Although we felt rushed at times I would still have to say that our buying experience with Beazer Homes has been Top Notch! The Sales team was a pleasure a to work with. Chris our sales consultant did a fantastic job in putting our deal together and making sure that all of problems / concerns where answered in a timely fashion. Mark the building supervisor has also done a fantastic job in answering and fixing and problems that we have noticed during and after our walk-thru. At the moment we have only been in our property for roughly 30 days and what an amazing 30 days it has been.... ...

Buying our first home from Beazer went well for the most part, but we did have some bumps in the road. The thing I’d say that could’ve been better in terms of actually buying the home, not the home itself, would be wait times. Something would come up & we’d have questions, but we had to wait usually two days before we heard anything back & usually it was an email & not over the phone. Email was a lot quicker, but some things you need to be able to talk about over the phone. There are definitely things I wish would have done with more quality, but the value I am getting is validated. For the price, the house is good. The drywall has some issues and the paint in the windows was poorly done. Since window treatments have been added, the impurities aren't visible. Overall, I am happy with the house, but I do wish more time would have been spent on the areas listed above.

I'll start by saying we are very happy with our home. It's beautiful and the overall construction quality is solid. The pros of the "home buying experience are: 1) the home was finished ahead of schedule. 2) Almost everyone at Beazer is great to work with. 3) Our sales rep was absolutely amazing. He was the best part of the process. The cons: 1) Not always great communication, 2) Lots of little issues to deal with and it takes a lot of prodding and back and forth to complete even the most menial tasks. 3) We had lots of turnover with the builders. Love my new Beazer home but still a few issues to fix

My wife and I really love our new Beazer homes, we have gotten numerous compliments on the home and it’s interior finish and design . Although there are some issues to fix such as grout in the bathroom tile cracking and some issues with the finishing of the backyard we love our home. We hope to hear back from Beazer soon about drainage issues in the backyard.

Overall we are enjoying our new home even with a few design flaws that we couldn’t change when building. We’re waiting with anticipation to see how efficient this house will be in the winter, so far it’s doing pretty well with the summer heat. Hoping to be here for many years.

I moved into my new Beazer home in July and am enjoying it. I found the homebuilding process to be relatively easy thanks to my wonderful sales executive who was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Issues were attended to promptly and I felt like customer service was important to everyone I came into contact with. My only reservation was around attention to detail. The location can’t be beat. 45 minutes from LV Metro area, but also a world away. Good prices for homes compared to the inflated LVM market and you actually get ROOM in Burson Ranch. Decent floorplans and amazing views are available. Staff is much better than you expect, especially if you have shopped around. Is it perfect? No. But it is a fantastic alternative to the other alternatives on the area. I am pleased with my decision.

Great materials - sloppy work

While Beazer does use energy efficient materials, their subcontractors rush through the building process causing sloppy work. Painter, plumber and electrician had to come back twice to fix things. Lorin on their Customer Care Team is your go to guy in Nevada.

I selected Beazer due to the great sales person , location, and focus on quality and energy savings. I loved the community and selected Beazer over the other options in the community and over a larger home in another community for the same price. . I was pleased I could break my initial deposit into 3 equal installments. I believed my sales lady wanted to help me and she wasn’t pushy. Overall, we had a great experience with Beazer. I think the most difficult part of the process involved how little time versus how many choices there are at the design center. I wish we’d had twice as much time to decide what our finishes would be, what electrical options were best, exterior colors, etc. that part felt rushed.

My overall experience was standard. Get your paperwork in prior to closing and you are fine. There were some additional charges at closing that were we're not expecting so make sure to plan for that but that has nothing to do with Beazer. The Customer Service team that handles service repairs could improve by being more efficient in handling requests in a more timely manner.

Our Beazer home

This is our second home our first was a KB home and it was not built well. This Beazer home is built much better. This home is an inventory home which means we did not choose anything as far as most new homes go, it came built. It was nicely built with many nice upgrades. The Beazer people were very supporting and helpful. Of course nothing is perfect but this home is by far very good and we are extremely happy and would recommend these homes to anyone. Thank you Beazer for our beautiful new home!
