughout the process. The follow up and communication on everything was great. Carson was always quick to respond to calls, and even text messages with any questions that we had. Shannon was wonderful and made the buying experience easy. She was a joy to work with. Tim kept me informed on the building process. He and John were very responsive with my issues after I moved in. My only complaint was with some of the trades that installed defective materials and had to come back to fix and/or replace. It was a waste of time and materials when why put in something defective and walk away only to have to come back. It took up Tim and John’s time to have to deal with these issues but they always responded quickly and with a smile. Now Whirlpool is another issue. They should ...

The overall home buying experience was wonderful. Nina is extremely helpful with keeping the buyer informed throughout the whole process. The construction was completed on time. Wyatt was very thorough doing the walk-thru, explaining all the features of the home. I would highly recommend a Beazer home at The Cove.

Make sure that you know the quality of the standard products verses the upgrades. and the finishing results of the painting and the windows and the drywall is a little questionable. I just feel that for a home over $330,000 I should see pristine quality finishes. We have already replaced the shower heads and some faucets. We will also need to hire painters to improve the quality of the interior paint. Very disappointed with the end results we were given.

My starting experience was good with Beazer. The sales team respond to clarify my queries. But sales team need to be more transparent for first time home buyers like what exact things are going to available in new home vs what's not. And there is a gap in communication within Beazer group sales, builder, closing personnel which create issue for customer to run after them. And traders working for builder has a poor workmanship which builder need to take responsibilities not customer.

The house itself is pretty well built. But Beazer did not tell us prior to closing that MediaCom, the only cable supplier in the Estuary, had not installed any of the necessary infrastructure. Beazer claims they didn’t know-that’s hard to believe. And if true, local management is incompetent and should be fired. In any case they have disavowed any responsibility. Basically, they’ve said “it’s not our problem—deal with MediaCom. They fail to understand that we buyers deal with THEM. We depend on the builder to do their due diligence in all areas. We really enjoyed viewing the model home. Being able to have a 2 story home with 10ft ceilings gave a very open feel. Overall seeing how energy efficient the home could be was also a plus, especially in Texas heat. I would highly recommend Beazer Homes, we had a great experience overall!

Beazer reps selling the houses need to be more educated on the houses they’re selling. Customer service could have been a lot better. Not the house that was originally promised at signing.
