Starting with working with Susie in the mode homes, then extending to everyone else we worked with. The people checking our electrical, the design center, the walk they with the contractor. And even the escrow and loan company were just so easy and helpful

Friendly staff. Many things are out of their control. Don't close until all issues are resolved.

Beautiful home, exceptional customer service!

I've had homes built elsewhere and this experience with Beazer Homes was exceptional. I was living over 1000 miles away during the built and I was kept advised of all stages of the build and sent pictures. Any concerns or questions that I had during the build were address immediately. The Design Center was well appointed and our consultant never rushed us and made great design suggestions. Overall, we are very pleased with how everything came together in our new home.

Overall I am happy with Beazer Homes. The home was not really ready for a walk thru when I had it. Also, some of the things that needed attention should have been done and thoroughly checked before move in.

Troy was a huge help in getting all of our maintenance needs taken care of. Additionally, he gave us lots of information that we didn’t know we needed, which made our move in and set up process extremely smooth.

The whole Beazer team was exceptional to work with from start to finish through my townhome purchasing and building process. Would 100% work with them again in the future.

This was our first home build and Beazer made the experience easy and the builder was Great! Walked us through the whole process and always kept us informed each step of the way. Was very grateful for our contractor.

My home was subpar quality. They rushed at the end to finish deadline, so they could earn quarterly bonus. They did cut corner and my home was subpar quality: scratches all over the home, cracked floors, grouts were missing, doors still have holes and not paint correctly, and list go on etc.

The buying experience was ok. The post closing, not so much. Plenty of items from day one I am still addressing, such as wrong rail color, defective kitchen cabinets, scratched and not working appliances, and the biggest, which I do not accept BZH has no responsibility, is the lack of cable/wifi available on my block.

From the moment when I first met Nick,the Home consultant,to a little over two weeks later when he was handing me the keys to my new house, after Gregory the customer care specialist did a thorough and educational walk-through of the house,I have only positive things to say about the Solaris community.I love it,great job guys.

Great communication front start to finish

I love the home that I purchased! From the kitchen to the bathroom to the bedrooms!

Your home will not even closely resemble the model in any way. Nothing is centered, paint is sloppy, caulking and grout is sloppy. Doors and transition strips (none between wood and carpet) poorly installed. Security doors don't close and latch correctly. The contractors leave their trash & mess everywhere. Poor design with no visitor parking (nobody mentioned that in the sales pitch!) It is not what I would expect from a premier, "trust" builder! Cheap. I will eventually have to replace almost everything in this cheaply built, poorly designed place! 2 stars just because I love the location and the warranty manager is very responsive. ... More

I enjoyed my home buying experience. I was provided great care and service by everyone from a completely different state. Everyone was kind, patient, and knowledgeable.

My experience was great for being a first-time home buyer. What really was very helpful for me was the building counselor Cathy. She made everything easy and answered all my questions and was available every step of the way. Her helping made a huge difference and made the buying process easier than I thought it would be.

Home floor plans were wonderful office sales person Colin Weir was the best! He was wonderful with taking pictures every step of our build and was great in communicating everything I’d definitely recommend another Beazer Home to my family and friends

From the beginning phone call to inquire about the new builds till the day I got my keys was an amazing experience because of the Beazer Family! Everyone was so responsive and attentive to my every question and need. If I were to buy another new build I would buy from Beazer Homes again!

Earnest money deposit requirement should be disclosed at earliest buyer interest and showing. Other builders do not require this I am told. Although I had this covered, it impacted my overall budget for funds needed for moving and logistics.
