We love our new home! Val was amazing! She has helped us a lot all through out the process and has shown concern and reliability since Day 1. The thing that disappointed us though were the overall finish of the house. There were areas that need paint touch ups, caulk was not done properly, stains on the bath tub and on the floor, electrical wiring issues etc. We cannot blame our construction manager as he just took over the whole process near closing and he did try his best to deliver and make us happy before we close. Beazer built us a very wonderful home, even with the supply and labor shortages. We love everything about the house and the quality seems fantastic, compared to most other home builders in the same price-range. My only disappointment was with the lawn that was provided; there are a lot of areas that I need to repair/rebuild. Despite that, they have provided a very pleasant home and experience. We recommend them to everyone.

Since the first day we were interested building with Beazer the sales rep (new home consultant) was super informative and promptly answered our questions and concerns. Following going under contract, our builder became our primary contact and was very receptive of our concerns that arose and promptly addressed them. Furthermore, the builder maintained a good communication channel between us and our sales rep and as a team our house was completed with little delay. We found our house the same day we started our hunt. Lisa was very helpful and did her best not to rush us even though it was a crunch time situation to make a decision in this market. When we did our final walk through we felt rushed or that some of our concerns weren’t a big deal. We had a few people there helping us look for anything that needed to be fixed and they all felt the same way. Prompt to answer my concerns....however, Beazer needs to offer more choices. Only a couple of choices especially if you do not upgrade. The model of course has all of he upgrades and then your cost becomes much higher if you institute these upgrades. Again, Brad, my project manager is the best and made the overall experience a great one.

From the earliest days, the local contractor (Joe) has exceeded all expectations. I wish all involved in the process were as good as Joe. Unfortunately, he stands alone in providing that high quality experience among the rest of the Beazer team. The 'customer service' part of this new home buying experience stands out as being sub-optimal and the opposite of customer focused. A shame.

The house was generally good but some things were finished in a sloppy manner and the builder is not very flexible in changing or adding things before closing. Overall I am happy with the house.

Since I assumed somebody else’s reservation I was unable to select options or colors. Over all the experience has been good but there are some design and item placements and build issues that make no since at all. Staff and project mgrs have been great to deal with.

The one negative thing we did not like about dealing with Beazer was their total lack of willingness to make changes that were not on their options list. I asked for a hot water stub out behind a toilet, "we don't do that". Well what about an electrical outlet behind the toilet, "we don't do that". We don't like the three interior paint colors, how about if we buy the same exact paint you use just a different color and your painters apply it, "we don't do that". make sure you have everything done before closing. They did 2 walk thrus, and none of the punch list items were done on the day of closing. it got delayed another week, and then on the 2 scheduled closing, it still was not done. we had to move forward and get them done after the fact. very stressful
