Wesley and Hayley were a dynamic duo. Hayley made it easy for our decision to purchase. Wesley was our go to guy and so far has solved all issues we had throughout the build.

This is my second new home built by Beazer. We had a very good buying experience the first time. We have been happy with all aspects of the home buying experience ... up until the end. The interior, paint-related finish work was atrocious. Beazer did try to rectify the issues, and to a great extent did. However, to some degree, the damage was done. Do NOT pay Beazer for a premium paint. It is NOT worth it.

Overall I have had the perfect experience with Beazer Homes. I have settled and do have a list of interior fixes that will be dependent on me being at my summer home. I've had to remind twice that the list for outside hasn't been taken care of yet and am hoping this is done when I arrive at the end of the month. I love my home, the kitchen is my dream kitchen and I look forward to making memories in Millville, DE

The sales person Corey was the first person I met, and though some might say it was a sales pitch, his confidence and support in his statement "This is going to be your home !!" rang true throughout the process... The builder Carey, was phenomenal !!! Despite Covid and all it's restrictions, Carey faithfully kept me up-to-date every week on the progress of my home via videos and phone calls.

Have had to call the builder multiple times to fix issues identified during walkthrough and some are still not fixed 2 months after closing. The lawn work has been very shoddy, plant are uprooted and dying in spring itself.

Everyone on the team was super helpful and courteous! John, the gentleman who oversaw the building process of my house, kept me up-to-date with the progress of my house every week. I loved receiving picture updates and well as information on how to care for every aspect of my house. Joel, the Beazer realtor, made the application process smooth and easy. I feel for the amount of money spent on the home the construction workers were messy they left gravel everywhere in the street. In the back yard although gravel and dirt they didn't pick up the nails, wires and left their trash. I like the peaceful neighborhood and friendly neighbors. The builders should pay more attention to details.

I’m so happy on how they handle their customer, from the start until the house was completed and after sales is exceptional. I was keep posted in building process by sending pictures regularly. Any question that I have was answered promptly. The quality of the home was more than I expected, with some minor issues but was addressed in a timely manner. Beazer team is well coordinated and they even finished the house earlier but without sacrificing the quality of work. I can trust Beazer 100%, and don’t need site visits and will just go there for the final walk through.
