My experience with Beazer has been a pleasure on every level from the start. We hadn’t heard of Beazer before but the quality of the construction, attention to our concerns, and customer service both pre and post- move in have been unparalleled. Couldn’t be happier with our decision!

My experience was great . Bill ( the Builder ) was very friendly and helpful. He was willing to go above and beyond for anything requested . The team ( Sean and Terry ) were very helpful and patient with any questions or concerns that I had . This has been a great experience with purchasing my first home.

Beautiful build homes. Make sure the sellers rep knows all the information that you get with the new build. We were misled on a few things that would have made this a 5 star review.

The Builder and Staff are awesome. Sales executive helped us through the transaction very well. Easy and smooth process throughout from start of escrow to close. Provided excellent service. Project superintendents took care of construction details to meet building codes and standards. During home owners celebration (home inspection and orientation prior to closing), Customer Care / Quality Control specialist provided very thorough Orientation of our Energy Efficient home. While the buildings are beautiful as are the lobbies, the ease of working with the construction manager is great and the sales team did a great job too.

Beazer made it super simple to purchase my new home! From the initial showing to finance to builder walk through it was all super easy and I'm very pleased with the home.

We had a few minor hiccups along the way which is normal for a new build but Cyndy, Elisa, Clay and Adam were and still are excellent at resolving any issue that has arrived.

Profit margins > quality = poor product/service

I like everything except one. Never respond my request.

As time is passing after closing in our home, the “We are here” even after we close is simply a lie. Just another transaction and its sad to know that its the same regardless of the builder. We have not received responses from our builder, area manager, the warranty person isnt helpful either. He pushes to always say it isnt covered, but did I really have to pull the warranty myself, screen shot, to show him it is? Now those issues are soon to be fixed. But had I been trusting, we would’ve settled on bad work. The corporate office calls to check on our first survey, not helpful either! I have called back 4 times and no call back! The second time I called the lady said Roland went on vacation and was going to have someone call me and never did. that call was on 3/1. All of you are home owners or want to be. It goes back to treat people the way you want to be treated. If you can do the very least and care about your job, its a sign you need a new one. ... More

I had a fairly nice experience purchasing the home. Everyone was friendly. The reason more stars were not given is because I don't believe the sales office and construction manager communicates very well. Things could have gone smoother. Craftsmanship is construction speed build, hope that explains it. :-P Information after purchase is not completely provided and not so easy to find. The home itself is well built and I am extremely happy with my purchase.

We had temporarily moved in with my daughters family and we didn’t want to wait a long time for a home we were lucky Beazer had one that was completed and fit perfectly with our needs, especially having a bathtub in the master bathroom which was important to me. Ryan and Brewer with Beazer worked very hard with us and we are loving our new home!

We received Weekly updates on the progress on our home throughout the entire construction process right through to closing. We are very happy with our beautiful new home!

From the design of the house till the end of purchase, Nicole has made job easy and answered all the questions from a first time buyer.

As a Realtor and homebuyer this was one of the best experiences I've ever had. The onsite agent Kim Odom was very knowledgeable and always prompt with her responses. Our experience with a Beazer hone has been quite Choi's. Home appears insulated well and incredibly quiet. We opted for many upgrades and are glad that we did. It seems to be a well built hone and we're more than happy!

Love my home, but it does feel like a constant battle with the Warranty process. After you submit and you have to constantly prove what's wrong for them to come back and just say no. Then when you get a no, they tell you how to fix it that costs the buyer extra money. I would look at how you can make the Warranty process simple especially when you are building homes around someone's finished home.

Purchased house in Sunset Landing in Little River, SC. Builder did not want to fix anything after closing. We very upset that builder built the same color house next to ours. Salas person promised us that they would not do that..
