The whole process of starting from the ground up went very smooth! Cathy and Keedon were very helpful throughout everything and were always quick to respond to any questions. I would highly recommend anyone looking to get a house to consider going with Beazer Homes!

Purchased a new home with Beazer and asked for a few warranty issues to be taken care of, this has been going on for over a month with no response. House has settlement cracks and was told it was stucco, the inside of my garage is not stucco with those same cracks.

When you go to the design center know what you want. Your time with the designer is limited.

The quality of the workmanship is very poor. I wish I had done more research on Beazer before I bought my house, The quality of the workmanship on the doors, trim and windows is the equivalent of a cheap apartment build. My house is brand new but it looks like it is a couple of years old because of the poor quality of interior workmanship. I am actually embarrassed to have people come to see my new home.

It is a lovely place to live and the whole building experience was very professional. Very pleased with the home we bought.

I had a seamless experience with Samantha Bowden purchasing a townhome at Mission Lane. She guided me through a transaction which took 4 months and helped me to address all the aspects of the deal ahead of time to ensure timely submission of documents and signings. I highly recommend Beazer Homes and Samantha. Thumbs UP!!

Overall everything was perfect! The super always made sure everything was perfect if something small was wrong he still made sure they fixed it

Overall a good experience with Beazer Homes

This builder will get things done even when you close. The only problem is when you claim a warranty it will take weeks to a month to get things done. I just hope they change that and I will give this builder 5 stars.

They treated me like family they called to say welcome aboard they fixed everything that was damaged or missing after inspection. They were concerned and caring throughout the whole home buying process.

Beazer takes great pride in their work, we saw this first hand from our builder rep, Troy Robinson. He is so trustworthy and dependable and has been through our entire build process and even still now 6 weeks later. We have been taken care of and communicated with very clearly every step of the way. Even when the answers aren't what you want to hear, you understand the reasoning and have clear communicated. We have seen how other builders in our neighborhood do not form the same relationships with their buyers like Beazer does, how messy other builders home-building process can look, many mistakes made and often not fixed...and we are so happy we instead went with Beazer for our forever home. Our home with Beazer was always secure and taken care of throughout the entire build; there were very few problems along the way, and when they were present they were fixed in a very timely manner. I would leave zero stars if it allowed me to. Its been an overall bad experience. Beazer started with a lack of communication. We never knew what was going on during the building process and it’s now clear why we did not. The company was hiding its poor workmanship. Beazer completely rushed through building and their work shows. Now that the house has been completed, we have yet been able to move in comfortably because of the problems that still remain. To name a few of the over 100 documented issues noted by us and our third party building inspector, let’s start with these. Immediately after closing we found a pipe leak in the wall/slab, mold in various places of the property, no insulation in a portion of the house, stucco cracks, creased and damaged roof shingles, upgrades we paid for that we didn’t/don’t have, and countless of other issues. Every time we attempt to have warranty contractors come to fix things, it gets worse. The contractors schedule a broad range of appointment times (example, we will be there between 11am-6pm) and sometimes fail to show. I’ve missed work many days due to this. When they do come. it’s a rushed process with bad work. I think it’s best to stay away from Beazer and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. We sent a letter to Corporate acknowledging the home buying experience for us. From start to finish, it was all positive. Attention to detail, knowledge of the building process and constant communication were key aspects to making the purchase of this home a positive one. Tim, head construction foreman, is the KEY to Beazer's success! Patti, sales, went above and beyond to provide us with information and to be sure we were kept informed every step of the way. We would highly recommend Beazer for the quality home produced AND the employees who ensure it is so.

We had a great experience with Beazer. They were helpful and didn’t try to sell us things we didn’t need. There were some construction delays but that is likely due to things out of their control (pandemic delays etc).

Great experience from salesman, Bryan, to building superintendent, Troy!!! Beazer should be extremely happy to have these two guys representing the Company. Would do it again if I was guaranteed that these two were in charge. Thanks for making a stressful situation not to bad.!

First off I love the house. There are some problems though our door to go into the garage one of the hinges has come off, and with the amount of money we paid for the house it’s slightly irritating the garage didn’t come repainted. Other than that I love the house so much

Outstanding friendly service available whenever I wanted! Everybody says buying a home in so stressful and as a first time homeowner I was going in blind. Everything was so easy and smooth all I had to do was pack. Thank you Blythe!
