We are not fully happy with the finishing details. For instance, wooden material was not cut with precision to make the joints match accurately leaving gaps that were then not filled or painted all across the doors, cabinets and baseboards. Locks and doors hardware was loosen in a couple of instances.

Took a look at Beazer homes Park View in Minneola. Met with Abe A. and he told me of what was coming up as a spec home. A model for my plan wasn't available, but I was able to look at the size of one inside a being built home in its pre-mud drywall stage. My spec home was slated (at that time per the website as Avail February), but in these supply chain times, I knew it would be later and planned for March or April in my mind. As supply chain things go, I had to choose flooring two times at the design center after the spec house choice because of supply chain issues, but I am happy with what I ended up with despite pushing the close from mid-March to the end of March. There was a tile waterproofing issue in the primary bath witch I was told was rectified, and the tilers apparently installed a L3 tile in the kitchen, when the spec called for a L1 basic white subway. Thats a win in my book, as I liked what they inadvertently put in! The closing was all the way in Orlando. It would have been nice to have a closing closer than 25 miles away from the home. Post-closing of course has its issues, but the warranty team is working on a few imperfections discovered at closing inspection. Overall, this is my third home purchase from a builder, and a reminder to all the first timers going thru a new build house. All in all our experience was good with the construction manager -Josh and Pam our Beezer representative. If we had questions they were very responsive and followed up with an answer.

Dan was amazing during the buying process!

Weekly updates with photos were informative and helpful. The walk through and explaining how the features and appliances work also helped.

Excellent knowledgeable staff always friendly

Home location, price , and sqft are excellent.. its nice if you improve on the below points. 1) CheckListt/blueprint should be followed 2) review should be done for each and every task completion. 3) Give suggestions/ ideas to new home buyers 4) deliver to the customers whatever you are promised 5) Increase the quality. 6) Please provide ETA for each and every task if you are waiting for something. 7) I keep hearing the answer " I don't know". It's very bad to head. if you don know then re-route the person who can answer. 8) Explain the terminology and show the album/ photos to customers.

No one is pushy but your questions are answered promptly, and courteously.

This is our second home with beazer, so we are very familiar with the home buying experience. Once you find the home of your dreams, beazer in this case Stephanie helped us with finding lenders and guided us through the process. We asked and was given the answers we needed. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. All went well.

I like the fact that Beazer has homes that you don't have to bid for, they give the exact price of the home and they have 3 different lenders to choose from. However, sometimes their customer service do not resolve issues right away, I have an issue with my A/C unit outside of my house that needs to be taken care of and have been waiting longer than three weeks for service.

Not sure. There was plenty of disconnects. Right now we're going on our third night without AC

As any new homeowner we were concerned with how Beazer would be after our home was delivered with several item incomplete, would then put us on the back burner, I can honestly say that Justin has not only come through with the promises that were made but gone out of his way to insure that our concerns were addressed and we would be taken care of. Kudos on there customer service after delivery

Long process due to supply demand / workforce

Frank was a great salesman, very professional and nice. He went above and beyond! Brittany at Thrive Mortgage by far the best lender I’ve ever worked with. Her Patience, knowledge , professionalism and overall star service stood out.

The team was very thorough in the whole process from purchase to move in. The only problem is there is still some items outstanding especially my refrigerator and dishwasher. I’m waiting for some word on delivery date

Normally, I will give a 3 star based on my experience before and when I moved in. But my experience after I moved in has been superb. Especially with the help of the warranty guy named - Jackson. He is an outstanding guy. Always ready and willing to help with all my issues. He has made sure that everything I wanted was done and done promptly. I really wane give a shout out to Jackson. He is awesome!!!

My experience with buying a Beazer Homes was made easy because of working with Missy she has great people skills, and she did a fantastic job making the process go as smoothly as possible she was very thorough in explaining and and she shepherding me through the whole procedure and was with me from beginning until I took possession and still remains helpful if needed.

I gave a 4 stars because nothing is perfect. My builder Adam and his team kept me in the loop with ongoing progress to include pictures with updates. There were a few glitches that was quickly taken care of and I am pleased with my purchase. The entire new home buying/construction process thought me a lot. I am glad that I chose Beazer builders to construct my new home.

With the exception of COVID shortages, which caused a delay in many aspects….everyone at Beazer was very helpful, attentive and quick to respond to issues or concerns.

Customer service is good, followups for warranty is good

The contractors keep you updated on the progress of your new home.

Builder is easy to reach and answers questions when needed.

The purchase process was well done. We felt as if the people that we spoke with did a good job of communicating the steps to the process. Since we have moved it, however, we have discovered that our heat ducts were not hooked up properly in our guest room (after inspections by the builder, by the heating and air company and even an independent inspector). That is concerning. We have also had 4 tires ruined -and 2 of the 3 cars involved needed to get new sets of tires because of the damage. All of the damage was due to nails being left in the road during the neighborhood building process.
