This is my second new home built by Beazer. We had a very good buying experience the first time. We have been happy with all aspects of the home buying experience ... up until the end. The interior, paint-related finish work was atrocious. Beazer did try to rectify the issues, and to a great extent did. However, to some degree, the damage was done. Do NOT pay Beazer for a premium paint. It is NOT worth it.

Overall I have had the perfect experience with Beazer Homes. I have settled and do have a list of interior fixes that will be dependent on me being at my summer home. I've had to remind twice that the list for outside hasn't been taken care of yet and am hoping this is done when I arrive at the end of the month. I love my home, the kitchen is my dream kitchen and I look forward to making memories in Millville, DE

Buy from Beazer! Great people !

Was a long haul with COVID hitting as we started the building of the home. However, there were many issues as the building continued. Finally after a year to the date that the paperwork was signed the home was complete.

While we love our house, the follow-up after closing was not so great. Part of the problem was that we were out of state and it was difficult to keep an eye in things. I could write a long list of issues, but won't bore you all. However, things like a cracked window, window with condensation, crooked pendant lights are just a few. The window took 6 weeks to replace, not acceptable especially since there is a ton of construction going on around me. On a positive note, we love our new home, love the layout, love the location and love the amenities offered (of course can't use anything yet due to COVID, but did see the cover is off the pool!) My overall experience with Beazer Home is good. I do love my home and certain issues are expected when it comes new builds. I appreciate the attentiveness specifically with Stephanie, Scott and Dennis. They do their best to accommodate and resolve issues that have come up even with their busy schedules and dealing with vendors to come back to fix issues. Overall I’m pleased and hope that this service continues while they are onsite.

Comparing my purchase to some of my friends who purchased around the same time, I really feel Beazer builds a better product.

Honestly, not sure I'd share anything. I like myself make it a personal choice who I choose to work with, the type of company I like to work with. Sharing experiences can help and hurt so I'd rather let others go with unbias.

Beautiful build homes. Make sure the sellers rep knows all the information that you get with the new build. We were misled on a few things that would have made this a 5 star review.

While the buildings are beautiful as are the lobbies, the ease of working with the construction manager is great and the sales team did a great job too.

Beazer made it super simple to purchase my new home! From the initial showing to finance to builder walk through it was all super easy and I'm very pleased with the home.

I like everything except one. Never respond my request.

From the design of the house till the end of purchase, Nicole has made job easy and answered all the questions from a first time buyer.

Beazer homes delivered what they promised and i love the quality of the house. Though the community is relatively small its well planned.

We love our new home and really feel this builder works with you to get the best product for the consumer.

Great Sales Team!! Had transition of Job Foreman's during our build. Need cleaning crew to do a much more through cleaning before move in.

The house was built very well but I still having some issues that have not been fixed.

Very professional, kept us updated with weekly report and closed on time. Not very impressed with title company.

Great experience with Beaze homes

My wife and I were visiting Florida and my sister-in-law was looking to purchase a home. She took us to the Beazer homes. We were pleased with the sales agent Chris who gave us a thorough tour and provided details of what made Beazer different from other builders, options in designing the homes. We were excited and decided to purchase a home. We recently moved in and this far we are pleased with the home.
