Great Sales Team!! Had transition of Job Foreman's during our build. Need cleaning crew to do a much more through cleaning before move in.

The over all experience with beazer has been amazing. From start to forever this home builder has done amazing. I have to add even after the sale Troy (construction mgr) has been top notch even after the sale and completion on the home days, weeks and even months after the completion of our home. He has gone above and beyond expectations and his communication had been top notch. Highly recommend in the home building process! Troy you get 10 stars out of 5. Keep up the great work and communication. Beazer builds a great home with all top notch, wonderful people to work with.

Make sure you get your inspection performed. Many things wrong or badly done in house.

Everyone, from the model home to the design studio to the builders were all very professional and extremely helpful!

Once you close with trust no one turns up to complete walk through list nor any follow up...finishing of beazer homes is not good at all...thier manager changes and problem is faced by customer....all other pending work we are slowly doing out of our pocket....still have little trust if they finish the pending work of mine.

They called and spoke with us every week to tell us how the process was going on the home.

The homes are beautiful and the employees are fantastic

Our overall experience buying house was so stressful and frustrating. We feel that they have sacrifice the quality of their homes over quantity. They are building lots of houses and they are rushing on finishing them. The agent and construction manager never cared about our concerns. The construction manager doesn't even know what's happening in our house during the building phase. We have to inform and update him that we found errors and issues.

At Beazer Homes, you have options to configure your new dream home with optional floorplans. The NHC is available for the first 14 days to modify your options making the process easy. I recommend that you do your research prior to selecting your new home. The model home is well-staged helping you make a decision. We love our new Persimmon Art and Craft Elevation thanks to our builder Jeff aka "Buffalo Bills" and his Beazer Team for such careful attention to our beautiful, unique, cozy, and quality of craftsmanship of the Beazer Home experience.

The day before putting down earnest money I was promised all these magical things- I would be helped for the first 30 days with any cosmetic issues and I would be helped if there was any warranty problems. I was promised someone would take care of me. My initial review was 5 starts because everyone was so nice and seemed trust worthy. Now is like pulling nails trying to get my requests done. One request that I made less than 30 days of closing, took 5 weeks to be addressed. Don't tell me that you are here for me and can address my issues and then ignore me and avoid me. I have now tried calling the companies themselves to get help but I am told my builder has to call and request them. I have been let down. Great house though. ... More

I just want to say that my builder was awesome. Knew the answers to all my questions and I could not have asked for a better first time home buyer experience.

This was my first time building a home and it wasn’t the experience I thought it would be. The builder blamed the long building process on the impact of coronavirus. (It was 6+ months when I was told it was a 3-4months process at escrow) I was very patient with the timing because I wanted my house to be done right. Unfortunately at the end the quality of the home was not up to par and the work was not professionally done correctly. The sheet rock meeting and the walk through was pointless because every time I would point something out the builder would make an excuse on why he can’t fix it. It was and still is a nightmare. I regret closing with Beazer overall. My house still has some issues that were not completed and the builder said he would fix them but has been ignoring my emails. Quality home and quality service

Decent product, but you can easily find similar craftmanship with better customer service elsewhere. I signed for building plans that were not completed correctly and then I was given a hassle for an issue that was clearly defined graphically and contractually. Project management/Builder is often unresponsive. I was treated/spoken to in a rude manner after holding Beazer accountable for poor professionalism. I unfortunately had no choice to settle on my home, but I do not recommend Beazer Homes.

We had a great home buying experience! Gabe was our project manager and he was always there to help and answer all our questions. He was professional and never annoyed when we didn't understand a part of the construction process. He cared greatly about our home and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. Also, Kim was our sales rep and she was fantastic! She was very responsive to our calls/emails and was always sending us pictures and updates throughout the construction process! We also really like the energy efficiency of Beazer homes! We would buy again!

Builder is great. They have taken good care of us. Any issues with the house have been quickly responded too. We are AMAZED at our utility savings so far. House is really efficient and keeps a steady temperature, etc. We love the layout. We are very happy with our decision to go with Beazer Homes!

important to keep an eye on the building process although the builder did not like that, considered that a distraction. did not like me tracking him down if I had a concern.

The communication and time spent to answer any questions or concerns we had was great.

The house was built very well but I still having some issues that have not been fixed.

The whole experience with Beazer was and continues to be awesome! My husband and I would highly recommend Beazer!

There is always someone who will walk you through any questions you may have about the whole operation and process. Extremely knowledgeable and highly qualified to help you with your research and questions.

The entire process was quick and easy. Quality of the house is really good.

Carey did such a great job for my home! thank you so much Carey. If there was any problems he would be the first one there to fix an issue. I’m a first time home buyer and I had the most amazing experience!

Very professional, kept us updated with weekly report and closed on time. Not very impressed with title company.
