Beautiful build homes. Make sure the sellers rep knows all the information that you get with the new build. We were misled on a few things that would have made this a 5 star review.

We were pleased with the sales agent Chris who gave us a thorough tour and provided details of what made Beazer different from other builders, options in designing the homes. We were excited and decided to purchase a home. We recently moved in and this far we are pleased with the home.

Overall we were pleased with our home buying experience. There are just a couple things we wish would’ve been verbalized to us. The cabinets and countertop space outside of the pantry were apparently not included in the Indian Springs homes. However, these were shown in the model and I had to ask why those cabinets were not installed once the cabinets had been put in our home. This is now going to be an extra 2,000-2,500 expense for us when that was not planned in our budget prior. The space without cabinets isn’t really effective. The house purchase process was very good. We are a bit disappointed with the mud and dirt in the street that gets carried into the driveway. The construction area is not very well maintained.
